The pharmacy is awful. They don't communicate or let you know when they will be refilling meds. You always have to call to have them start filling something in the system. They also refuse to fill meds 1 day early and make up reasons why. They make sure you're completely out of your medication before starting their 2 day process to refill. Went to Walgreens after them and have had no issues since

1. Script took an hour longer than stated to prepare.2. Script was ran as brand name and charged as such- I had to wait for them to fix to save me 50 bucks to get generic.3. Script for an OTC was sent in - they didn't fill or tell or or have med ready for me when I picked up meds.4. Pharmacy staff told me they couldn't ring up my several small items at phamracy- they were too busy- so I had to wait in line again up front.What a joke- I. Pregnant sick with two toddlers and getting some self care items and picking up scrip5s took an hour!

While this is a nice Drug Mart with lots of stock, my encounters with some of the staff today have soured me from ever shopping there again. It's obvious everyone is miserable, overwhelmed, and ready to quit, but probably can't.. First off, the Pharmacy needs to get their act together. I needed to have a prescription filled, and I was told it would be over 40 minutes since "it's just the 3 of them"...okay, not the end of the world, so I called my job and told them I'd be a while, and I waited in the store.....While shopping, I was over by the cards, and looking at a spinner of keychains. The entire display I was looking at (not even touching!) fell off, and onto the ground. It was broken and barely hanging onto the spinner, but how would I have known that? I picked EVERYTHING up, and waited up front to give it to someone. ( I could of been a jerk and left it there, but I chose to be polite and let them know) The woman I gave it to was apparently born grouchy, and instead of saying " Are you okay?" or "Thanks for letting me know!" she just said "OKAY THEN!" First off, I didn't break your stupid cheap spinner rack, secondly, sorry the fact that it broke ruined your day. Thirdly, don't you dare speak to me like I was the one who broke it, because I didn't.. My last encounter happened just a few moments ago with the Pharmacy....Had two more prescriptions called in around 10:30 for a dental procedure that has rendered me in huge amounts of pain. I waited in line, and the girl at the desk checked for me....Nope, nothing called in. Nothing in the computer. So I left...Called my dentist and left a message. They called me back and I spoke to them, and yes, in fact they DID call it in, and even spoke personally to the Pharmacist. By that time I had already gotten back to work, still in pain and called the pharmacy back. OH! Why yes, I guess it WAS called in, but won't be ready for "several" hours. I'm sorry, but I think you need to re-train your staff in how to handle actual customers and communicate to people better.... I worked for over 25 years in retail to know that the way I was treated today is just not acceptable.Another Edit* Tammy at the Pharmacy seems annoyed she has to do her job.

This Pharmacy team is the best in the area! So friendly and helpful. They should offer to teach their competitors (especially the W on the corner) a thing or two!

Although it's convenient at least when drive thru is open. The wait time is ridiculous. The pharmacy is lacking in customer service. Called and told prescriptions are ready to get there and they are not. Mistakes happen but it is an ongoing issue. Not enough help and especially any with knowledge, each person gives a different answer to a simple "is my perception there/ready." Time to find a new pharmacy.

I just transferred my prescriptions to Giant Eagle. Over the last year, I have received consistently poor service at this Drug Mart location. It is quite a drive for me to go there, and I try to call first to make sure the prescription is filled so as not to waste my time waiting for it. Today I waited over 10 minutes for two prescriptions that had been filled, but could not be located. Last time, I called in a refill but could not pick it up for a week. When I got there, I was told it was put back on the shelf and needed to be filled again. So I had to wait for it to be filled. These are just two examples, and I am done with it. Service has significantly deteriorated at this location over the last year. I am sorry to go, but it seems like every time I get a prescription filled there, it is a negative experience.

My favorite place to stop for groceries besides Aldi's. Great store not too big and nice variety of product. Propane and Amazon booth out front of the store as well.

We love, love, love Drug Mart. Can't believe their produce (very fresh and very reasonably priced) and wine selection - especially for a drug store. And I love the pharmacy. They're fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and are always happy to answer questions. Cashiers up front are also friendly. I prefer to shop locally, so it's nice to have a place like this that makes it the obvious choice.

Worst pharmacy I have ever felt with . Sent me on a 40 mile goose chase then when I had to come back to get my medicine they had the first time , they where not apologetic but very rude and disrespectful. Shame on you pharmacy! Do better !

This has become one of my favorite stores. Excellent location. Managers and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. The pharmacy is quick and very knowledgeable. Would rate it higher if I could. Very well managed.

My name is Debra. I visit this location very often. I was recently in there looking for cream cheese. My husband loves cream cheese so much and this is the closest store to my 1 bedroom house. When I went to the dairy section there wasnt any of my brand on the shelf. so I asked two young men who I believe names where Alex and Jerry. They looked into it and found out they had some in the back. I was so happy for this was going to make my husbands day. They two young men then walked with me to the register all while telling me funny stories about the hamburgaler and grimace who im not sure exactly who they are but they seemed very intrigued by it. Because of this event I will always hold a special place in my heart for discount drug mart I love you all and will continue coming back here!

The Pharmacy is the worst. Unfriendly on every visit. Pharmacy opened at 10:00 and at 9:55 4 employees staring out the counter window but would not open until 10:02. It’s a shame because the rest of the store is great

This is my first experience shopping with Discount Drug Mart. I was initially against the store going into this area, but I have come to depend on it for many staple items at a fair price.Everyone in the store continues to be incredibly helpful, the pharmacy staff is the best...going out of their way to help me get the best price on a certain medicine. DDM does save me from going store to store and strangely enough, they pretty much have everything I need...LOL.

This review is for the pharmacy. They ripped us off. Changed the prescription. And didn't run them thru my insurance. Anything other than generics they will rip you off.

I was in drug mart and stood in line at the deli, one women wanted to taste everything, I went to do more shopping, came back no one there. I asked the man for some ham, I assumed he was cutting it, he was filling an order for the women walking around somewhere. I gave him back the items and told him to give it to someone else. If this your store policy that's ok, I'll just get my deli somewhere else, thanks, I guess the deli guy lives up to your jingle "discount drug mart gives you the runaround"

The way all pharmacies should be. The staff are friendly and they go out of their way to help you afford your meds!!! I am a physician and I recommend this pharmacy to all my patients and I fill my family’s prescriptions at this store!

The boy works on register 1 is so rude I bought a beer he said he can't ring me up coz I have bought alcohol and the very next customer to me also hed wine he ring her up and when I said something he was so abusive I felt so disrespected just because I am BROWN i even complained corporate but haven't heard from them yet protip don't go there if you are brown very interested in hearing from themI would not give even 1star but I don't heve choice I REQUEST YOU ALL DON'T GO THERE
