My husband desperately needed a replacement tire for our riding mower and Google said this location had some in stock. Thankfully, they actually did! (I work retail so I know how the internet lies about inventory) I believe we arrived as soon as they opened on Easter Sunday (sorry y'all - hate to be that person). An associate pointed us in the direction of the item that we needed and we found that section relatively quickly. We stopped by to ooo and ahh at the chicks and ducklings on our way up to the register. 🐣 After we checked out, my husband compared our new tire with the old one just to find out it was the wrong one. He went back in and exchanged it relatively quickly. I guess the wrong tire was by the wrong tag. Either way, neat store kinda in the middle of nowhere.

I love Tractor supply and this store is great in general. I buy dog food here regularly and also things for my garden, most recently stain for my deck. They have so many items and ship to store pick up is so quick and easy!

April 3, 2024 I was in TSC and the cashier told 3 customers, including myself that if you open a TSC credit card, we would receive $50 off our 1st transaction. You had to spend over $50. 2 of us was stupid enough to believe what the cashier said. I questioned the cashier several times and had a witness with me. So she put my info in the computer and I was approved. I spend $97. I got my 1st bill and not a surprise to me, I did not get the $50 off. I called the Manager of the store and he said it was true. I closed the acct. When something looks to good to be true it's not. Please do not believe TSC when they try to get you to take out a credit card. DO NOT SHOP AT TRACTOR SUPPLY. Their store is high priced also

I stop at Tractor Supply about once every 3 months for animal supplies/feed. It's always a pleasure to come. I love the variety of merchandise as well as the dependability of the things I need. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

Waited half an hour for propane refill and no one ever came even after checking inside twice to make sure someone knew I was there. Gave up will probably never be back for propane.

I like this store and the employees, but they aren't getting enough feed in stock and just tell me to order online. Thats the last thing i want to hear when i go in. I'm perfectly aware of the internet, I'm trying to keep a physical store in existence for the both of us. Physical stores will probably be eliminated by 2025. Instead of buying from tractor supply i bought from another supplier as a result. Start stocking or tsc stock will drop.

Inviting store! Closest to Columbus West market and downtown area...the manager would not let me photo the cashier; nor herself!No hassle shopping! Prices are 15 - 20% more than the new Menards. Menards is new! Location is north on Hilliard-Rome just south of the I-70 interchange...Menards only has a limited number of products in common.Tractor Supply says they price-match. Do not by Rust-Oleum from Tractor Supply. Come to Menards where the can price is $3.96. And, not $8.99!

Purchased a lawnmower and a 4 ton floor jack there and haven't had any problems with either one of them. Plus the employee's are eager to help and know what their talking about.

All the employees are friendly, and someone always offers to carry heavy things out to the car right away.I buy my dog food here and I get the same variety and quality of brands at prices comparable to *that one website* I used to use.You can shop online and pick up in the parking lot; they offer delivery and subscribe and save options as well.

I love this store!! The one i go to is on east broad st in columbus oh. They have everrything you could possibly need! From clothing to puppy shots to horse feed to fencing to toys for the little ones! And "toys" for the big boys! There is a particular young man that works there named Aaron and this young man setd the standards for customer service!! The other staff is very sweet as well but Aaron goes above and beyond his pay grade and above and beyond the call of duty! I will be looking out to see if this young man earns the managment title he so deserves!! If your in the area and you need something head on down there i promise you wont be sorry!!

Shop here often high quality products. Sometimes i have a problem with service as far as getting help not sure why but the staff is friendly and helpful once I'm able to get it, today I bought a new grill just used it an love it.

I spoke to Mel on the phone and she was extremely polite very caring very patient and professional. I would highly recommend this store especially since how they hire people who know how to treat others. With her expertise and just digging into the information that I needed and taking the time out to do that makes me want to come and be a customer at their store. I went into the Hilliard location and was warmly greeted by Becca. I found what I was looking for and came to the register.Becca asked me how my day was going and engaged in nice conversation with me.I'm in the customer service business and if she didn't work there, I'd hire her in a second!Great place to shop!

Great staff and very helpful! Sheila at the register is an avid adventurer and a woman of our own heart! We rolled in all the way from California in our RV and they filled up our propane and we purchased some much needed Carhartt winter wear and a little fire stove heater (that looks like a fireplace) from their store at great prices!

