Great experience. I called about a prescription that could not be filled at a different location. They were prompt to answer the phone and provided some guidance. They were quick to fill the script and not a long line. I did pick up inside.I didn't shop for anything additionally, so I can't speak to the rest of the store, however the pharmacy was great!

Only issue I've found is the store is unorganized with product placement and the manager on duty refuses to honor displayed pricing for items, not aware nor does he provide options for resolving concerns brought up with regards to using mobile applications and issues with price mixups, I also unfortunately observed profiling of younger shoppers as the associate and manager discussed/profiled the shoppers in front of myself and other guests. Overall experience very transactional and not really welcoming to do business in the future... Yes I've made pickup and in store purchases on multiple occasions and have had the same uninviting experiences from the leaders. Otherwise decent pricing and 24 hr convenience keeps my business

I am happy to give zero rating if possible. The worst pharmacy that I visited so far. The staff is clearly showing no respect or value to the customers. They seem to be very busy, but I don't understand what they're achieving. I had a bad experience with the pharmacy. Good bye, I won't visit them once again.

They do not answer their phone I have been on hold for an hour. Kasu picked up the phone and then put me immediately back on hold and had the nerve to have attitude when I went to get my insurance information that should have already been on file with them. I asked to speak with supervisor and was informed he was the supervisor and to call 1800 Walgreens to lodge a complaint which I have done regardless of him trying to provide the wrong information and I will be following up on the complaint.

Horrible experiences the last few times I’ve had to use this pharmacy. I have had my son’s medical status delayed due to their lack of communication, follow through and courtesy. Used to get wonderful services but the staff seems to be incompetent and the pharmacist, one in particular was not so nice and quite disrespectful to another customer from what I witnessed today.

I have never seen rude man like him in Wargreens pharmacy before and also he ripe me off for prescription drugs. I found out that drug( Permethrin 5% cream 60GM) is $20 in market and sold me that drug $160 .

Should go without saying Pharmacy here is the pits. There hasn't been a single prescription I have had filled here in past 12 months that is ever filled in a timely fashion. It use to be that I paid the higher cost here for customer service, but now realizing that staff is subpar and I need to do buisness elsewhere.

Walgreens has always been my choice of pharmacy, but this location is exceptional. The retail staff ALWAYS greet me, offer assistance. The store is well kept & organized. The pharmacy staff are courteous, patient with questions and adhere to privacy laws to the utmost. I appreciate them all so much.

Dropped my scripts off and told them I was waiting. After 45min I got back in line for 22min for them to tell me they weren't done yet. I waited 30 more min and 13min in line this time all for them to tell me they wouldn't be ready until after 8a.m...... thanks Walgreens Pharmacy for letting me know that when I dropped them off and said I was waiting on them. Wasted 2hrs of my time for nothing when you could have told me they wouldn't be ready until morning.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is awful. Most businesses around this area are garbage and don't even try to hide the face that they don't care at all about the communities they are supposed to "serve". I call this pharmacy yesterday to confirm my doctor called in the scrip. They said yes. I asked if it would be ready tomorrow, they said "yes". I call this morning after a meeting and ask when it'll be ready and they tell me "1 hour". An hour later I am excused from work to run to the pharmacy and they tell me they don't have it in stock.How is that something they didn't know until I wasted time and energy to drive there? 2 times I called and it's like they lied to me to keep my business. I promise I will NEVER use this Walgreens pharmacy ever again and I hope nobody else does. I hope this place gets shut down because messing with people's meds can be dangerous. What if I needed the medication for seizures or something? Shut this place down and force the incompetent employees to learn a lesson.

Pharmacy is the worst ever. They’re always seriously understaffed. They constantly have issues when you go to pick up your prescriptions. This morning I actually finally called the pharmacy manager to talk to her. It was clear by the conversation she has that I don’t care attitude. She informed me they are the busiest pharmacy in the area by far. And that customers just need to be patient with them that they have a lot of turnover I wonder why. And that they are putting a new system in and that’s why they’re having computer issues. Told her a few weeks ago the guy couldn’t get my prescriptions right at the drive-through window I had to go inside. I was there for an hour and 23 minutes. She informed me that during peak times the normal wait time is between an hour and 20 minutes to an hour and a half. And that seems normal to them. I’ve been trying to pick up the same prescriptions for three days. Yesterday went in and all our computer systems are down we can’t help you. I am now changing pharmacies I got an OK from my insurance company.

This walgreens is amazing the staff are great for dealing with such a diverse and difficult location. I came in with a hand wound and the security, the clinic, and the general staff were so helpful with finding what I needed.

Please don’t get your FedEx package sent to this location there system is allways down and they will hold your package and you won’t be able to get it till system’s back up I’ve been trying to get my package for 3 days now and they system still down .they don’t answer call don’t waste your time calling worst location ever

The Pharmacist Jordan is very rude. They misplaced two of my prescriptions and accused me of picking them up and even reviewed actual video tape. I did not pick up the two prescriptions he was very rude to me indicating that I did. After 10 minutes Jordan called me back and indicated that another coworker had put my two prescriptions in another location. I demanded an apology and he acted like it was nothing. I later filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate office. Jordan is always rude even when you do pick up Prescriptions. Very sad when we do a lot of business with them. We need another 24 hour location near by 😢

Called about a package shipped by fedex. Woman was extremely rude on the phone and kept cutting me off. Assured me that the package would be kept there until my return in a week. I come to the location before a week had passed and my package was nowhere to be found. My package had been returned despite my instructions to hold it and now I must pay shipping and customs fees twice over. Although the manage was nice, I am extremely disappointed in the service and action. Will never use this location again.

Excellent, at night after work. Prompt, quick with little waiting. Pharmacist knowledgeable, able to answer questions. In general Walgreens informs u when pills look different and ask about conflicts or similarities in medicines the doctor may have prescribed.

You'd think a place like Walgreens could handle syncing up its supply with its online catalog for whats in stock. Nah, thats to simple. So never take their "ITS IN STOCK, PICK UP NOW" at full value. They have a major inventory problem. I mean, week after week can a person go in after the truck left its load for the week ad they didn't get things in like they say they will? And figuring their pharmacy insurances they accept is a walking joke. Better off going right next door to CVS

Called to see if they had COVID home test kit, they were sold out. Called other Walgreens and even other pharmacies in the nearby area and they were out. These Walgreens are in the “poorer” areas of Columbus. I work in the Muirfield Village in Dublin. The Walgreens there had probably about a hundred on a shelf in stock. Why are these test more readily available to the rich?

I ordered and paid for ONE photo 3 different times and even on the third time they still couldn’t print it the exact way it was cropped when I sent the picture in on the app. Will not be doing pictures from Walgreens ever again.

Poor service. Medications (daily injections) that I have to take daily are out of stock. I tell them order it today for tomorrow then and guess what tomorrow out of stock again. Close the drive thru because they cannot handle it. Sat on hold for over 40 minutes to find out where my medicine is because they can never get it right. If you go in, it takes 15+ for each and every customer to get medications (more count because of correcting errors WALGREENS makes). I filed a complaint with corporate and nothing has changed.
