We absolutely love PetSuites Worthington and have been going to them for almost a year since 2023. We started with grooming, and Tina is so amazing. She cares about the dogs; she gets a clear idea of what you want done and communicates pricing and any concerns clearly. Also, pricing for doodles is very competitive here!We have boarded our dog here twice, and he loves it. It’s pricey to get the silver package but they have so many people working who give the pets attention. They have group play dates, and you can tell the staff really loves animals.

The Pet Suites team is so caring and loving. It’s always hard to leave our four-legged children but I know they are in good hands. I also have a family member that uses them almost daily for daycare.We also took advantage of their grooming services on our most recent stay, and our golden doodle has never looked better. Highly recommend that you try this location and this group of very caring pet lovers.

Jamie needs a new job. She is rude and I hope she is fired for how she treats people. Came to the PetSuites to visit with our friends dog while he is on an extended trip. He was told by the staff he could put our names on a list so we would be allowed to check in on her while he was away. For a week, the dog was able to be taken out work walks and FaceTime with her dad. On Saturday we tried to do the same… only this time we were told by Jamie that this was against policy and would not be allowed. Again we explained that it had already happened multiple times and we were just looking to do the same. Jamie was a bitter and rude person in her rebuttal and poor explanations. She kept quoting ‘policy’ but when we asked to see the policy - she could not provide it. She told us it was posted on the website… and it isn’t. What are we to think? Is she lying to us? It makes no sense. We were in contact with the dogs owner and he was completely taken by surprise at the situation given their prior practice. We sat in the lobby trying to figure out what the owner wanted us to do when Jamie came back to the desk and started pushing us to call her manager, which confused me as she had told us she WAS the manager. We asked for the managers number so we could provide it to the dogs owner and she refused. It was a hell scape and incredibly frustrating. I am afraid for the dogs in her care if this is how she acts. It was a terrible experience.

We love PetSuites! They are so reliable, communicative, and take great care of our senior dog and her special needs whenever she’s there. Their grooming services are also top-notch and fairly priced. I trust all of the groomers, but highly recommend Tina!

We have left our 2 fur children with pet suites Worthington many times over the last few years. I have nothing but great things to say. Recently, we lost our girl, Puff, to cancer at a very young age. It has taken quite the toll on her companion, Marco. The staff kept me up to date on Puff's well being when we were out of town and couldn't get to her right away, have been very patient with my concerns about leaving Marco there without her after her passing, and I just received a very touching sympathy card in the mail today (which made me ugly cry because there was a picture of our girl included). Thank you, guys, for everything you do.

Great at handling special needs dogs!! I am biased… I do work here, but we’ve been sending our special needs pup, Ruth for a few years now!! They always make sure she is safe and healthy, and are wonderful at accommodating her fear and dislike of other dogs!

Pet Suites Worthington took very good care of our golden retriever when we were away on vacation. Their full day group play option was the perfect way to make sure she had some fun and interaction with other dogs during her stay. Thank you Pet Suites!

Pet Suites Worthington is fabulous. Whenever I need to travel, I take my kitty there and I KNOW she is fantastic hands. I can text them for updates and they send me pictures. If anything is going on, for example, my kitty threw up, they let me know and keep a close eye on her. They are located all the way across town but we gladly go out of our way for the peace of mind they provide. I can not recommend them highly enough.

My dog Arnold is an 85lbs Pit Bill/Mastiff mix that I rescued last October. He’s not aggressive but has not really been around other dogs, so I was concerned what to do with him when on vacation.My girlfriend suggested PetSuites and I went to check them out. I love the facilities and optional upgrades and all the dogs seemed happy to have a playtime all together. I checked Arnold in Saturday morning and he seemed excited.Sunday I get a Paw-gress report with a picture. He loved play time and made a friend. I was super excited because now he has a place to go and socialize with other dogs and just be a dog. I appreciate the communication and look forward to using them more in the future!

I would recommend Worthington Pet Suites to anyone who needed to board their pets. Baby Neo is well taken care of. Cleanest boarding facility I have ever boarded at. Heather our groomer had a cancellation & checked with us to see if we wanted baby Neo groomed. So thoughtful!! The staff is awesome!!

Took our small dog there to be groomed. Groomer was not very good(Friday, seemed like he just wanted to do his job quickly and go home) Picked up the dog, she was shaved so short she looked like a rat. He said she was too matted. An experienced groomer should know how to de mat and work around any problem areas to keep the dog looking good. I understand it is difficult to find employees who take pride in their work. I would not recommend Pet Suites for grooming your pet.

We had a great experience with PetSuites for our cavapoo over a long weekend. We chose the classic boarding and bronze group play package. We received daily updates on how she did during group play and her energy levels and attitude, as well as how she was eating and interacting with humans. She came home in a great mood, smelling great (this is something that has bugged me with past boarding experiences), and exhausted! We would definitely choose PetSuites again for our boarding or daycare needs.

First time here and i was a happy customer. Booking an appointment with my 2 pets were simple and easy. They drop off went smoothly. The staff was great and helpful. They also did a great job for my Pug they were able to cut her nails and that is a bit of a process. Thank you guys so much

Everyone at PetSuites Worthington is great, they recognize us by sight, get to know each pets personality and cater to them. Many of the front desk staff welcome my dog on entry and some even give him a hug or special attention. And he loves to return for doggy day play often. Give them a try, you’ll be pleased!

My dog LOVES it here. Very friendly staff and straightforward services. We boarded my dog here while we were out-of-town. It was really nice to see pictures and get "PAWgress" reports. Will definitely bring him back for playtime or future boarding.

We have used PetsSuites Worthington two spring breaks in a row. We have an older Beagle that can be a bit skittish and clingy. Historically, he would even go on hunger strike while we travelled but he finds himself at home at PetSuites. He participates in playtime and more importantly eats. We have been very pleased with PetSuites and their staff.

I love this place!!! I have been taking my dogs here for years and have always received the very best service. My dogs primarily have gone to doggie daycare, and they come home tired and happy. The employees at the front desk are super friendly, kind and compassionate. They are true dog lovers! I’m somewhat disabled now with a lung issue and am on oxygen. They have doubled down on their kindness to me. If I’m having a rough day, they will come to my car to pickup or deliver my dog. I would love to name all of the wonderful employees I deal with, but I’m afraid I will leave someone out. So let me just say that everyone I have had contact with is simply wonderful. Bring your dog here; you will be glad you did!!

I took my pitty here to get his nails trimmed because he will not let anyone touch his nails.Blake with Pet Suites was able to give him a trim within minutes. Highly recommend going here if you’re not able to clip your dogs nails!

PetSuites in Worthington is out top choice for our Bouvier des Flandres. Our pup is two and we have been taking him to be groomed here since he was just a baby. Tina is incredible and is always so great with Atlas. I can tell she really cares about our pup and is always happy to see him. We have never had a negative experience with him here and he is always a happy boy when we pick him up!

PetSuites is a lifesaver! I normally have to either schedule my dog's grooms out months ahead of time to get a weekend time or take a day off of work because they take so long. PetSuites' morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up system meant I didn't have to worry about leaving work in the middle of the day to get her. She looked amazing and wasn't kept in a tiny crate while she waited for me. The price was also *way* better than I expected for all the add-ons I got. Will definitely be returning!

My dogs are usually scared to stay at a kennel, but they have not come home stressed or frightened when we've boarded them here. The boarding area seems very clean, and the staff is friendly and kind to my dogs. Also, we did training here and the trainer was very informative, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend!
