Katlyn in grooming was very disrespectful and rude. She said “your dog tried to bite me” multiple times in a terrible attitude. My dog is 6 years old and he has never had an ounce of aggression in him- I’ve take him to the groomer his entire life and never had an issue. She must have had bad energy or treated him terribly which I wouldn’t be surprised because her customer service was terrible to me. I called ahead of time and said I wanted the $53 treatment and I get there and my total is $108. She screwed everything up so a manager had to come help, thankfully she was very nice and helpful. I will be going to a different location next time. Also, my dog still smells bad. Terrible terrible!

I just recently took my goldendoodle to the groomers. And we didn't have a great experience. My pup went in happy and full of life. And came out traumatized and not herself. I knew they would have to cut her low. She had some matting but I am more concerned about how they treated her. And I do believe certain areas could have been just trimed. It took 4 hours. Also feels Iike they over charge to traumatize my dog. She has cuts on her ears and she is now very closed off. I wouldn't bring your puppy here as there 1st experience. They seem very young and in training.I rather have my pup matted if I knew it would kill her spirit. It's so bad that is has me questioning if I have MY dog.

Bought Merrick puppy food that was smashed up and inedible. My dog, who eats anything, wouldn’t touch it. After being told I’d get refund if I took a photo of it, they backtracked and said no refund despite photo evidence and receipt. Completely lied to me. Don’t go to this store.

Wonderful, helpful in-store staff, however the grooming staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I ended up not taking my puppy in for her haircut due to a scheduling mix up, and when talking about it with the woman at the grooming desk (didn't catch her name, long brown hair) she was incredibly short and rude to me and my partner regarding the appointment. I wont be coming here for grooming ever again.

Service was ok, but absolutely terrible treatment... I could have dealt with the service, However, when expressing concerns to the groomer (This case was the actual manager-Ashley) she was very disrespectful, I have never been treated way specially by a manager. I was disappointed of PetSmart because of this terrible experience... not to mention that my dog looks really bad too :(

I called this store searching for Pet Fresh refrigerated dog food. Yes they had it and their refrigerator was full! My two show dogs are very happy!

The deals here are absolutely fantastic especially if your a rewards member and shop online around the holidays their deals are fantastic now I don’t know what kind of royalties I expected but I found slim pickings with cat toys but maybe I overthink what kind of cat toy selection anyone has but besides that friendly staff love the grooming department millions of treats food always some deals just wonderful reptiles small animals and birds fish it’s great

I’ve bought several fish from this store, and they have all lived for over 7 months! All the fish were in great shape when I got them, and are still in good shape. The fish tank deals are very affordable, and they come in big sizes too!

The worst grooming experience my dog has ever had. Came back bloody and scared. The staff did not care that he had blood all over his paws and only tended to him after being prompted. NEVER returning here!

I would give it zero stars if I had the chance, the customer service is atrocious, I waited nearly 15 minutes to be serviced for buying a Hampster and was neglected service by 2 employees, don’t waste your time coming here they’ll just tell someone will be around to help while they stand there aimlessly looking at the air as if you don’t exist, it’s ok tho that’s my first and last time coming 🚮

🚨DO NOT GO TO PETSMART EASTON GROOMING!I brought my 5 month old mini doodle to get groomed there this morning, I made an appointment for 10:30 this morning to drop her off. They told me it would take 4-5 hours for her puppy cut due to over booking (not my issue but whatever). I dropped her off, waited the 5 hours and called in to see if her was done. I was told that because they were over booked it would take longer and that I didn’t need to call, they will call me when she is done.. I waiting another hour, decide to go into the store and see what’s going on, I see the groomer, working on another dog so I go shop around for a while, went across the street to marshals ect, went back another hour later and noticed the groomer was sitting at her station eating a sub. Great! She must be done.. I walk in and I am told she had an accident in the cage and needed bathed and was soaking wet and needed dried, and THEN they would start to groom her?! SERIOUSLY. I asked why it’s taken so long and they said a groomer was bit and had to leave. Then because I was upset and pushing to see why she hasnt been touched, and I dropped her off 6 hours ago, I was told to leave.. HAHA I told them to Give me my dog whether she is soaking wet or not and I’m leaving… the manager goes and gets her and she is BONE DRY and covered in pee and poop. They lied about bathing her and she sat in a cage untouched for 6 hours. I am disgusted with the service and how I was treated and how my incident baby was treated for her first time at a groomer. I made a corporate complaint but I don’t know what else to do 💔 Alex was the groomer and Ashley is the manager I talked to

Absolutely 10000000% recommend for puppy training! The trainer, Sally, has gone above and beyond, not only teaching our puppy the basics but helping with behavior issues we've had pop up.

