I moved recently and this location is the closest to me. I had an issue while doing a return (item was unused, with tags, had receipt), because I purchased it at a different location and they didn’t carry that particular item. The employees say hello when you walk in, but they don’t follow up, seem generally unfriendly and I overheard two employees talking about how much they hated working there. It makes me sad that such a cool company, with such an incredible mission to help local shelters, awesome products, people, and critters, would allow this location to fall under such poor leadership. I genuinely hope it gets better there.

The staff is amazing! Loving and caring! Small town store feel. She even helped me with all my stuff to the car. Truly thankful for assistance like I was provided yesterday and I will be back!!

At this point you may as well avoid pet stores all together when you can buy anything they have online for about 50% less and get free shipping. Unless your having an emergey situation, save yourMoney and shop online. The rating is only due to the high cost. The staff are nice and friendly.

High price, low selection. Went in for a cat/doggy door, left with a desire to never go back. They didn't have anything but overpriced toys and food. Just get your stuff from Walmart, Meijer, or Target for cheaper and you can get your groceries at the same time.

love all the items Petco has to offer. Especially the new formulas of cat food. My cats love them. I've been feeding them this new formula for about 3 weeks and they haven't been sick. They had gotten to the point of refusing to eat the other brand I was feeding them. And Petce has a points card so you earn free stuff.

Walked into this Petco with not a single person to be seen. The older lady with grey hair kinda heavy set was very rude when I didn't have the exact Answer to what size crickets I need. They breed them different locations even within the same pet supplies stores. So attitude isn't needed when I simply ask to see them. Then cops more of an attitude when I say I need 100 of them. On top of the whole crappy experience they charge .17 cents a cricket?!? 17$ for 100 crickets is outrageous!!!! I pay 8$ elsewhere!

awesome staff willing to go the extra mile. needed dog boots for my stratfordshire who has interdigital furnacles. they were so helpful. found the right size in the back.let us try his shoes on to make sure they fit. way better quality footwear for dogs than that other petstore.

Took two kittens here for vaccines and microchips. Staff and Dr were very pleasant and professional. Taking the mom cat tomorrow. I like that they are open on the weekends.

not a vey large pet supply store, but, they do have most of your typical pet supplies like dog and cat food, limited quantity and selections of cage, kennels and bedding. The only pets they sell are gold fish, did not seen andy kittens or puppies. This location is tucked inside a shopping plaza and is not easy to see from Sawmill Road.

They're okay. Prices are a bit high and selection is meh. Employees aren't nice but they're not mean either. They are having a store wide sale now where like 80% of the things are 10% off and it seems like they're also selling the shelving, so I think the store is closing soon.

Clean & helpful staff. Pretty much they have what you need for your pet.If they don't, they are more then happy to point you in the right direction to help you find what your looking for or need.
