You guys are so wonderful! I came in today (Tuesday) for their “no appointment nail trims”. My puppy, Nalani had torn her dewclaw just a few weeks prior and since then it has been more difficult for me to get her nails trimmed from the trauma of that event.I came in, the staff are so sweet and personable. In less than 5 minutes, Nalani’s nails were all trimmed and she came out happy! The staff are so awesome and we’ll be coming back to see y’all 💙

First grooming for our very large, 7yr old rescue. Val did a wonderful job. Price is all inclusive and very fair. Our dog will be ready for warm weather. And she looks beautiful ❤️

I’m a groomer myself and live in Atlanta but I’m in town visiting and have my 20 lb Bichon traveling with me. While I know appointments are preferred, I decided to stop in and introduce myself and see if Bijou could be squeezed in as I just didn’t feel like a self service wash… and they took him for a face, feet and fanny service with a smile! I so appreciate it and he seemed to really have enjoyed himself. I regret not getting her name, but we are grateful. Bijou is fresh and clean and ready for the rest of our adventure! Staff is friendly and work efficiently.

Love how attentive they are to my dog's needs and don't charge outrageous fees and gives more than enough time to return to pick up dog before charging boarding fees. I love that it is a kennel free establishment too so my dog doesn't come home quivering like a leaf because he is very skittish and doesn't like being put in a cage and instead is allowed to have some freedom to move and walk around after he is done.

Anna did an excellent job with my 4 month old Havanese. He’s like a wolverine in a puppy suit so it was no easy task. Also she was very sweet with him. Thanks Anna. You are lovely and we will definitely be back.

Recently moved to Clintonville and heard good things about TLC. My dog had a great first groom there and we re-booked for 6-8 weeks later. They’re an all paper system (no digital) so when I called to get a reminder for when the next grooming appointment was they seemingly had zero record of the first groom (could not find my dog’s card) and no appointments upcoming could be found. I wasn’t asked if I’d like to book with another groomer or get a different appointment on the books so was a little disappointed with the customer service.

Very impressed with the quality of groom! I have a standard poodle and he was groomed exactly how I asked :) Only took about 2.5 hours which is very quick compared to my previous groomer (in another state). Excited to come back in two months!

We have had good groomers and not as good groomers for our 3 year old labradoodle, but we have never had a great groomer until we started taking him to TLC. They do a beautiful job on his coat, and everywhere we take him after a grooming, he is complimented. They follow any requests and take care of all details. They also truly care about dogs. He is a lively dog, and, sometimes, in other places, we have been told how "challenging" he can be to groom. We have NEVER been told this at TLC. They take care of him as we would (only better in the department of grooming because I could never cut him beautifully as they do) and we have been nothing but happy with everyone there who grooms him. Go here. You will be happy.

Was a regular customer. Every time I picked up my dog, they were always weird for the rest of the day. Definitely something was way off, he was not himself. This is not the case with the new groomer. I don't know what was going on in there, but I don't trust it.Also, I parked out front for a moment one time when I wasn't there to drop my dog; went next door. It appears that I committed a MAJOR crime by parking in their spot (all the others were empty, they weren't busy). Some crazy guy came out and started YELLING. Tried to reason with him, let him know that I'm a regular customer and that I was just dropping something off next door. NOPE. Dude was NOT having it. Got even more angry and flipped his lid until I moved. That was the last straw. Yeah, it's his spot and he's entitled to it, but he didn't have to be a nut about it. That and the weirdness with my dog and I'm done. Looney tunes can keep his spot.

The owners and Anna at TLC are awesome! Thank you for making my Labradoodle look perfect. We had to wait a while to get him groomed because of a leg injury which resulted in some matting, but you made him look perfect with the shortest cut he’s had to get.

Our dogs visit TLC every 4 to 6 wks year round. We like everyone there. I’m the only problem when I forget to schedule appointments. TLC is very popular in Clintonville. Walk-in nail trims are an option on weekdays.

Kaylee was wonderful, and I feel like I got a lot of excellent service for my money. I was also grateful I didn't have to wait several weeks to get on the schedule; they got me in the next day. Definitely taking my dogs here from now on!

TLC did a nice job trimming our pups nails. It was great they do walk ins for nail trims. Makes it very convenient. Staff seemed friendly and good with the animals. Down side, there is no grass close to the location or a place to take your doggy to potty.

If you have a dog that sheds a lot, and you’re looking for a good groomer to do deshedding, don’t bring them here. My husky came back shedding just as much as when he left. I’m not sure what I paid $120 for.

They have done an excellent job on my shitzu maltese bijon mix for a number of years now. Our dog mats easily and hates brushing so they staff there have had their work cut out with him and have done a great job.

WOW! TLC is simply the best! We've taken our three pups to a few different groomers over the years and most have been good, or so I thought. Two of the pups get a bit anxious and can be difficult for others to handle. Most of their previous grooming experiences have ended with them seeming fairly to very stressed and leaves us with a good 2 - 3 weeks of loose hair clean up around the house.I read many reviews for groomers, both mobile and stationary, and felt good about TLC. They were very accommodating regarding my schedule and were able to take all three pups together. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and I love that they are kennel free. When I returned to pick them up, they were very relaxed and very well groomed! Seriously - this is the BEST they've ever looked. None of them are shedding at all, which is something I came to know as normal after visiting a groomer.I very highly recommend TLC Grooming. TLC is the ONLY groomer that I will use from here forward.

Can't say enough great things about Brandon! He gives our little westie, Olive, the most perfect hair cut. We wouldn't go anywhere else!And they are always incredibly kind.Sadly, Brandon retired and we had to see Whitney. I am so unhappy with this hair cut and we will not be returning.
