Pretty decent service but cashier had one hand in a Doritos bag and trying to check me out at checkout. She didn’t take her hand out the Doritos bag when my purse mirror fell on the floor instead of the bag that had my other purchases! No regards for professionalism! The front entrance of the door had fall leaves and dirt and trash greeting you at the door!! Dirty Entry way!

In the twenty plus years of being a customer at Walgreens Pharmacy I haven't been treated so disrespectful! The pharmacist Freda is very unprofessional! I received a text message letting me know my prescription is ready for pick up only for her to refuse me my medication! I screenshot the text message and tried showing it to her but ignored me. I responded that she had a nasty attitude and she responded; "thank you I take it as a compliment". What a thing to say to a customer in need of they're medication. The following day I went back to pick up my medicine only for Freda to tell me to pick it up out in Gahanna. It was a waste of my time and gas!

It is wild to me how bad this pharmacy is. This is my second day of trying to call and being on hold for 40+ minutes. I’m still on hold now and there are the same number of callers ahead of me. Do they just not answer the phone? This has also now been a week to fill my prescription. I just want to know why I can’t get my meds. Truly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Switching to a different Walgreens with hopefully competent staff if I ever get through to someone.

The Pharm Tech I called refused to give me information I needed to get a prescription filled and made me come into the store just to tell me they didn't have the medication I needed in the first place, for a medication that doesn't need to be handled in person.Terrible experience, please be respectful of other people's time.

My husband came in early to pick up his subscription,, 10:30 it was due at 11,, either they were trying to be funny or need more help,, we waited a whole hour while everyone went before us and it still wasn't completed on time,, will not be going back to fill prescriptions here,,, plus some pharmacies techs seem to have nasty attitudes

If you coupon or clearance shop, the guard in the front of the store will follow you rather conspicuously. I'd shopped here for years but due to this happening multiple times recently (about 4 times in the last 3 months), I'm done. Its not a coincidence when I'm looking at one item for a couple minutes to match coupons to it and the guard circles the aisle 2 or 3 times staring at me the whole time. It's offensive. They dont even try to be discreet with how they follow you. I will spend my money where I'm not watched and treated like a criminal.

The pharmacy consistently forgets to fill or order my prescription. It routinely takes several calls to get it done correctly, though the staff is always polite. Definitely choose a different location for your pharmacy needs.

Genuinely a terrible pharmacy, auto calls about prescriptions saying explicitly they are *Ready for Pickup* and told when I get there that it's only a reminder that I need to call in my refill. Called in the refill and go back at the time I was told and got told again that it was just a refill reminder. I will be going to a new pharmacy from now on. Do not get your prescriptions sent here.

I have a 5 year old child that had to use the restroom while inside shopping,opening the service doors leading to the restrooms smell of the trouble to come. Opening the men's room's door, I have never smell a restroom that has smelled so awful badly in my life! Even the old out houses restrooms in Mississippi smells better and looks 10× cleaner than what I seen and my son seen and instantly ran out saying let's go home this is very bad in here.

This store is clean and organized and the employee's are friendly and helpful, but retail items are grossly overpriced, making it not feasible for someone on a fixed income to shop here. I like the Printicular app, it's very convenient and quick to use for placing photo orders.

On December 5,2022 . My son in your store. The manager thought my son picked up something!! Wrong!! Black officer, that work in store was told, found nothing!! And was very forceful!! No apology was made!! My advice to any other customer. Don’t send your black young son into this place

This place has gone so downhill in the last yr or 2. Never have my husband's Ventolin in stock. It is an emergency inhaler, his lifeline. Like are you kidding me. Also dropped off a prescription 3 1/2 hours ago and they lost my script and had to go searching for it. And then said they found it, but it was not due to be filled until September and it was not even my script. Terrible

Whoever was working the main cash register tonight (8:30 pm, 3/16/21) was terrible. I ran in to grab one item. The gentleman at the cash register didn’t seem concerned with being prompt, whatsoever. When I got to the front of the line he didn’t ask me for my Walgreens card (6 dollars savings). He was scrolling through his phone as he was cashing me out. Never greeted me or anything, just told me my total, threw my receipt in the bag and went back to his phone. He didn’t even hand me the bag. Completely unacceptable.

Went to pick up my son's prescription yesterday for tacrolimus and the pharmacist says "are you familiar with the cost associated with this product?" I informed her that I was not. She stated it was $145 so I paid it. After that I called the Nurse at Children's Hospital and she stated "Normally they offer you the generic version wh8ch is $10 dollars. Walgreens has not listed a customer for their predatory practices especially during a pandemic when every pe NY counts. It is truly disgusting that you'd do something like this. My next post will be on the BBB page about you all!

This place is turning into a low budget establishment and that's really all there is to say about that. Hours posted are incorrect and really inconvenient to the people that showed up when they were supposed to be open.
