They've made my pet owning experience so wonderful. Sam, Anita (sp), Miranda, and so many other wonderful employees have been so compassionate and helpful to me and my pets. Even though they don't carry 'Prescription' Diets they have Farmina N&D that has ingredients that entail beneficial ingredients like cranberries and pumpkins that aid in digestion and kidney health. They all deserve a high wage for the quality of work they output.

I am so happy I found this store! They have a huge selection of pet toys, apparel, and treats. Unlike other pet stores, they carry a large selection and nice quality. We bought our pup a homemade cookie and a nice coat for the winter!

We are newer customers to this chain that has moved into the area. Every time I've been in there, the staff have been amazing and taken the time to explain the different options for our pets. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable of their products. Most recently, Jess at the UA store has been helping our poodles with their food allergies and things have been going great ever since taking her advice. I highly recommend Hollywood Feed!

Kind of pricey. I had no idea it was a pet supply store until I drove up to it because I knew it used to be one. I found a toy my dog loved that I hadn't seen in numerous pet stores for years!!! I haven't taken in my 110lb baby yet but, the way she reacts will be reflected in the rating.Update!!-Due to the company's response, I'm raising my rating. I love when companies take the time to listen and respond! That makes me pay the extra few bucks! Thank you!!

I had questions about an item I was seeking to purchase and the sales person was extremely helpful. She made another suggestion that I found useful so I purchased that as well, along with the usual item I go to Hollywood Feed to get. I was able to come in and quickly pick up the dog food I needed. The only issue was the flavor I usually get was on the opposite side of the aisle, so for about 5 seconds I was upset because I thought you were out, but then I turned around a saw it. And if that's the worst thing, then I am pretty happy.I like that you always seem to have a good supply of the brand and flavor we get.

Hollywood Feed is our go-to place to buy treats for our pups. Our dogs love coming to this location in particular because of how much attention they get from the staff who always greet them by name. Prices are competitive and they always seem to have the latest products and consistently have their staple brands. We love Hollywood Feed and our pups do too!

Went looking for one brand of food for our puppy (Hill's Science Diet, that his breeder heavily, heavily recommended, exclusively), and wound up being so impressed by the employee's (Ana) discussion with us about recalls between the different brands, and that Fromm (which we feed to our adult dog) doesn't contain corn in its top five ingredients, and that Fromm has never had any Recalls on their products, that we were reassured about feeding the baby Fromm against the breeder's recommendation, and thus getting the baby and our adult on the same brand (but different formulations), which saved us a lot of money.Then, a bit later we were deliberating between enzymatic cat spray cleaners, and she not only helped explain pros and cons of each, but told us what one customer preferred as the 'holy grail', versus around the corner in another aisle where another enzymatic cleaner was that she herself found really helpful.And to top it all off, the employee name tags included pronouns! It was neat, seeing "sje/her" on an employee's badge, and really also then showed furthermore that the store and employees were welcoming
