I moved to the area two years ago and have purchased various types of bird food, bird feeders, a hanging birdbath and most recently a “RACCOON BAFFLE” (see video)…and deer food (molasses covered corn). I’m in this store 2-3 times a month and have never had less than a 5-Star experience. The people here are all interested and knowledgeable about birds and local wildlife. The bird feeders, houses, poles, squirrel shield, raccoon baffle, etc. are all quality products. Thanks to Chris, and the whole team at WBU!

I take my husband here regularly to get supplies he uses for feeding the squirrels and birds. We are also getting possums and raccoons. The staff is very helpful. Rosie, our Great Dane, has mixed feelings about the wild visitors.

Though I came for wild bird food, I was enchanted by the charming array of sun catchers in the window!*edit - I’m enjoying the new bird feeder, and getting beautiful bluejays and cardinals. Wonderful seed mixes. Always helpful - in particular Doc was wonderful today. He helped me identify birds at my feeder, and told me about a great bird identification app. I will be coming back again and again, thank you!

I had a bit of an unusual experience but a great one. My mother ordered a bird feeding "setup" for me out of the blue from several states away and told me to pick it up here. I've never had a bird feeder before and when I walked in I was a bit overwhelmed. But the staff here were able to give me a clear and helpful rundown of what to do with this sudden gift. They clearly love what they do and take joy in sharing their passion over at Wild Birds Unlimited.

I had been going to Wild Birds Unlimited close to 8 to 10 years when they were on Riverside Drive. It's one of the best places around for all of your bird and critter needs. The people who work there are awesome. They are sweet and kind and fun and extremely helpful.

They have a wonderful selection of bird feeders and seed! Much nicer than what I was finding online and the prices were comparable. So worth it to support a local business that is well run and has great helpful staff! I will definitely go back and recommend them to friends and family.

Terrific service! Outstanding and personable. Doc worked with me to determine the best feeder for my types of birds and squirrel issues. They even assembled it, while I was checking out, with the extra baffle I bought so it's ready to loaded with seed and used. Awesome experience. It even my teen got excited about bird feeding and was asking questions.

This is our favorite bird supply store. They have everything you need from bird food to feeders, books, binoculars, chimes, even wall art. The annual membership is worth getting and you will recoup the fee and save even more with their bonus certificates (earn as you buy products). Their no-mess feed is great. Many options and very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

We are new to the hobby and decided to stop in to purchase a new feeder and some seed. They were extremely helpful! We had problems with squirrels eating all of the bird food before and were becoming frustrated. The sales associate showed us a few great options, and we purchased their fiery feast seed which is made in Millersburg Ohio. It worked great! I was happy to support a local small business and Ohio based seed company. I will definitely return!

YStaff is extremely knowledgeable (except, perhaps recent hires) & very helpful. They listen as you describe what you want to feed, or what kind of environment / experience you are attempting to create, and then they will take the time to give you several different options in several different price ranges. Everything is a bit pricey, but they offer quality products to match your needs and your budget.You can join their Wild Birds Club & receive discounts and promotional items throughout the year!

Visiting WBU is a wonderful experience in and of itself! Everything you could want to help your feathered and furry critters have a better life is under this roof. On my way there now to get another bag of their "No Mess" bird feed as my Cardinals are on the fence waiting for me to fill their feeder!! Why "No Mess"? So my Cavalier spaniels will not ingest shells! WBU made this recommendation and I thank them sincerely.

Nature and bird lovers paradiise. Exquisitely crafted bird houses. City dwellers with yards can trancend the boring green lawns with bird cages which will attract all kinds of birds. Also has a cornucopia of bird feed. Give back to nature with products from this place. And the staff are knowledgable, helpful, empthatetic and experts. If I had the time I would work here for free.
