We LOVE All Paws Retreat. They are our go to place when we need to board our pups. The owners truly love and care for your pups. They have a clean facility open communication and love your dogs like their own. Our Bernese Mountain Dog has anxiety and wasn't eating his food. They sat in his kennel with him and gave him love and pets until he finished his food each meal. They gave us a detailed report card every day. Your dog will go through an initial assessment where they will find the best classroom for your dog. You can login into a member portal and check in on your pup everyday to watch them play. You will relieve pictures of your pups every day. I can't say enough positive things. WE LOVE ALL PAWS!

I leave town for work about twice a month and use this place for boarding my pup Charlie. They do a wonderful job, so much so that I try to take him here at least once a week to play. Charlie adores the staff and visiting with his doggy friends. I also love that they send pictures of Charlie from each visit, and I can view him on their pup cams all day!

Wow just wow. I absolutely loved my time with All Paws Retreat. My golden retriever, Opal has been attending there for almost two years and has loved every second. They always take the best photos for the report card, give me updates when needed and Opal always comes home tired. I can feel how safe and loved she is just by hearing staff talk about her. This has also been her grooming spot for the past couple years as well and she always comes home looking beautiful. They truly take the time to meet the individual needs of all their pups and it shows. We are sadly moving and will be unable to attend any longer. Today I picked opal up after her last day and received the kindest goodbye note. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it!

Really awesome place! They know my pup really well and I feel like really care about him and love having him there. Have been living in Columbus for four years and tell everyone about my dog's favorite place!! Ali is his hairdresser and she is the BEST. She always does an awesome job and is great. Cannot recommend enough!!

My dog Nola has been going to Paw Retreat for grooming for 2 years now. I love the staff . Plus Nola gets treated real good there. Just stop by and see how the staff works for the dogs. Also they have different stuff for the dogs, dog food, treats,and outfits etc. stop by. Nice place for your dogs.

My dog absolutely loves it here. He always comes home exhausted, but happy. The staff are top notch and know exactly who you are when you walk in the door. The report card and photos you get at the end of the day are the perfect little cherry on top! I absolutely could not recommend All Paws more!Update April 2024: Keeping up with my 5 star review, I wanted to mention the training services offered by Tara here. My dog had some hyperfixation and reactivity issues and Tara's dog and training knowledge as well as weekly sessions has helped him so much!

Went in for my first time last week and we have a really anxious pup and I love how when you go in for the initial visit you meet with the manager and address any concerns and they will ask many questions about your pups personality so they can understand your dog and their needs. I felt very comfortable leaving her there for her first daycare visit! They were so great with communication and took lots of photos during her stay. They also gave her a ball (which she absolutely LOVES) and treats! It was such a nice surprise. Will definitely be coming back! :)

Proud to work here and be a part of this great team! During my birthday weekend I got some time off and had them watch my husky Shoto. Even though he hated it, I still know he was taken care of and given love and affection. Thanks for helping make my day a great one by watching my special fur boy! By far the best doggy daycare I have experienced and I’ve had my Frenchie at several. I travel a lot for work with my dog and it can be difficult to find places that will accommodate me. All Paws went above and beyond for my little potato and I’m so grateful! The staff was so helpful and happy to talk to. They are extremely knowledgeable and intentional with their care for the “kids.” My only wish is they expand to Indy!

We absolutely LOVE bringing our pup here. He is always so excited to come and never wants to come home. They send pictures every night after daycare which is an amazing touch. If we want to check on him they have cameras to look at during the day to check in. He also gets groomed at All Paws and they always do an amazing job and he looks great. I would 1000% recommend All Paws to everyone looking for a safe & fun place that goes above and beyond for their pup

Buddy has been going here for the last few years after I found him at All Paws grand opening. An amazing dog deserves the best care, great grooming and that can all be found here. He loves daycare, the socialization with other pups and loves staying in his cozy den when I board him. All Paws cares about each and every dog as if they were their own and my favorite part is getting pictures each day he’s there! Best doggy daycare in Columbus!

This place is absolutely amazing. They truly do treat my baby like their own, and I can tell how much fun he is having just by the pictures - he always looks so happy! The staff is wonderful, and the added touches like the Webcam help ease my anxiety throughout the day. Not all doggie daycares are the same - our last one was awful for my guy - but I am so grateful to have found All Paws!

We’ve been bringing our dog, Marley, here for a few weeks and absolutely LOVE it. Marley always has so much fun. They send her home with a report card every day including the cutest photos! The staff is excellent and super helpful and accommodating. The cancellation policy is pretty accommodating. I would highly recommend All Paws!

I have never had a bad experience! The staff is always kind, helpful, and responsive. They update you with pictures throughout the day which is always a plus. I have taken my dog here for grooming, daycare, and boarding and I can tell he’s always taken care of. I get especially nervous boarding him, but again they update with pictures and always reassure me he’s taken care of! Definitely recommend All Paws :)

I'm very picky on where I take my dog to get groomed, and All Paws exceeded all expectations. Everything from the groomer asking me specifically what I wanted done to the front desk folks being so nice and welcoming. I can't recommend them enough.

