My puppy just completed the beginner pet training class. I was initially concerned that the trainer would not be adequately trained at a chain store. I was pleasantly surprised - our trainer was really good. I do wish the training area was a bit bigger to provide room for puppy socialization / play time. We are signed up for the intermediate class.

Prices are high, as are all pet stores, but this one usually has what I need. Stuff for my beardies and my cats. They always have cats available to adopt, I've gotten one through one of the shelters they use. The employees are friendly too. The litter we get is often on sale. It's my go-to pet store. My one stop shop. It only got 4 stars because of the prices.

Horrible grooming experience. Do not recommend. Had to have another groomer fix it. They definitely rushed through and barely did any work/trim of the hair or nails. Shameful honestly

Okay dude straight up I came here with my dog to get him a costume for Halloween and they had the perfect one for him. This was a clean store and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful I'd definitely come back.

Good selection of products and a bright, clean, welcoming store with friendly staff. The line does seem to get pretty long lately, but they usually address that quickly by opening up another lane. Jayden was super helpful and friendly with our recent reptilian terrarium needs :-)

I went to open a container of super worms to check to see how old they were, and a swarm of gnats flew out. Pretty sure every worm was dead.Update: after some time, I decided to give this store another shot, and was not disappointed. They were well stocked with fresh bugs (with the exception of hornworms which are always gone or dead)

They have many brands of dog food. With all the needs of my Dachshund. And not to mention the variety of dresses.They have something for all occasions. And the prices are very affordable. The employees are friendly.

It's hard to think about all the visits I made to PetSmart for my Lily. And near the end I was desperate to find something, anything she would eat. I lost my beautiful kitty Lily a week ago after I had made arrangements to let her go over the Rainbow Bridge. She walked that bridge the night before our appointment while I was with her at home until the end. I want to thank PetSmart and their wonderful cashiers for always being so nice to the cat lady (I know there are MANY more like me) and greet everyone with "Welcome In"

Chad was so incredibly helpful! I wish you could have seen him helping me get that tags work machine door to open up. He gave it is all that's for sure :-) what great customer service from him and actually all the employees I met there. Definitely bravos are in order for Chad!

Nice clean petsmart location and everyone was so friendly. The staff, from the manager to the fish area to the checkout line was all a great experience. Left with some new fish and a bunch if different items. Their fish area was kept well and they had a good stock. Not much, if any, fancy shrimp or ghost shrimp, but they had a lot of fish selection. They did not have any Koi.

They sold me a bag of food that had been damaged and they taped it up, my fault for not having noticed, but big problem was food was spoiled and caused both my dogs to become very sick, vet indicated a bacterial issue, which was determined to be from the food. Never again additionally they charge way to much, check the bags carefully, not only for damage but expiration date.

Had appointment for my dogs grooming at 8 am, we were late, reached 8:20, Veronica was rude, we said sorry but she kept on making weird faces. Our puppy got scared and peed on floor, she still was behaving as if we were there for free services.Not comfortable with getting service for my puppy from unwelcoming and rude staff.No business for this petsmart from us.

Do not take your pet here they will hate you for it.Just got my dog back from grooming and everything looked fine, upon reaching home noticed her paws were bleeding after taking a closer look her nails were clipped too close to the quick and probably cut a vien as well. When picking her up we were not told about this incident, these things happen all the time we understand but why not tell us about it ? We could have taken precautions to make sure bleeding would not occur again and on top of this she bleed all over our clothes and in the interior of the car. We go back to the store and the person there had the audacity to tell us that it was ours dogs mistake as she was moving a lot. No apologies were provided and they were really very cold about it as if to say indicate we mess up like all the time no biggie didn't even bother to clean the blood on her paws.
