Came here looking for cat food samples and some dog chews. Paul was more than happy to supply me with many different brands of cat food. Excellent customer service! Thankyou Paul for making my shopping trip quick and easy! Although, I didn't really appreciate the cashier who checked me out labeling the chews I bought my dog as "disgusting".

Super friendly staff! They are so attentive and kind without being too pushy, which is so hard to find. It can be hard to find frozen raw cat food locally, but they’re always stocked with it whenever I come in!

Friendly and knowledgeable service and a very good assortment of bulk foods and treats for your dogs. It took me a little bit to get used to the change in the branding, but the good service and the engaged personnel are still there just like the good old days of Pet People.

This was my first time at this location. The store is huge but there is little parking. But that is not an issue. I walked in and was promptly greeted by Paul and he was beyond lovely and helpful. He carried all 3 of by bags of dog for to the car for me. I will be back there next time I need dog kibble!!

The staff is amazing! Everyone is super knowledgeable and ready to help. They'll help you pick out the best food for your pet and always offer to carry heavy items to your car. There's also a great discount to help you stock up if you're bringing home a new pet. I even had a nice gentleman spend a lot of time helping me find things for my new kitten and held a tower for me at the store until I could come back and pick it up.

The staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but, I only have the store 3 stars because they have not had an item I purchase regularly for over 3 weeks. Otherwise, I enjoy shopping at this store and find their prices are comparable of not less than other pet stores.

Visited the Hollywood Feed in Grandview and the customer service was amazing! We were able to find and more appropriate food for our puppy and given many suggestions to help with her aching belly and growing body! Will be back often!

What a wonderful experience! I took my bernedoodle puppy in last night to purchase some treats and a collar/leash set and the 2 employees working were the sweetest! They interacted/loved on my puppy and also helped me pick great items for him. The store was very clean and well stocked! We’ll definitely be back!

I can always count on getting great guidance at the Grandview on West Fifth Avenue location when my pet has a problem. After trying the recommended diet change, and a digestive aid treat aimed at gas control, my dog is feeling better only two days later, and I can breathe again :-)

The stores are clean and have quality products, but it’s the staff that makes this place incredible. Whether in store or on the phone, they are always friendly and looking for ways to be helpful. My cat recently had surgery and I called to ask whether they had cones in stock, as he has been escaping from the one I got from the vet. The employee (wish I could remember her name) went above and beyond the inventory question to empathetically share tips on how to keep my cat as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for your kindness during a stressful time!

This place ain't cheap, but the staff is AMAZING. All three went so far above and beyond, from watching my new excitable pup and holding her leash while I paid to carrying my dog crate to my car for me and giving me tons of sincere advice throughout the entire experience. Seriously, if you are a new dog owner and need help and guidance, this is the spot. They also do have plenty of BOGO promos and discounts.

This pet store is amazing! My dog is a very picky eater - he doesn’t even like most wet foods, so I brought him to PetPeople to try some of the kibble samples they have at the front. The people who helped were awesome. We went through so many different samples until they figured out which foods he actually likes. Me and my puppy were so happy with the selection at the store and the service. The bag of food I ended up getting was actually a few bucks cheaper here than it was at other online stores to!!

Went to this location today for a couple different kinds of cat litter. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the staff and was asked how he could help. He showed me the way to the litter I needed and then carried both large bags to the counter. After processing my payment, he carried both bags out to my car and put them in my trunk. The customer service here is phenomenal and is exactly why I will always bring my business here instead of going to competitors!!

We always have an absolutely wonderful experience at this location. My wife and I really enjoy visiting this store. My puppy, Gracie, LOVES THIS PLACE. All of the associates are helpful, kind, generous, and polite. Always. They take such good care of my pup when we visit. I wish I had the opportunity to add a 6th star.

They seem to focus on high quality pet products so its not the place to pick up a cheap extra bed or toys. But they have great bulk treats and special items like doggy canolis for that extra tasty meal. We don't get our food here but it appears to be great selection. They have a version of just about everything you'll find at the giant chain pet stores, just less of them.Again, I wouldn't expect to stock up cheaply on anything here except for the bulk treats they offer.