This place is amazing. They have a such friendly and welcoming staff! I brought my yorkie here and they did such an amazing job. I’m very pleased with the results and it was such great/affordable prices. They give you pictures of your dog behind the scenes too!

I took my puppy for his first day of daycare today and he had a BLAST. Alec was so welcoming and informative and i definitely felt like I could trust them with my pet. I also love that there are webcams where I can watch my pup play; and they also take pictures during the day! Already made my reservation for tomorrow!

I absolutely love All Paws Retreat!  It's bright and cheerful and squeaky-clean, and the minute you walk in you can tell that everyone who works there loves dogs.  My 3-year old female pug - Gracie Mae - goes there for doggy daycare once a week and they usually greet her - by name! - at the door.  She's an 'only child', by herself all day while I work, so I thought she could use a little fun once a week.  While she's there, I can pop in on the video feed and watch her playingn while I'm at work, plus they send me oodles of pictures at the end of the day.  They also offer grooming and training services, plus they have a shop full of all kinds of food and treats and really cool toys and anything you'd need for your dog.  Honestly, if the had a vet in-house I'd never take Gracie anywhere else!  The daycare prices are very reasonable - you can book for a half day or a full day, as often as you like. I highly recommend All Paws Retreat!  Here's a pic of Gracie with one of her new friends!

I’ve always loved All Paws and their staff. They do great work, take pride in their works, are gentle and compassionate, and make every interaction enjoyable. My pup needed in last minute for a bath due to having cat litter stuck in her paws. They were able to get her in last minute with an opening, thankfully. The gal who took care of my pup was so kind and did an amazing job as always. The front office staff were enjoyable to chat with. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks for taking care of not only my pup today, but me as well without even knowing it.

Our dogs always have the best time when here. Grooming is at a very fair price, they sell high quality items, are super helpful with training, and provide fantastic care. They even helped take in our dogs for last second boarding for a week when we had our baby. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We have been taking our two pups here for several years. The staff is always personable and they know are pups by sight. They have webcams you can watch at any time when your pup is at boarding or daycare. This has majorly relieved my husbands stress when we are on vacation or just out of town. When you board, it is extra, but you can have someone cuddle/play with them 1:1, treat time, grooming, etc.When at daycare there is someone(s) in the room with the dogs at all times. If a dog is acting up, they will go into another room or into time out. As our dog Bard has learned on a few occasions.Each day they are boarding or in daycare, you will receive "Report Cards" - basically pictures staff have taken of your particular dog so you can keep. They have taken some exceptional pics of our pups.All Paws truly takes care of any pup brought to them. Our pups come home exhausted from playing and interacting all day.

Everyone here is wonderful! They greet their customers (the dogs) by name when they come in and take the time to get to know each dog!Sophie, my mini bernedoodle had her first grooming appointment today and she looks perfect! Exactly how we discussed and she smells wonderful, too! After having bad experiences elsewhere, it was refreshing how great they were!Will definitely be back… and I will tell my dog parent friends about it too!

We all just moved to Columbus from my hometown of San Diego, it was an adjustment to say the least. I think it was most stressful on our Sadie girl. She’s pretty nervous as it is. I spoke with the owner of all paws letting her know of the 2,000 mile stressful car ride and Sadie. I also started work early. She was so kind and even asked the person who does the trial run with the dogs(I believe her name is Aaminah) come earlier. She was also amazing!! So calm we took Sadie away from all the people and dogs coming in. She explained what they were going to do and she would let me know. Sadie went to an amazing daycare in San Diego for two years she loves her people. Later that day I got an update Sadie was playing and having fun!! Made my heart full and happy. And then I saw the pictures of her looking like a nut with her new giant friend! Can’t wait to take her back!!! Thank you all so so much.**Edit**So dog dad got a job back in San Diego and I am so sad to be leaving because of how much Sadie loves this place! I wanted to just say after the time Sadie spent here I would give All Paws a 10/10! In my book best daycare she has ever been to.All Paws is amazing in every aspect, everyone is so incredibly knowledgeable, patient and the facility is clean. We did training with Tara who is amazing and calm. We honestly love you guys for loving our girl. I can’t wait to come back and visit!!Thank you so much Casie, Macee, Aaminah, Makena, Shae and everyone there.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Ivan was our groomer today. He did an excellent good! My Sofia looks before then I even expected! Everyone is always friendly and the store is super clean. We will def be rescheduling with Ivan! Love, love, love!!

They came highly recommended by fur parents. We met dog trainer, Tara and she was absolutely wonderful. You could clearly see that dogs are her passion and we are excited for puppy training with her. Awesome staff too!

Poppy and I had a wonderful experience with our trainer, Tara! She was amazing and I feel so much more confident being able to practice skills and go for outings with my dog. Casie, the owner, is so incredibly kind. The facility is so clean. My lab Ellie has been going for about 7 weeks now for daycare and occasional boarding when we need to travel. The staff always greets my dog by name and Ellie LOVES every single team member. I love getting to watch her on the live cams and I especially love the report card photos at the end of the day. 10/10 well done, All Paws!!
