Great staff. I am from out of town but am in Columbus Grove to visit family frequently. I have shopped in this store many times. Recently ordered flooring for my home, survice, quality of product, and knowledge of installation was amazing. I ask a lot of questions, their patience with me was outstanding.

I can’t believe how good the customer service is at this place. I had a plumbing issue that was a little more than what they could accommodate. The associate gave me 2 areas to try to help with the items I needed. The first one paid off. It goes a long way with me to recommend to go to a competitor, when you can’t help. I will give them my business for the thing I know they can handle before going back to Lowe’s or Menards

Okay place. Pretty expensive because of small business pricing. They might have what you need but most likely not what you want. Owners are okay, occasionally rude. I just ignore them because when I go in im most likely just looking for a specific item and trying to get home. I usually only go there if I'm not willing to drive to Lima.

Carl's is a great small town hardware store. Kelly is a great guy and really knows his stuff. Staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to help.
