First the employees are amazing!! They are always working very hard and find items for you. The management is great!! Even though they are so busy, they still take the time to help. If it's not on the shelf they will go look. The grounds are well kept! Very clean. I talked to one of the young ladies working there and she said they just got done with inventory that's why it's so packed. The restrooms were nice and clean. Overall, a great shopping experience!

The fruits and vegetables are usually rotted and the meats smell like eggs. Employees are absolutely rude except for maybe 2 of them.

This store is a pig pen. The first appearance is grass and weeds growing about three feet tall. The parking lot is always filled with trash. When you make it inside, the shelves are empty. There are boxes and stuff everywhere. You have to watch where you walk. The coolers are always broken. The restrooms are broken. Don’t worry they have a portable toilet in the parking lot. This store must have poor management. What a waste.

Food like fresh vegetables are always rottin. Never have stuff on the shelves. Down right gross 😝. And the people that work there are not helpful and very rude most of the time .

I shop there because it’s the only grocery store in Crestline many. times the shelves are empty of must have items and the same products are constantly out. This store needs to keep shelves stocked many people don’t drive and depend on this store.

Both bathrooms out of order for several weeks. Staff claims their management are incompetent and incapable of keeping this new store up and running.Staff also claimed 10 freezers are broken down. When I went to find the cashier, she was in the bathroom cleaning the full trash can in that room.

Unreliable and consistently understocked. Several shelves completely empty and have stopped here several times with the same outcome. Not somewhere you want to go for a grocery trip. Gamble whether or not they have what you need.

All Dollar Generals I rates as minus 5 stars. The corporate office has them so short staffed. I waited 15 minutes or more in line to check out. It's not because the cashier was not efficient. Also majority of them has carts with big boxes of merchandise to be stocked blocking items I wanted to look at to buy. If it wasn't for the $5 of $25 coupon I would not shop there.

I absolutely love all the employees here. Holly, has been a friend of my family since before I was born. She is always so helpful and kind; especially with my grandma who doesn't get around well. Dollar General employees always keep the store as organized and clean as possible. They're always more than willing to help locate objects and look for them with you. Even when they're busy, you still get a tremendous amount of care. I love having them in Crestline!

Good for simple needs and near by when your in a hurry but it is also the only store in Crestline too! If there were more stored it may not get the attention it has now.Some kind employees but some in hospitable ones as well. Over all, not a bad place to shop for the only place in town!

Shop at your own risk!! The aisle are often impassable w/unstocked merchandise creating fall & injury hazards. Makes you wonder if people could get out of the building if it ever caught fire. Mask use is minimal & 6 foot distancing nearly impossible due to the lay out of the store. The manager is a nice lady who does the best she can. The assistant manager, Georgia, is an imbecile that goes out of her way to make my visits & my transactions as miserable as possible. I avoid this place as much as possible.

This new store is virtually brand new. How can both bathrooms be out of order? This dollar general MARKET grocery section is almost literally the same as a regular dollar general. Only difference is an utterly underwhelming meat and produce area.

I just hate trying to get several items quickly and they are out of stuff a lot. Always seems that the 2 galion stores, are clutterey. Hard to shop and get through the store, but I still like getting a couple of my necessities only there because quality and price is the best.

The cashier Nikki and the manager Georgia. I,wanted to personally make an effort to,say they went above and beyond on sevwral mattera today. My daughter and I had an awful day and lost a few loved ones..and I've,never met these folks until today and I've got to say,., they had an amazing vibe,which isn't typical dollar store rating,.,but,., we had some personal issues and as humilating as it was,.they took the time from their own chaos to help and maintain that friendliness to other customers. Also, it was definitely one of the more organized and nicer dollar stores that we have been to.

Prices are ridiculous! The clearance prices are more expensive than Walmart's regular prices. The place is so crowded you feel almost claustrophobic trying to squeeze yourself and a cart down an aisle way and God forbid there will be another person in the aisle way

I am not sure why there's always stocking carts in the aisles. It's one of life's little mysteries. Nevertheless, I can always find what I am looking for and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

Crestline Ohio only has Dollar general n Rite aid two gas stations..I always go to Dollar General .... very friendly, several employees even know you...(small town)

Atypical dollar store. Some of the merchandise is priced low and other things are variable. Good price for solar light sticks.

They need to get their merchandise put away. Every time I'm in there, it's difficult to get through the aisles. All of their stuff is spread out in the way instead of put away where it belongs.
