The ladies at Mutts and Co Graceland are AMAZING! They are always soooo excited to see our boy Oscar that if we go without him (shhhh!) he gets sooo sad! He loves his friends and we adore them as well.Their customer service is top notch and we don’t go to any other pet store around. Having this location so close to our home is by far the best thing to come to Graceland.Thank you for being our friends!Photos of Oscar loving his treats.

Great place for self dog wash! I love that the temperature is pre-set to a comfortable warm so one less thing for me to worry about. Always pleasant employees in there. Clean and plenty of treats, toys, food, etc. for pets.

We so love this Store! Of course they offer everything a pet parent could need or want to be the best parent ever, BUT the Customer Service is definitely a Gold Standard! Thank you, Patricia, for all your help to make sure my Cavaliers did not miss a meal recently. Life gets unexpectedly busy sometimes, and you stepped up to help at the 11th hour!! Just the best :)

I absolutely loved bringing my dog Taffy to Mutts & Co. I'm new to being a dog owner, and Patricia has been so lovely making sure I find everything I need! Patricia and Jeff made us feel so welcomed during our first visit, and we come back any time Taffy needs a new toy or just somewhere to walk around on cold days. I know anything I buy there has been carefully selected with my dog's (and cats'!) safety in mind. Definitely check out this location or any other Mutts & Co. location if you have pets!

Graceland store was holding a bag of Acana for me, however, I arrived 20 minutes after the 7:00 closing. Patricia and Katie were extremely helpful in making sure that my trip was not in vain and were still able to accommodate me with the bag of dog food. Now, both my Westie, Bentley, and I have a smile on our faces as he can have his favorite food and I was the recipient of wonderful customer service. Thank you Patricia and Katie!!

Love this place new at Graceland!! All the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! They also have a great selection of food and toys of cats and dogs. Also a nice clean place to give dog a bath, at a great price.. highly recommend this place if you have furry friend s in your life!🐶🐱

I love my pets and would spend any amount to keep them healthy; however, the prices are this location (maybe all of them?) are unjustifiable.Today I purchased 180g of PlaqueOff for $54.99! I last purchased this product at Chewy for $39.05. I try to shop locally whenever possible and economically feasible. Unfortunately, Mutts & Co. has proven to be neither. They close at 7PM so most people who work cannot get here during the week. If you can, expect to pay over 40% above Chewy’s prices.I asked myself if they purchased this from Chewy for resale for a profit?! I understand they do not have the scale that Chewy does and will never be able to offer the same prices on everything, but get it close and I’ll happily spend a little more (NOT 50%) to shop local. Or offer services that make the higher prices palatable. I have zero reason to ever come back to this store.The Graceland location offers no services, just retail items that can be purchased and delivered from Chewy for almost 50% less with free one day shipping.I can’t see myself ever going to this establishment again. Maybe they have a niche, but I haven’t seen it.Shop local, but don’t get ripped off.

Amazing new location for mutts & Co. Nice to have in the area since it's light years better than shopping at the mega stores. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable about latest food, new toys and treats and the brands they carry have far better ingredients than your typical pet store. The frozen raw food section was super impressive. Only pet store you need to check out in Clintonville/N Cbus.
