The store I'd always pretty clean considering your allowed to bring your animals in there with you. It never really smells like it or anything. They have a very wide selection for anyone's unique animal needs. Pricing isn't too bad I've seen higher.

Well what can I say about PetSmart now I guess it's sad it's not a bad store it's got a lot of great products the people are generally pretty nice the problem with it is is everything costs so much then unless you're a Rockefeller you ain't buying nothing in this store unless it's on super discount so you know if you hit the lottery and you want somewhere to go head over to PetSmart and spend all your money otherwise I'd stick to maybe Walmart or the dollar store

I tried the groomer for the second time to give them another chance because I’m always so impressed with Banfield. Never again! If I’m paying $100 plus dollars For a wash and trim I expect for my dog not to still stink when I receive him. There’s no way he’s being given a bath and still having a stench when I pick him up. I will find another groomer. Yes, his coat is fluffed out and softer but he STILL stinks!

This pet smart sucks they barley had stuff for large dogs everytime I asked them a question they acted like they didn’t know or wasn’t sure like how you work at a dog store and your unaware of the sizes for the jackets for the dogs and she seemed rude when I said I didn’t want it if they weren’t sure if was going to fit her and they had no stocking this year only online never coming here again

They did an amazing job cutting our dogs hair. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and so good with all the dogs they groom. It's also very clean for a haircut station. The store is very clean and has everything you need and more.Great job Pet Smart. Thanks

My first visit to the groomers at Petsmart and I am so impressed. Dakota did an awesome,amazing job on grooming my dog. I highly recommend them. The staff was so friendly and so helpful.

Took my dog here to the grooming center for a number of years and was generally pleased. They handled my dog well and I could get her nails trimmed while I waited. However the grooming center is very small and gets crowded very quickly with dogs all over the place. And it's not super clean because there's usually hair flying around all over.

We love coming here for just about everything for our whole houseful of kids. From food to treats, litter to catnip, fish food to filters, they have everything you could need. Although I don’t trust the advice the novice employees possess, I always know what I want and need and get right to what I was there to pick up. We always come here and only ever venture out to other pet stores when looking for different outfits or toys than they have here. Picture isn’t from petsmart, just my girls that love to come with us when we go shopping, and one in a Santa costume we got from petsmart that she looks so cute in!

Just had pain in the butt pittie mix recues nail trimmed. Did great job. Didn't miss a one. Was relieved and will go back next time. Very nice groomers, kinda tight grooming station....but I don't work in it, so not a problem.

The cashier was very friendly & pleasant.Thanked me for shopping PetSmart & told me to have a nice day.The store was very clean & well stocked.I was buying prescription cat food & Blue Buffalo can cat food.Also as a side note if anyone is looking for an adorable pet to adopt they have several…. I totally fell in LOVE with many of the beautiful kitties. Please if you’re thinking of getting a pet consider adopting! You’ll never regret it.

Would not take in a stray cat. Told me to call Colony Cats....they never called back!I already have 5 cats, 3 on meds, & we are on limited income. All our 5 cats were rescued by us 11 years ago. Shame cats are left to die!!!
