Just transfered to" Rite Aid". Very satisfied. Staff was so very patient and helpful. Have never had above and beyond service like this at a pharmacy. Special thanks to "Angela" on her kindness,patience and efficiency on my questions. Emily(pharmacist)thank you also. Prices surprisingly lower andquicker with no large waiting line.Thank you all so much!

Our family have been using Rite Aid Pharmacy for years and couldn't imagine changing stores. Not once have I spoke to a employee that wasn't friendly and helpful. The Pharmacist said staff are always so busy but they take the time to answer questions and help in any way they can. They recently started taking a much deserved half hour lunch break!! Good for them!!

If you have a 30 day prescription it gets refilled on day 31. That would be fine except that on day 31 they refuse to fill scripts until afternoon. This means that l and others are 2 doses behind before the pharmacy will fill the scripts. The prescriptions are there and can legally be filled but the customer needs and medical care are second to the store policy if you require certain medications. State law allows for filling 2 days prior to refill date yet l am behind 2 doses every month because they refuse to fill before afternoon on the day of refill or refill according to state law. Some meds this may not be a big deal but there are others where those 2 doses cause real issues. This is a reoccurring issue that is indefensible. The scripts are due, legal and affect people yet the patient is of no concern. It is shameful to withhold legitimate medical care from people especially when there are state laws that would completely remedy the issue if you just cant find it in yourself to provide timely care. This is a disgusting practice that show disdain and complete disregard for the customer and patients.

I been with rite aide for quite some time and until about 2 months ago ago I NEVER had an issue. They were always polite, prompt and accomadating..I don't know what has changed recently but this last 2 weeks has been a nightmare getting one if my prescriptions. Up to this point the pharmacy manager Emily has been very kind but unable or available to help. I really like this rite aide and still do but im so disappointed.

Rite Aid in Coshocton had the best pharmacy in my opinion. Affordable and pharmacists are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I used to use Walmart pharmacy, but switched because I became so fed up with uncaring & unhelpful attitudes. You will not find that here!The store itself always clean & well stocked. More importantly the sale associates are all wonderful in every way. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable!

this review is about my experience with the online rite aid information site. i can never get past the giving my password part of the process. i have tried several different times and even changed my password because u cant chat until u put in ur password and even though i give the correct password it always says it's invalid. i think after all this time i would know my correct password. but i have never gotten pass entering my password to chat with someone. this is sooooo frustrating that i'm not going to bother anymore. i only decided to try again today because i could not get anyone to answer the phone at my local rite aid in my town.

You call pharmacy and they say a few hours, you go there 3 hours later and they tell you again a few more hours....every time just on this one prescription and she's very rude
