One star is being nice! That pharmacist at the columbiana rite aide was rude and arrogant! Didn’t want to be bothered. Asked about something to take for sinus pressure and congestion for someone with high blood pressure and he said there’s nothing it all races your heart rate and that coricidan was a marketing ploy. Not helpful at all. The assistant working there with him is very rude as well.

The pharmacy was horrible. The pharmacist Presley was so ignorant and her co worker Taylor Miller to get my child’s prescription filled. Over two hours so I asked if I could take it somewhere else and was given a hard time told to drive back through the line and wait they couldn’t do it right then. Even with my two sick and crying kids in the car wouldn’t write up the transformation of their prescription and I had to have Walgreens then call and request the kid’s prescription which they had ready eleven minutes after I got there. Please don’t waste your time of giving these people your business

While waiting in line at the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions I was asked by the pharmacist, Adam if I was up to date on my covid vaccine. I don't believe the answer is any of his business nor anyone else's business that was around me. Not to mention he didn't ask anyone else while I was waiting in line. Adam also left me sitting in the waiting area for over 40 minutes for a scheduled flu shot. I ended up walking out. Extremely poor customer service. I had my family's prescriptions transferred to Family Drug. They are the friendliest people and we made the best choice! Support local!

Rite Aid pharmacy is very unreliable. Ordered meds on Friday. Went on Sunday, Monday and today ( Tuesday) was told to come back. Most important med was still not ready. I’m a patient person but today pushed me over the edge. Done with Rite Aid Pharmacy!

Easy. Printed some photos and off I went. I also take advantage of their sales on supplements and vitamins. Bogos and good deals. Always clean and the staff is polite. Drive through pharmacy and good service.

The customer service has always been excellent. The pharmacists and techs have been under tremendous pressure due to short staffing and supply issues, none of which are their fault. They work tirelessly in the face of these challenges and remain professional and respectful even when treated terribly by customers who don't understand the circumstances. All the employees are hard working and helpful. The store is very neat and clean. Management is doing a terrific job!!

I spent some time between 2:30 and 3:30pm on 9/14/21 here for a flu shot. I watched the staff in the pharmacy bust their butts working as fast as possible and engage politely with all customers during this time. I saw several customers, one who was extremely loud and rude to the manager, complain about the speed of service and the staff handled it very professionally. Just wanted to say they're doing a great job under the circumstances of being short handed in a pandemic and their efforts are appreciated by many.

Left the doctors with my son who was sick, waited over and hour and half to even go pick up his prescriptions and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm, which was another 5 hours away. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I will now have to take my sick kid out again to pick it up. After this we are switching pharmacies bc this isn’t the first time we have had issues like this.

They are very hard working busy pharmacy. I had a few times I was super stressed during this covid time " my sons were ill" and they were very patient with me. I am a long time customer and I think they are a great pharmacy.

Had a horrible experience today. The only thermometers they have are $72.00. They are nice ones but when I arrived home we had found one so wanted to return the item due to it being $72.00. I called all surrounding dollar generals but didn't have any. They couldn't believe the price either. They are kept at the front counter and I was unaware of the price before purchasing. I called about returning it and they transferred me to the manager who was extremely rude. Never again, Rite Aid.

This pharmacy refused to provide my husband his medication because they said it was too costly for them to carry. They were very rude and told us to go to a different pharmacy, which we did gladly. I was very surprised because we had been going there for years, but as soon as we tried to use a coupon our doctor gave us for the medicine they treated us very badly. Our new pharmacy has no problem providing us with our needed medicine. So I guess Rite Aid is more concerned about making a buck than providing for their patients.

Pharmacy is slow and very disorganized. Spent 10 minutes looking different places for the prescription that was ordered a day before couldn't be found said to come back tomorrow. Convenient but very frustrating shopping experience will be going somewhere else from now on.

I was prescribed a steroid to minimize swelling after surgery along with an antibiotic. I picked up my medication only to find out they didn't give me the steroid when I got home. I had to call them to find out they didn't give it to me. Apparently they were out and had to order it for the next day. Wouldn't that have been useful information when I picked my medication up? If I would have known they were out I would of had it sent somewhere else. They should have called the moment they found out they didn't have it! Low and behold my face is extremely swollen now and I have a big event to attend this weekend.

Although they had some staffing issues earlier this year, it seems to be resolved. I also love the app as I can reorder my prescriptions and then pay and have it delivered.

If you're calling these people rude, I can quickly conclude that this is a reflection on you! They are always courteous and friendly to me! I visit this Pharmacy at least 3x a month. I have been waited on by every clerk there. Not once have I been treated poorly!!! Check yourself my reviewer friend!

Called to ask a simple merchandise question. Phone rang for over 7 min. No answer. Decided to try the pharmacy. Answered immediately and were rude. I told them I had been called the front of the store for over 7 min. The lady stated that they had been having problems with the phone, but the way she said it, all condescending and amused, you could tell she was lying. Umm sure...you mean, they turned the ringer off.
