The staff at Totally Dog are so kind and helpful. Three weeks ago I went in looking for direction for a new dog food for our 1year old goldendoodle. He had bad digestive issues for a few months due to Victor recalled food. We tried many other food options and there was little improvement. The staff suggested Forza 10. I was able to feed it to him right away. No transitioning which I was skeptical of, but....it truly has been a miracle! We saw improvement the very next day. His poop is finally normal. No vomiting, drooling or stinky gas either!! Thank you for helping Max!!

We found this amazing store during the Christmas tree lighting last night! The employees were so sweet and knowledgeable! You can tell they love animals and made sure we got the perfect treats and frozen bones for our pitties! We will definitely be back to spoil our pups again! 🐾

This was my first time at Totally Dog. I was impressed.I was greeted and the staff was very helpful! It has been a long time since I had a dog to train and the kind lady answered my quuestions and showed me all manner of things I might find helpful. I bought several items.The groomer cut my dog's nails without an appointment just as she was ready to leave for the day. I couldn't believe she charged onl $5.00!I like ev Dr ything about Totally Dog! My girl Zoey and I will be customers as far into the future as we last together.

Kym is a excellent groomer. So fast. Fantastic with Poodles. So loving and caring!!! And Amy is the best Poodle washer & dryer in the world!!! They did 7 standard Poodles and 6 puppies. So lucky to have them!!!

I walked in there and walked around for over five minutes. No one even came out of the back. They had some quality looking products but I couldn't buy anything. I gave it two stars because I was interested in their products and services but they list 3 stars on their lack of customer service.
