I used to shop here all the time for my groceries. I absolutely hate that they've swapped to self checkouts. Charge me more for food, make me scan it myself, and if I mess up or it misreads the weight of an item the machine gets mad at me. I'm not "old and don't like change" I'm 25, but I really miss actually having a cashier. I've had great conversations with cashiers in the past at many locations.

I was on vacation and visited this supposed accessible for disabled store. The one and only available motorized cart you had to go to customer service and stand in line to get the key by dropping off your ID. I’m disabled so just making it to the motorized cart is a challenge. By making me first find customer service and then STAND, the thing I cannot do for which I need the cart, in line is antithetical to the purpose of the motorized cart. I have my own mobility scooter, but it’s basket is not sufficient for grocery shopping. No, grocery ;Target, Giant Eagle, Walmart, Marc’s in Canton feel the need to lock up their mobility scooters due to theft. I am sure Kroger’s could do much better. I think the person in corporate or this store should have to live a day in my life being unable to stand for almost any time or walk even short distances yet desperately trying to stay independent. This is pathetic and you’re store is NOT accessible. I wrote this so others with disabilities would know. Do not respond that costumer service would’ve been happy to accommodate me. They were not, in fact they giggled, and mentioned how busy they were. I also had to stand in line to return said key and get my ID back. Awful. I’ll never again shop at a Kroger’s…thankfully they aren’t an option in Canton.

Is your phone system down? I’m trying to see if my prescription is available for pickup. I can’t call your main store or the pharmacy. I feel really frustrated about this. I called Kroger corporate, and they cannot reach your pharmacy either. Please, I just want access to my medication.

"I had a disappointing experience at Kroger. The store was poorly organized, with aisles cluttered and products frequently out of stock. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when approached for assistance. Additionally, the checkout process was frustratingly slow, with long lines and only a few registers open. Overall, the lack of organization, inadequate stock, and poor customer service made my shopping trip at Kroger more of a hassle than a convenience."

Terrible experience ever! The guy named Tyshonne who looked like a manager provided an awful service. I had to repeat three times so that he can understand the money order amount I needed and he did print the wrong order twice. The worst part was he even gave me a looking by saying it’s because of me not saying the amount correctly, which was totally NOT TRUE!!! Without any apology and presented racism vibe. Never choose this place.

This Kroger has a large selection but is quite often filled with the unhoused population begging for money out front. It's also a very busy location but there are never lines when checking out so that's nice 🙂

Wouldn’t accept my legal ID from the BMV because it was the temporary paper ID despite me also having the original. They wouldn’t give us these papers at the BMV if we weren’t legally aloud to use them. Almost 30 years old with two forms of ID and I’m still denied?

This Kroger is already not my favorite because it gets easily overcrowded and that's how it stays the majority of the day. However after today it's my least favorite. (Jun, 25 -22-)My keys fell out of my pocket in the store and I went back in to ask if anyone had brought them up. I first went to ask the security guard, and after saying excuse me three times he finally turned around to me. Only to say "I can hear you" while having given no indication that he could while I was saying "excuse me". He was then rude to me while I asked him my question and his only help was to suggest I had left them at the checkout, when in fact I knew I had not. He wasn't wearing a mask yet insisted I back up further away from him also. I was masked and the store was loud. I don't know if he was just having a bad day but I really will avoid coming here in the future because everyone seemed exasperated by me needing help.The front desk did finally help me, and they were very kind but that hardly makes up for this situation.

This place is horrible. Don't go here. You might get mugged inside. You might get slapped in line. The machines never work is long self checkout lines. I wouldn't go here. It's more security in the store then customers. It's a waste of time. I wouldn't let my dog eat off the sidewalk there and I don't even have a dog

THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME ADONIS THAT HELPED ME WITH MY CHECK OUT HE HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY WELL MANNERED HE EVEN HELPED ME BAG MY GROCERIES…. I'm a retired Kroger employee I live near the German village Kroger but I prefer to shop at the Kroger's on campus. Much nicer and clean friendly staff 😁 I just came from the campus store since Kroger's closed there bakery it sucks. At around noon there was little to no bread on the shelves I looked behind the counter and the young lady was looking at her phone.