This PetSmart has always been a great location. Been coming to this one for about 3 or 4 years. They have a fantastic staff and they have many brands that I love!

Kristi was amazinggggg, my mini golden doodle got his first full haircut and grooming with her and looked amazing after. he had some matting so i was worried how he would look afterwards and it was absolutely perfect. she’ll be my dog’s groomer from now on, so happy we found her!

I was shopping for fish when I overheard an employee tell customers new to the fish hobby that goldfish and oscars are compatible. Oscars can reach 18-20 inches and need a 125 and these people had a 55 gallon. Additionally oscars are very warm water tropical fish while comets and minnows that were sold are cold water fish. Comets can reach large sizes as well but these fish are NOT compatible in the slightest. On top of telling these customers that these are appropriate tank mates she informed them that goldfish are good cleaner fish for any aquarium. Goldfish are about the nastiest fish out there spiking ammonia levels in any tank. These customers were set up for failure and I now see just how uneducated the PetSmart staff is in their fish department. DO YOUR RESEARCH DO NOT ASK THE EMPLOYEES FOR ADVICE!!!

There is a lot I can say about this stay and none of it is good, besides the fact that our cat was still alive upon pick up. This was our second and final stay with this hotel.First things first: the check-in. The first time I checked her in for a weekend stay, I was offered grooming services because she had thrown up due to severe anxiety in her carrier. This visit, the lady checking us in insisted I had to go to the salon or call them myself to book an appointment for her stay and claimed it was "so much easier than doing it herself," acting as if it was a major inconvenience for her to schedule the appointment, despite grooming being listed as an option on the sign hanging DIRECTLY above the desk.Secondly, calling to check on my pet; every single day of this stay I felt like I was an inconvenience for calling to check in on my cat. If I wanted to get absolutely no details about my cat's well being, I could've gotten some automatic feeders and left her alone in my home while I was on vacation. Once again, the first stay my cat had here was wonderful; everyone talked about how sweet, friendly, playful she is. They'd give me details about her eating, drinking, potty, and general behavior. I didn't get that this time; it felt like pulling teeth to get any details beyond "she's doing well," with an annoyed, short tone at that. Nothing about her behavior though, which was weird. In addition, the customary picture that they're supposed to take and send during your pet's stay came during the first visit, but nothing during this one, despite the stay being longer. I was willing to let it pass until I picked my cat up.Not because I'm her owner (cat owners tend to be honest about whether their cats are friendly or not) but I can confidently say my cat is incredibly sweet even with strangers. Which is why it was strange that the lady checking us out felt afraid of getting bit and requested our assistance in getting her. Last time, they easily picked my cat up and put her in her carrier. This time my fiancé (her favorite person) had to go in and force our cat out of the cage. She hissed. She yelled. She thrashed. She never hisses. She never yells like that. She looks skinnier. Her eyes looked big and she was trembling. The whole car ride home was a mess; usually she makes it without issue when it's time to leave (vet or hotel) but this time she continued to throw up and she barely responded to our attempts to soothe her.I do not know what happened in there this time around, but whatever it was was enough for me not only to leave a lengthy review but also to never bring my pet to this location (if any) ever again. People can say maybe she was anxious this time, but if so why did she seem perfectly fine during her first stay? To Easton PetSmart: train your employees to handle both cats and dogs with equal care; also, please train them on how not to make a pet parent feel like an inconvenience for checking in on their pet even if it's daily, even if it's multiple times a day (I only did one call daily but other pet parents might handle being away from their fur babies). If issues arise during the stay, it'd be nice to know about it when it happens instead of trying to guess what the hell happened for a sweet cat to suddenly be hissing and refusing to be touched by her owners. Luckily at home she seems more like herself, but I don't think it's too much of a stretch to assume some sort of neglect occurred while she was under PetSmart's care -- or lack of.

Staff was a bit rude, shelf pricing was DRASTICALLY different than what the register rang up so had to go back for price adjustment. Both bags of food pictured rang up $19.99 each! Not impressed, overall.

Very disappointed in the grooming department this time. Kept my dog for over four hours… and then called me 10 minutes before pickup “He is ready, but please come before closing”. Once I picked him up…he was shaking. Never again!

I would not recommend taking your dog to the groomers here. I dropped my mini goldendoodle off for a puppy bath and asked if they can lightly trim a few pieces of hair around his eyes. And they decided to shave him. The manger did refund my money back but my dog is going to look goofy for awhile.