I purchased a few items online. I called to ensure that the order was received because I was coming on my lunch to get them. I even asked what the process was so that I could make sure I wasn’t late going back into work. This location is 2.5 miles away from the hospital I work at. I asked to speak to the STORE manager. Instead of telling me the store manager retired, I was sent to a regular manager at the store. I explained coming into the 43015 location that I was in a rush, I called ahead, and still had to wait and was late coming back into work. Even after saying this, nothing she said came off as sincere. As a first time (in a very very very long time) customer, I was not satisfied with this experience. If I had not spent the time and money there and was already made late to work, this stuff would be returned. Negative feedback has already been left on social media. I will not return back. I hope Julie is not going to be the full time replacement for the store manager either. I also hope Mr. Robert (Bob) Nelson actually handles this and works with this location on their customer service skills. The lack of customer service I received is only a reflection on him and the store. I have no intentions on returning back.

This place is pretty good, I trust it when I buy dog and cat food all the time. An it's fun to see some of the new stuff that comes in once in a while.They also have a travelling vet that comes in once a couple weeks, you could ask a clerk inside when the travelling vet comes an they'll gladly tell you. But over all it's a pretty chill place with some nice country music casually playing over the speakers.

They have a great selection of dog food and competitive prices. My dog loves our weekly trips and being greeted at the checkout with a treat. The staff is very friendly and always willing to go check in the back if somthing isn't on the shelf.

Lot's of employees, but still not much help.Parking lot was extremely bad. Full of big holes and lot's of gravel. Needs repairs desperately.Inside the store was pretty disappointing. They didn't have what we were looking for.Needed dog ear drops and aspirin. Were out of both.Overall I'd have to say it was kinda disappointing.

The lady who followed me around the store was super annoying. I get it, serious about shoplifters. But follow on camera. Practically ran me and my wife outta the store. Bought 3 knives and a dog harness- left before I could find a mother's day gift. The worker was the only one acting shady. I'll order my supplies from chewy for now on forsure

I went in to buy a new chain for a borrowed chain saw. I had no clue what I needed, as this wasn't my tool. The clerk was incredibly kind and helpful. He explained to me how to find the appropriate replacement part. Together we were able to get me a new chain, that fit perfectly. I will return to this location again.

Went in to get dog food real quick and it was anything but quick.I had to wait for someone to get my dog food in the back then I had to wait in line of seven customers and they didn't open another line.The cashier asked an associate if he could open up he dropped off a piece of paper with an item number for a customer in line.The older associate then walked away, by the time I checked out there was over thirteen customers in line.

This review is for your cashier who was at your store around 1:45 on Tuesday December 7th. She was more than wonderful and on one of my worst days (which she would have never known) made me feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. PLEASE compliment her or at least let her know she did an unknown amazing deed to some stranger who came into the store…. So much so I posted it on Facebook.So I’m not a “fb status person” but with it being the holidays and such I couldn’t help but share this.I went to TSC today to obviously get treats to spoil my pups and as I go up to the register to check out, the cashier starts to talking to me and says:“Please don’t take this the wrong way, but are you wearing make up ?”I proceeded to say “ thanks but no I’m not, I’m not much of a make up person. It kinda bothers me to put on and take off haha”She gives me the biggest smile and says “wow, I can’t believe that. I wanted to tell you that you were so pretty, there’s no way she’s not wearing any make up, but I didn’t want to offend you”… and we finished our short conversation and I left, both of us wishing each other a wonderful Christmas and new year.Thank you cashier from TSC, for giving  me one of the most genuine compliments I’ve ever received, not knowing it’s just what I needed today.Compliments are not overrated y’all.Merry Christmas 🎄♥️

I am here regularly every two-three weeks as this is the only place I can buy the food I feed my dogs. I have been feeding my dogs 4 Health for the last 15 years because of the benefits of the food. 4 Health is a 4-star rated food and has never been recalled. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful - for instance, if I don't see my type of dog food on the shelf they will go in the back and grab a bag. I was on crutches for approx. 16 weeks a while back and all I had to do was go to the register and they would bring the dog food to the register so I could pay for it and then they carried it to my truck. I buy other outdoor supplies as needed but mainly travel here for my dog food purchases and will continue to.