I really like the value convenience and selection of produce and healthy food items at this Kroger. The employees are all very pleasant and helpful. Especially the folks at the prepared foods deli section in the cheese section particularly.I do not like the trash filled parking lot and there is insufficient parking on busy shopping days. But, this is a first world problem LOL

“Security Guard” is a pretentious self absorbed idiot who thinks he is boss and has all the authority. Stopped for a $4 purchase of a water and nausea relief after I asked for help to open the nausea relief, first replying “No!” move and get out of the way!, I am working. Said he would ban me from all Kroger stores if I did not retrieve my $4 receipt out of the trash can, even after I showed the digital receipt on my phone. Pitiful terrible choice by management that will get you on the 200+ list of Kroger closures. It would be wise to consider a different demographic that will be approaching your customers, main source of revenue.

I wouldn't work here or shop here tbh. They don't pay their employees alot. In fact some of the employees here they do not pay at all as many previous employees (Myself Justin "Peri" Perryman included) have gone an entire year without seeing a check. The management has attitudes and the store itself is disgusting. Trashcans filled to the brim and going weeks without replacement liners, food damaged or left opened, there is a cemetary of undisposed dead flies in the employee breakroom and the bathrooms are unholy to say the least. The fact that they are still open as a customer and employee feels like an OSHA violation. And it's been a year and I (among others) are still waiting for our checks. I may be waiting a while considering they can hardly afford to take out their own trash, unfortunately.

I had some trouble in the self-checkout and Marlene was a geeeeem! She was super helpful and nice 🏽 she totally deserves a raise ❤️❤️❤️I love the freshness of their fruits and veggies and the variety and quality of the products you can find ✨ they also have great deals with the card and coupons you can get on their app!!!

Generally the stock is good. However the checkout situation is deplorable. They got rid of the cashiers for self checkouts, and yes, that would be faster if they actually opened the self checkouts. I am in a line wrapped around the store because 8 of 24 registers are open. A line should not get this backed up for more registers to be opened.

Not sure about all the workers there but a guy named Zach knew exactly what I needed that day. Asked him about protein and he gave me all the aisles and places I can get the different types of protein bars..Long story short. Kroger's Kroger, but they had nice workers here.

About what you'd expect of a grocery store meant to serve college students and Weiland Park--rows of frozen pizza and no non-organic gallons of milk. And who puts the bread in the center of the store?I'm always surprised at how well-stocked their produce and meat sections are. They even have sushi! That this is surprising should give you some indication of the expectations a shopper has walking into this store.

I would have given more stars but this entire store is completely self-checkout. My register malfunction after literally ringing three items. (My complete order) and the three little girls thats supposed to be watching the lines was too busy talking and giggling to bother helping customers.

This is a comment that applies to ALL kroger companies. Kroger advertises always fresh and neither their meat or produce is fresh EVER. The meat is brown a day later and so is the produce. Everytime I buy fruit containers the nest day it is spoiled and I have to throw it away. Krogers seriously fell off to the point where if it happens again I'm calling the health department because if something is about to go bad or expire it is supposed to be marked down.

Always understocked shelves, understaffed registers with employees just wandering around them but not helping. Usually about half the self scan registers are turned off and there aren't any carts. Really only saving grace is that it's cheaper than giant eagle and it's the only grocery store in the area. Yikes, I'm tired of it, gonna move my prescription and never go back

This Kroger should be shutdown. It’s unsafe pretty much any day of the week after 6pm. My girlfriend will get catcalled and worse. Last time she went on her own, the security guy had to walk her to her car because guys were following her. For whatever reason, street urchins like to hangout there at night. The employees and security are generally nice, but it’s not enough.
