Their were long patches all over him when everything was supposed to be 1.5inches. The hair on his head was so long still and it looked like they gave him a mullet. The area around his eyes didn’t get cleaned. We had to spend well over an hour fixing him afterwards. Even with paper scissors we managed to do a better, more even cut. This experience was nothing like past visits with my old dog.

My dog was completely shaved. Groomer completely did not do as I asked. Will never come back, and will definitely not allow anyone to bring their dog here. Will be calling management to get a refund. I am mortified. Would give 0 stars.

Lulu had a mini makerover and it was great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Devan is wonderful with her and does a very good job.

Emily is a great groomer but grooming has gotten to expensive here I was charge 2 matting fees not sure why and not only that but my regular appointment was Monday I was a little late under 5 min but still was told to come back.

Person who answered was rude and unfriendly, told me no "self" pet wash at that location and didnt offer to tell me which one was. No more shopping here and being one who spends over $400 month just in main food, ya'll lost a good customer.And since I received a very respectful reply, I shall give them another try. Everyone has a bad day!

I love the convenience of this location! They added the ability to tip salon associates at the register when I pay, and that's a great enhancement. Not sure if it’s due to the pandemic or what. Grooming services at this location have become more inconsistent. We’ve used this groomer for a few years and we’ve experienced a lot of turn over with groomers. Proper communications are lacking (vague and mainly through text message.) Most of the time you can not reach someone in the salon via phone and the voicemail refers customers to book online. However, the times we have booked online, we get text messages the week of saying the time is not available and they reschedule your appointment for another groomer or date/time without calling you. After speaking to a former groomer, the online booking does not align with availability of the actual groomers at the location. If Petco was smart, they would look at full end-to-end customer experience to improve their services. We are in the process of looking to change groomers. Just not worth it anymore.

This was Peppers first appointment and we were really impressed with the quick service and high quality. She smelled so clean and her fur was trimmed and brushed, leaving a smooth touch. Additionally, her nails were properly cut and buffed. We will definitely be back!

Jeffrey does a wonderful job with our dog. Mickey is 14 years old and can sometimes be a grumpy old man but Jeffrey knows just how to make him feel comfortable and knows when he has had enough. I love the spa treatment. He feels so soft and smells so good.

The entire store was dirty and Hank's cut was patchy. I wanted to spend the $60 to get a some-what-decent haircut for him because I thought I wouldn't do all that great doing it myself. But, I will now be cutting it because it looked like a novice did it anyways. This looked like a $20 cut, when I've spent $40 else where and got professional service. I will never come back to this store period.

We took our rescue baby Thelma to get groomed a lady Marie groomed done a great job on her yes we would recommend her to anyone. She took her time with Thelma looks great she had never been groomed before thank you Marie

We always have an excellent experience with the grooming dept & Carly. Carly is very attentive, knowledgeable and skilled. She listens to our preferences & has gotten to know our dog Roxy, She helps us monitor Roxy health pertaining to her skin , coat & teeth condition etc. She always leaves Roxy looking& feeling amazing. Roxy always leaves with a big smile!

Fourth grooming experience. I have done PetSmart but am "shopping around."I am changing my stars from one to five. My pup was out pretty fast and although I wasn't too pleased with the cut... Everything was done well. Nails trimmed, smelled good, etc. Plus, you could tell the groomer really cares for dogs.Perhaps THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:MY DOG WAS **NOT** TRAUMATIZED.We went to the one on Sawmill and it was HORRENDOUS. I will leave a review for them, but ultimately, I realized after that experience, that this place was actually a godsend.I wish I could remember the stylists name so I could apologize.Hair grows, people! Sadly, not everyone is nice to your animals. Pay attention.

The guys in the salon were on their way home and they came back to do the job for me. They always do an excellent job and my dog loves them. Well--she loves everybody but she does really like them.

For starters the groomers always do an AMAZING job, my dog feels comfortable with everyone she has had. She is an old lady, and to see her so beautiful after her cut makes my heart happy.

If I could give zero star, I would.We called in and made reservation at 3pm. At 2:30 after we took our dog to swim at a pond, a guy called us back and said he won't do anything for us today because they will close early. Really? Don't you know your store time or you just want to jet?He did not feel sorry for what he did at all. This is really really bad customer service. We won't go if we did not call. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Seems like there is always a glitch in the system when making appointments online. So I don’t know why they offer online booking. They said that the available appointment I’ve selected was not really available so they changed it but never notified or called me.

I dropped her off at 9am and they said to pick her up at 1:45pm, then they called and asked for more time, which was fine, they asked for 30 minutes more, when I arrived at 2:15pm I asked if they did teeth brushing and ear washing as I paid, I believe and extra $10 x 2 for those services, they were still running behind so the groomer literally, took a toothbrush and swiped the right side of my dogs mouth, she didn't brush her teeth, then she took a cotton ball and swiped briefly the inside flap of the ears, this breed, a goldendoodle, needs thorough ear cleaning to prevent infections, I've had groomers in the past be so thorough that they referred me for a veterinary ear inspection for suspicion of an infection.

Called 3 times no one ever answered. Went there went back to the groomer section. Was there 15.minutes no one ever came up. After going back out front i was informed oh they must have went somewhere for lunch. Tried to make an appointment but the guy there did not seem to even know how to do that. Don't waste your time
