March 28th, around 8 pm. There was an employee harassing customers at the checkout lines. I do not know her name, but she had long straight hair, in a ponytail, and eyeglasses. I often shop at COSTCO, where they always check my cart and receipt after the checkout, therefore, I do not mind employees checking my cart and receipt. However, this employee was accusing customers of stealing and being extremely rude. Additionally, after being reprimanded by one of the customers for her lack of manners, she walked towards other employees and started to scream and make a scene about how she was "just doing her job." The way she was walking around and screaming seemed quite erratic and I felt like she could snap and attack a customer at any moment. I will be driving to Grove City's Kroger next time where I feel safer.

Great store !! Clean ! Employees friendly !! Wayyyyyyy better than parsons. Never seen anyone in the parking lot that made me feel uneasy. I come here ALL the time. They know me and my family very welll.

This place needs closed down just like the Wal Mart. Unsafe and dirty store. The security guys are always on their phone and never paying attention to what’s going on. Sad, so sad.This is my second review / I thought Krogers ramped up their security since wal mart closed and things would be better. But when I went over there a couple guys walking around the parking lot trying to talk to people. Right when I parked my car they tried to come to me. Through the window I told them no. They made me so nervous and I felt scared. I told the security guard and all he said was they can’t come to the Kroger door or they will be asked to leave. But that is Krogers parking lot and they should be concerned about their customers on their lot. So sad. I didn’t feel safe at all because the security guard did nothing. Beware coming to this store.

This has to be the worse ran Kroger in Columbus!! I arrived tonight at 9:42 and was refused entry into the store to grab 1 item (children’s Tylenol) I was stopped at the door by the rental security guard whom stated he wasn’t allowed to let anyone into the store since it closed in 18 minutes. Now if your open until 10pm this makes no sense whatsoever I even attempted to call customer service and was basically told I could come inside to pitch the 1 item. A homeless man then proceeded to verbally attack me as I walked to my car after I was refused entry. Says rental security guard did absolutely nothing. What a joke that shone set up is!!!! I shop at this store very frequently and will take my money elsewhere.

I love this location. Great prices on sale items. I enjoy the houseware items. This location is always clean. I can always find what we are looking for here. The healthy / organic sections have nice varieties. I love the fresh produce section at this location as well.

Beware if you go here, or MANY places in this city these days. You will not be protected against uncivilized people by 'security', obviously. You can't even go shopping for food anymore without risking your life. One sick world we now live in and we have people who allow and encourage this behavior to blame.

Imagine being on the phone with the Krogers pharmacy five minutes before they close, waiting in there drive-through line.. as I’m trying to pick up my Prescription I realized I do not have my wallet, I asked if it’s OK to pay with my phone Jeffrey went back-and-forth with me, instead of saying yes I know you was in the drive-through come in I’ll let you pay. He went back-and-forth with me until we were down to the last minute and then told me if you can make it in, before we close…. Like where is the customer service, I’m currently in the drive thu line u see me , I’m disappointed, I’m paying 60 out of pocket because you guys no longer take CIGNA Cigna and this is how a paying customer is treated, try having a little more compassion and sympathy and being more understanding like come on I’m n the driver thu picking up needed medication after their long day of work, I understand that u want to go home, but I made it on time to pick up my NEED medicine.

I go to this Kroger regularly. I have always had a good experience. The staff is usually very kind and helpful. Because it is a grocery store, they are required to meet certain requirements when it comes to accessibility and I feel that they do a good job of this. They have plenty of handicap parking outside and the automatic doors make it easy for someone with a wheelchair to get in. Most of their isles are wide enough to comfortably accommodate people with disabilities. There were a couple isles that had a pole/support beam that would make it more difficult to navigate. The rug at the front entrance appeared to be getting very worn and could cause some difficulty. Overall they are very accessible to everyone.

Normally I like Kroger but this one is getting destroyed by its childish employees and how they treat people especially after 8pm they act offended that you have the audacity to enter 2 hours before they close, further more they put out displays in the middle of areas were people walk you cant get your shopping cart around them and to top it off they dont even bother to put prices on the display if that weren't enough all the price gizmos in the store on the poles that say check price here dont work none of them actually work. This Kroger is going down hill and the employees are the cause not all of them but quite a few, please see my pictures.

Seth from the pick list area was very disrespectful to my disabled mother. We were waiting in the pickup for an hour we called and Seth answered the phone, saying that he just needs a few more items and it will be out then a half an hour goes by and we call again (after he already was out there loading up a car that arrived half an hour after we called) and said just a few more minutes and another half an hour goes by my mother called again and Seth blew a fuse blaming my disabled mother because he was behind and being blatantly rude and HUNG UP ON HER!she is ashamed to be in public aside from the pandemic putting her life at risk she went inside and he told my mom to apologize to him or he will cancel the order and after the confrontation he still took another 10 minutes to finish it then came out and denied everything that he had done and brought it outside to my car only to throw it in the car with no bags and was missing several items then he stormed off into the storeThis was the rudest and most disrespectful experience I have ever had and I will be contacting corporate so this does not happen again

I shopped today and asked the older lady with white hair for help and the self check out and my card was charged I wanted to take something off and she stated I had to pay again. I was very confident that it came off my card and she said it didn’t. I paid for the items again and called my card right there and indeed it did charge me twice . $50 charge . She was very rude and customer service was very poor.

The store is getting worse and worse by the day with being able to find anything. The employees are lazy and all they want to do is stand in a group and talk and chat on the clock. They refuse to help customers. Customers are constantly asking where things are and all they want to do is point to an aisle instead of showing them know when they probably won’t be able find what they’re looking for. This is the world we live in now. Employees demand more pay so they can do less work.

Purchased Schwebel's sub roll buns on Sunday September 18, 2022 and went to use them tonight to make meatball subs for dinner and they were moldy. Not just one but a couple of them. Eww 🤢 Expiration date is October 1,2022. Disappointed. Beware of products from this store.

The store was filthy! The cashier on self pay did not know her job very well. When I asked about a Kroger gift card she told me she knew nothing about them. I was forced to pay for my items with my debit card. I could gave went to customer service but the.line was 10+ people so I skipped that. Will call corporate tomorrow.

This location is currently undergoing a remodel. They have eliminated the full service deli department and they also have eliminated the full service bakery. I went to order a cake for a party, something I have done several times at this store. That is something they no longer do. The clerk in the bakery told me everything is now coming in pre-baked and frozen. They are just thawing the items and putting a price tag and expiration date on it and placing it on a shelf/display.

Shelves are empty, merchandise and food laying in the middle of the aisle... someone can get hurt. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I went early in the morning to get steaks that were advertised for sale...none were on the shelf and when I asked the associate, he was rude and said it will be a couple hours or more before it's out. I mean it's fathers day! No carts inside. The store was fiflthy and unorganized. I will not shop here anymore!

My 80 year old mother went into the Krogers today on South High Street. I am hearing they have a tyrant posted at a kiosk in the laundry detergent aisle. Thistyrant would not allow my mom to put the laundry detergent in her cart and said she had to pay for it before leaving the aisle. I guess i will have to get my mother's laundry detergent at Meijers on East Broad Street and drop it off in the South End of Columbus.
