Recent visit to target:. Easy return. No question asked no wait time. damaged merchandise you can get 15% on. Thank you target for making it right.Why can’t I get the apricot jam? It’s stuck, and there was no way to get it out. Whatever you do it’s not mean to get out. I had to buy from top and bottom shelf instead. But target has the best prices ever

I love this target. I always shop here & have had a good experience & will continue shopping here, but today I had a really uncomfortable experience with an employee. I was shopping for groceries & looking for buttermilk. U saw an employee stocking stuff so I went up to them & asked where the buttermilk was & he said what so I repeated myself. He ruled his eyes at me & asked if I said milk & I said no I'm looking for buttermilk & he was like MILK? With an attitude & I said no buttermilk & I pulled up a picture of the exact one target carries. He took his ear buds out & checked the little machine they use to see if something is in stock. He got an attitude & pointed in the direction of the milk & was like it's at the top over there with an attitude & turned around to continue stocking. I don't like confrontation so I just walked away to go look for it but it's annoying to ask a simple question about where something is to someone working there & they act like you're ruining there day by asking a question.

The Target in the Easton, Ohio shopping center is so nice! It is very clean and the merchandise is beautifully displayed and well stocked. Surprisingly not all Targets are this nice, so I highly recommend visiting this Target if you are in the need of something Target sells.

Check the clearance!! You’d be surprised of what you’ll find. I’ve found 2 pairs of jeans that fit PERFECTLY way cheaper. My favorite target to go too!

The manager Brandon and staff were incredibly confrontational over a simple 5 dollar price match. I thought since target was going out of its way advertising holiday price matching I wasn’t being inconvenient by requesting a price match but I was quickly informed that managers have the right to deny any policy. The entire experience was unnecessary and incredibly uncomfortable. I wasn’t even able to get the name of the manager at first because the employee claimed to not know their name.I won’t be back.

Target @ Easton has a problem with identifying thieves. They target the wrong folks, twice I have been accused and both times they found that my items were paid for.

I wouldn’t use their drive up option . The employees are very rude and seem unhappy . I try to not go into the store when I have my son because he’s little and gets sick easily and lately I’ve had the worst encounters with the employees who bring out the orders. Seeing that I spend a lot of money here … I’ll be taking my money else where .

This target is nicer than others I've been to. There is a nice selection of clothing for the whole family, shoes, jewelry and handbags. Also, the good section is clean and well kept. There is a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks in the building as well!!

Clean and everything I needed in sock at a decent price. Their own brand cleaning product work great and at a good price. The optical department is a great place for an eye exam and glasses at a decent price.

Drive up orders are always VERY slow.This used to be a great Target but recently not so much. Specifically the drive up service is too slow. The last 3 times, I waited more than 15 minutes. This is not typical of past experiences or of other locations around Columbus. It’s becoming inconvenient to use drive up which is the opposite of the point.

Tried to return a mattress pad that was bought online didn’t get delivered until 3 days ago and yet they said it was pass due I had to prove it was just delivered. Lady tried to argue with me because she claimed that they couldn’t return any bedding. Poor customer service

Thanks to Joan for going the extra mile to go to back room and find helium balloon kit for my niece’s baby shower. Online inventory showed 6 in stock but there were none on the shelf. Really appreciate her effort to help me to make our party beautiful 🎈🎈

Everything is a mess, nothing is placed at the right spot to be able to see pricing (especially in the toys aisle). Quality of the clothes is questionable at best.The employee in the tech section was bragging to someone that she gets commissions and a base salary. She got very aggressive in tone when I said I didn't need any help and told the person she was talking to that if she doesn't mark what I buy she doesn't get her commission. Not a great experience.

Target was very crowded today. people getting their children's school supplies. however, every line was open at Target today so checked out was fast.

In line a few people back to checkout. There was a very elderly lady who purchased 3 items. She was having trouble putting her card in, asked for help, & the worker said “sorry can’t help you there”. He didn’t even offer to see what she needed or offer to help at all. He just kept looking very annoyed & looking at his watch. He didn’t even greet her when she came up. She finally got it, & the only issue was she was putting her card in backward. He handed her stuff to her & didn’t say a word. I just found it really unprofessional especially to an elderly lady whose problem would’ve been solved in 2 seconds if he had just taken the time to do so. I never shop at this location & this is why. He didn’t say a word to me either, no greeting or goodbye. Won’t be back.

Came in with my husband to buy a ring camera which was on sale for Black Friday/cyber Monday. It showed online that they had plenty in stock, but there were none in the display case. We asked the worker in the tech department and he said “yeah, we have a box of 200 in the back, but we haven’t put them out yet. You’ll have to come back in a week if you want it.” Ummm??? What? Walked next door to Lowe’s and bought it there instead- and the workers were extremely helpful. I LOVE target, but this experience will prevent me from ever coming back to this location again. Pure laziness.

Targets selection of goggles was terrible! And when I asked a guy if they had any others he didn’t even talk to me back! He had a red target circle shirt on. But when I look back at him after I walked away he had on AirPods! Poor customer service! Then this mid 50 year old guy runs into me with the cart of boxes and he didn’t even mind to ask me if I was fine. This was the last $30 I will ever be spending at this target.
