Every associate I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. I was in and out quickly with what I needed. The manager even remembered me calling ahead and she personally approached me to ensure I was taken care of. The store was spotless and the products seemed well stocked.

I called in to see if you had lambchop toys. Because of a secret Santa request. Phone call was promptly picked up, and a friendly employee answered my question. I was treated at the store. And immediately found what I was looking for. And some extra for shelter pets. Thank you Kimberly. Your positive attitude and helpfulness was appreciated

Staff was very friendly and super helpful! I was running late and they were closing soon but I needed to pick up a pet carrier to be used the next morning so I called, explained what I needed, and why. The clerk had my items waiting when I walked in and even stayed open a few extra mins till I could make it there! Great customer service!

It's a Petco so they have all the Petco stuff. It is however smaller than a normal one so they probably won't have a lot of the smaller stuff.

Don't get off work until 5! Need food for my dogs and snake. Closest pet store to me. May have to make the drive to Pet Supplies on lane from now on. Who closes at 5? Done.

The clerk wasn't any help, no one in the store other than me. Was not helpful, chewed on his fingernails and then grabbed my phone to help looking the receipt up for the bag of kitten food I was returning. I almost threw up, do you know how filthy a mouth is?

Extremely rude employee by the name of Jae who claimed to be the manager. Totally uncalled for attitude from the minute I walked in the store and made me feel like I needed to rush through everything. She was extremely rude when I was asking for help on what to buy in the first place and made me feel like I should have googled rather than asking her. She specifically said, "I should have educated," myself. I wanted advice from a professional and thought I could get that from someone at a pet store but clearly she was not one. I got rocks that she rang up and then after the fact she said my fish might eat them so I asked to return them, to which she replied that I was hurting their numbers and then got really mean and hostile with me. Then she refused to return the rocks after I complained that she was being rude towards me. She then called the police because I stood there and wanted my rocks to be returned... It was clearly a scare tactic because she just wanted to close the store so she could leave and go home. I was just standing there. Didn't deserve any of it. Obviously I'll never buy anything from there again.

This petco is literally never open when you need it to be and is never stocked with the items I need. Not sure why it’s even still in business. If it’s 5pm or later, go to the Lennox location. It’s bigger and usually has better selection anyway.

I rate the customer service at this store a ZERO. Myself and my disabled friend were treated horribly by the young female employee and were refused the purchase of a beta fish that are sold in a 1/2 cup bowl of water because I said that I didn't have a filter for our tank at home. Complete disrespect by her saying Am I supposed to feel bad for you because he's disabled. Fire her or I'll make sure you do. By the way her name is Jay. I honestly am a very caring person and rarely have confrontation with others. I'm a caregiver for the elderly, which is who was in the store with me today and I felt so embarrassed and ashamed for HER and the other customers. Her behavior is not of someone who should be working with the public and this is the first bad review I've ever written in my life, but I am going to spread the word to anyone I know with a pet to stay clear of any Petco store because of my experience. I will be checking to see if she is still working there and will continue to write bad reviews for your company as long as you keep a hateful prejudice person on your staff.

This location has "special " hours of operation which are not really conducive for the general public by closing at 5PM. I was told by cashier that you have to pay $0.20 for a plastic bag to bag your purchase like we are going to Aldi. Store was cramped and lights very dim.

I went into Petco a bit bummed because I had to return food my kitties just refused to eat (kitty lovers will understand this). I expected some stress explaining and begging for a refund --instead to my surprise Jay the Store Manager was so kind, understanding and helpful. Not only did she give me a refund she also showed me the Vital Care program that will save me lots o' bucks on food, litter & vet bills for my precious finicky fur babies.Thanks Jay for awesome customer service!!

The Petco at Graceland is my go to store for every pet need. They only carry quality items, are always willing to give me advice or help me locate something I need and they are easily accessible. My girl, Janey, loves them too.

I would definitely recommend this Petco location over any others in Columbus. It's always clean and well organized and the staff are so helpful! I live closer to another one but I don't mind driving a little bit further to visit this location instead.

Store was smaller than average although we were asked several times if we needed help nobody actually offered to help us when we told them we did. Although we did find out that the cashier is giving up on relationships because nobody wants her and the manager agrees that being single is the most important thing for her right now. Not sure how this was pertinent to me finding a charger for my anti bark collar

Wonderful experience. The employee that assisted me was lovely. He was kind, compassionate and very helpful. He was quite knowledgeable about the items I was interested in and was willing to share plenty of tips and tricks of what worked for him and his pup personally as well as feedback from other customers about a variety of products. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name.Clean, friendly and well stocked location. Some items were priced a bit higher than I would like but if that's what it takes to have such great people working there then I feel it's worth it.

Had a great interaction with the employee working last night. She was kind, courteous, and I sincerely appreciate her working in these uncertain times. Walking/Hiking and going on runs with my pup are keeping me sane and when we had a harness break, I was glad your store was open. And the incredible staff who are friendly and welcoming. It was a positive experience and I'm sure to be back.

Over all nice and clean store but pretty small. The employee was super helpful and found some of the stuff I needed, but unfortunately didn't have other stuff. If you need specific items I recommend calling ahead to see if they have it (especially for animals other than dogs and cats) But over all I was in and out in a jiffy and was a great experience.

Super friendly staff! Best selection of high quality dog (as well as cat and other pets) food in the north Columbus area. There's always great sales on various food, treats, toys, clothing, beds, flea/tick meds, etc. The rewards program is also super helpful!

Do not trust these people with your dog! We went to get our dogs vaccinations and they were extremely rough with her and injured our elderly dog. She is bruised up and down her sides from how tightly they were holding her and the "vet" Dr. Van Brass blew her vein from doing a simple blood draw. She is very old and very well behaved. There was no reason for her to be treated this way. We tried to have a conversation with him about some health concerns we had about our dog and he couldn't be bothered to answer our questions. He just man handled our dog and tried to get us out as soon as he could. After all that he gave us a bunch of medication that we specifically told him we did not need or want. It was such a hectic checkout process because we were preoccupied with our bleeding dog we did not realize we paid for the extra medication and a $100 visit turned into a $300 visit. Now we can't get our money back because we can't return medication. Do not go here unless you want to hurt your pet and be overcharged. Edit: The front staff has nothing to do with vet visits and the cashiers and sales staff were very friendly and sympathetic. I would just strongly recommend NOT using the vet services.
