I always have a very good experience whenever I come to this location, the employees are always very helpful and quick to help with any questions I have. I have to give a big shout out to Sierra she was very patient and knowledgeable about the store and what I needed to know she took her time helping me and overall just had amazing customer service skills. From working in retail/food for over 10 years as a general manager myself I can say she is a great asset to have on your team! She needs a raise and some recognition! Thank you Sierra!

Great service and friendly employees...I just re-started my 10 gal fish tank and needed some live plants and easy to keep fish..they recommended what fish to get and what accessories were needed...also I have a membership and love that they will price match any price you find for the product you are buying.

I even arrived in the last hour of the evening, but every single employee I encountered was friendly and helpful.Brianna was kind to me and my dog, answering questions thoroughly and offering plenty of suggestions along the way.It's refreshing to encounter happy employees who take pride in their work and offer sincere customer service.This store is well-kept and clean, with no unpleasant smells.This location needs to train the W. Henderson store. Stark difference.

My girlfriend's dog needed a nail trim and they did a great job despite the puppy being very anxious and not very cooperative. The people there were awesome and so friendly. Will definitely be going back again.

Everything went well. Nice selection of canned cat food and they had the dry SD I wanted. Check out was good too. I appreciate you have the adoptable homeless cats/kittens as well.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received on 9/6/23 I feel since all service paid for wasn’t rendered I should have gotten a discounted rate ora price adjustment! When I left my Marley could barely see! Marley looks horrible in my opinion. She gets groomed every 4-5 weeks and this is the worse she’s ever looked!

Tia was awesome, I bought a filter on line and it didn’t work. Tried 3 times made a flood. Have plenty of filters and that never happened. She let me bring it in and allowed me to swap it out and pay the difference. Thank you Tia.

It was kind of busy, so most of the employees were occupied. The variety for cats could be a bit larger. I see petco leans towards dogs and their speciality.

Stopped by the store with my 3 year old to pick up some crickets. Only 2 employees were around that I saw. One was working as a cashier the other was holding a ferret while talking to other shoppers. I asked for help and never received any. It was at 5:00 pm on a Tuesday. I will be going to other pet stores from now on.

I love Petco because they have great customer service and they take good care of my dog and she loves them specially the manager I won’t take my dog anywhere else but to Petco they’re amazing and if you use their viral care you get coupons and literally I paid one time about eight dollars on a bill that was like $70 because of the vita care coupons I would definitely recommend Petco to everybody!!! Thank you for always taking good care of Abby!!!!

Scott was super helpful at the register with helping me sign up for the rewards program & explaining all the perks/details!Tons of choices in store, and they give you $5 off if you purchase Blue Buffalo.I'll definitely be back to purchase my dog food & supplies here.

Manager guy didn't let my daughter hold the ferret - said he didn't want the ferret to get a disease. A few minutes later, they let another customer hold the ferret.Yes, my daughter has eczema, but it's not a communicable disease!If I could give them negative stars I would - what a horrible experience. I can't even drive my car right now, I'm too upset. I'm glad I was able to not be rude to them - I'm trying to not be angry in public these days I will just take a few slow deep breaths and post a review to let others know.

The grooming team is a hit or miss, so editing the number is stars from 5 to 2. I go there for my dog’s nails and the service is never consistent. It depends on who cuts them. Some don’t cut it much and you have to get them cut from another salon in less than a week. This has happened multiple times. I wish there was a way to book an appointment with specific staff members, but since nail service is walk-in, customers don’t have any control over who is assigned to it.

Pretty awesome selection of saltwater fish. I had never been here before but was pleasantly surprised! Lots of frozen food as well! I picked up Poppy and Branch and they are doing great! Wish they had more coral if anything.

So this was my first time in a PetCo and while I didn't need anything in particular today, I will go back here before PetSmart if only because it smells better and they seem to have a little bit nicer variety/better quality items. Prices seemed comparable to PetSmart as well. But honestly I was impressed with how good it smelled for a pet store, and I appreciate that effort a lot!!!

We got our first dog so we stopped in and loaded up on supplies. Like all initial pet set ups it was expensive... almost as much as the dog... but quality stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
