they gave me trouble with my ipledge for isotretinoin when i usually have no issues, and my questions on my account were answered? she was asking me if i “knew the answers” which i’d never been asked before. no one knew how to work the ipledge site so i unfortunately missed my pick up period and have to schedule another dermatologist appointment to get a pregnancy test, which i did last week already, JUST so i can get the medication.

CVS was amazing today. I had forgotten to refill a prescription and was leaving to Europe the next day without enough to cover my trip.when I called them they said they will have it ready in 20 minutes if I can pick up the refill. Awesome experience and they helped me same money on the medication too. Love CVS!

The only pharmacy that has the audacity to offer 6hr prescription fill times than STILL doesn’t have them ready. Month after month after month. Please do better.

Kinda hard to find what in was looking for, water not grouped with other drinks but staff were helpful when I asked.
