Every employee I've ever talked to at this store has been knowledgeable and friendly, but I need to specifically call out Vinnie. My aloof dog loves him (and I don't think it's entirely the free treats), and he goes out of his way to be helpful and personable with every customer. I also love that it's not a huge store, but the variety of products is excellent. I love having this store in my community.

Aside from the convenient location, my appreciation of this store lies in two important areas. It is well stocked, and products are easy to locate. The friendliness of the staff and their appreciation for every customer is overwhelmingly affirming to me. Thank you!

This location has a good amount of stock and variety of many pet foods/items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices aren't too expensive. Would shop here again.

My daughter and I took Wednesday, my 3 yr old grandpuppy, for a bath today. It was a wonderful experience! The Hollywood Feed staff is amazing. The young gentleman (Brent?) welcomed us in showed my daughter what to do and even got ‘ol grandma a chair so I could sit while Wednesday got her bath.Then as we were checking out the nicest young lady helped us and was not only very complimentary to Wednesday but also complimented my outfit. She was very pleasant and I could tell that Wednesday felt comfortable with the staff. Hollywood Feed has excellent products, services and customer service! See Y’all Soon 😊

I came to Hollywood Feed today my very first time, and my expectations were far exceeded. Very clean, and organized with premium quality products that scale from affordable to more high end pricing. Upon walking in I was kindly greeted by Katie, who guided me through the store and made suggestions for what options would be best for my pet. You can tell Katie genuinely cares about not only making sure the customer has the best experience possible, but also about the well being of your pet and is an animal lover which was very reassuring. I look forward to returning, by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a pet store!

We are regular customers at the Clintonville Hollywood Feed and, while all of the associates are very friendly and helpful, we wanted to give a special shout-out to Winnie.Our cat (unfortunately) has been diagnosed with cancer recently and we had a scary moment where he was no longer interested in food. We asked a representative at our local Hollywood Feed if they had any suggestions for food for cats with nausea and Winnie was super helpful with suggestions. She mentioned she had cats that were fussy eaters too and suggested that we try some of the Acana pates.Our cat loved them and started eating again so we are very grateful to Winnie for helping extend our time with our little gentleman--thank you Winnie!

The customer service was incredible. The employees seemed genuinely interested in my cat and excited to show me products based off their own pets. I learned a lot about things my cat would benefit from.- as a brand new first time cat parent. They were excited about different things on sale as well.

I used to work at Petco and was very loyal to them until they raised prices and stopped price matching, but every experience I've had at Hollywood Feed has been absolutely phenomenal. Every employee is so kind and helpful and it feels very safe for me as an LGBT+ person. A good pet store should put the needs of animals first, the wants of people second, and profit third, and this location is the closest I've ever seen to meeting that ideal.

I stopped in (8/20/23) to grab some different food for our cat that is not eating due to illness. Assistant manager Vinny and the female worker (did not catch her name) were so helpful and nice. I mentioned what is happening with our cat and the female worker offered some food recommendations. Vinny also showed me some options if our cat starts to lose weight rapidly. Vinny also provided a couple samples of food to try. Additionally, he carried my litter out for me! It’s has been stressful dealing with our cat’s lymphoma, but the helpful and nice service at this Hollywood Feed was such a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend shopping here, especially if you have questions and need help. Thank you Hollywood Feed. ❤️

Hollywood feed is my go to local pet supplies store for my dog. Their selection is decent, and you can always call ahead of time to see if they have something in stock. They price match Chewy (and maybe some other stores?) which is nice, but they definitely are a little pricier than other stores. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly friendly! My dog loves going in to say hi to them. I definitely recommend supporting them over other chains that don’t treat their animals well!

Probably the greatest pet store ever. All the staff are helpful and personable and will recognize me and acknowledge that recognition, and I don't need but I do want it. It's feels nice. They are all really nice. Also they have everything and their prices are unbeatable.

I simply love this place. I have brought my animals here for the past year (due to living right by it) and I will continue to come here for many years! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable about everything I've gone to them for. They have helped me find items to comfort my cats after traumatic vet visits and I can't thank them enough for the help it brought me.

I don't care for the Hollywood Feed Commercial showing a child putting mud all over a poor dog' s head and ears! It shows cruelty to the dog! The poor thing looks miserable! This commercial needs to be edited!
