The manager followed me around the store, but I didn't realize he was following me until I headed towards the cashier. I had stuff in my hands, so I was about to ask the cashier if I could grab a cart. The manager blocked the door like I was going to dash outside. This was my favorite dollar general because they never pre judge me. I know that one customer is not going to make a difference, but I never step foot back in that store.

I am not a typical female who does not carry a small purse I carry a bookbag mainly because I am a bus rider.I was asked to leave my book bag up at the register with 2 people I'd never laid one on before. I had just been to the ATM and had a large amount of cash on me plus a carton of cigarettes. On top of cash, I also had just picked up my prescription Marijuana. Really doesn't matter what I had in my bag. My point is this anyone carrying a purse/handbag isn't asked to leave it up at the register why should I have to leave my purse no matter what form I carry it in? It's my personal property that I should never be asked to give up. I WILL NOT BE handing my PURSE to anyone so I was asked to leave. I will not be returning and will be speaking to people I know asking them not to shop here.The guy asked me to give up my PURSE and watched me stuff my jackets in the bookbag making it full so that if I was there to steal anything the bag was too full to conceal anything inside it. I would have had to empty it to put anything in it. I don't need to steal from Dollar General and I don't believe in stealing. The guy asking me to leave was rude from the start he wanted me to trust him with my personal property I THINK NOT.I KNOW Family Dollars just 5 minutes down the street doesn't ask me to leave my personal property to shop there.

This is the best dollar general I have been to yet. The store is immaculate. The customer service is I give it a 100 out of 10. They actually asked me if I found what I needed in there genuine about it. I almost feel like I I’ve gone on vacation. This is now my go to store. April helped me today. I feel very welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

This is the worst store in the area to go to they almost never have what you go there for. The employees are mostly garbage people the store is cluttered all the time with stock that never seems to go to the shelf and I literally witnessed an assault on one of the employees while waiting in line and the manager helped the people who did the assault and told the employee he deserved it. I wouldn't recommend going in here unless you are trained for combat because this place is nuts.

Was short on money for needed medical stuff and the clerk payed herself what I was short. It amazed me and made me tear up . What a wonderful person who deserves a raise and promotion.

Terrible Store. No carts, No Baskets, rude employees always outside smoking when there are 200 boxes needed emptied and put away. There are never DG bags, they bag your purchases in 30 gallon garbage bags. There's always thugs hanging out in the parking lot and inside. They have no customer service. They act like you are stealing following you around. It's a neighborhood eyesore with the tons of trash in the parking lot. Dirty, nasty store.

The staff at the store are nice. I gave 3 stars because if people are coming in maskless then they are presenting a biological threat to whomever comes in during or after them. Dollar General knows what they need to do. If you are going to enforce then you need better protection for your workers and people who visit your store. Times are deadly serious and we need to have respect for one another. Staff has always been nice to me.

Nice store but always a long line and only 1 register open no carts no baskets so your standing in line for 20 minutes holding your items even dropping them I’m in retail normally the back up cashier/manager has to help get the line down if more then 3-4 people in line but not here there will be 10 people in line and managers does not care lots of people set items down and walk out so dg is losing money I just feel bad for the cashier getting no help

I love going shopping here. You just have to watch the prices , because most of the price tags are different than what it rings up at the cash register .

Just not the same as other dollar generals. They don't do coupons, except the app ones. They had no clothes and just felt weird. Nice employees and it was brand new. Was told it was the first dollar general in Ohio that was a franchise.

Very respectful young men that work there when I go in. they always are willing to help me before I even ask.. they don't have a huge selection but it's definitely a good store if you need something little so you don't have to go to a big box store

Love coming to this one . Besides they floors always dirtyUpdate : stopped over here 09/4 to get a quick drink because I was getting some new tires put on my car across the street upon arrival I noticed the trash gate was open with lots of trash on the ground.

Love ur prices but don't like the fact that u don't have cart fort people that need them like for elderly who can't carry a lot of things in their hands.........i have a suggestion...put tall poles on the carts so the carts can't go out the door like family dollars do...

This was the most organized and clean DG I've ever been to. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I will be traveling across the city from now on to shop there

Store is very clean, they allow you to use the cart to take items to your car unlike Family Dollar and you can bring your purse inside unlike Family Dollar.

You really won't find better in this area.. Everytime I go here it's clean and there is not a bunch of stuff piled up everywhere and everything.. only bad thing they don't sell no clothes like most other dollar general stores but other than that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😁

This was actually my 1st time in this Dollar General, customer service was great my only problem with the store was finding items I needed otherwise overall I enjoyed my 1st experience at this location!

Sketchy neighborhood but VERY friendly AND VERY fast SERVICE! Went in for a car phone charger... Line was long but went super fast! Employees are Very Friendly and nice!

Was disappointed they did not have the size cups nor the paper plates, I usually purchase at the other DG locations. Miss out on the gift card. Too many people.

I love this place they have toilet paper, birthday cards, laundry detergent, trash bags and soap all for low prices. I can buy everything I need for the month for under $40!!!!
