Have been talking smoky here for 4 years and always satisfied but the last time he came home with a cut over his left eye and looked like he hadn't been trimmed at all .I understand we all make mistakes but I wasn't told about it. Smoky eye doesn't open right he won't be going back there.

I took my pup there for a short groom. His body wasn’t very short and the cut was so choppy. His face looked untouched. Fur over his eyes and beard still long. When I contacted back about the issue they said ‘what do you want him bald?’ It was so rude and unprofessional even though when we left she said if you want him shorter just bring him back. Id never leave my dog there again.

We have been taking our two rescue dogs for over 1 year now, and we would never go anywhere else. Heidi is amazing and does such a good job on our special needs dog (she has IVDD and other health conditions), and for our retired show Pekingese she cuts her perfectly! The rest of the staff is very nice and takes great caution with our babies.I would recommend them to everyone!

I have been taking my dogs here pretty steadily for a few years now but I had issues with our last two visits. After picking up my Havanese later that day I noticed blood on my purse. I was so confused as to where it came from but I figured out later that he had been nicked during his grooming appointment. I have been extremely understanding in the past about this with another groomer I have used that told me about it when I went to pick him up and she apologized profusely. At least the girl was honest and upfront with me, which I appreciated. However, with pampered pup no one told me that he had accidentally been nicked or cut. Anyways, I realize accidents happen and I took our golden doodle for her appointment and I found large scabs on her from being cut. This time I decided to throw in the towel. I debated about writing this review because pampered pup has been good in the past but service went downhill for me as a pet owner. If I would have been told there was an accident- I would have been way more understanding. The manager did call and apologize, however, nothing was offered after a few years of loyalty. She did offer to pay any vet bills I had but obviously the wounds were not bad enough for a trip to the vet…... A free cut would have been nice- anything to show that they wanted to make it right. Their prices also went up $5.I bought a pair of clippers and do it myself now. Money saved and my pets aren’t getting injured.

Tried Pampered Pup for the first time today. I took my 4 lb Maltese in for a grooming. The girl was nice, her name was Jasmine. I asked if they express anal glands and they said no (?). They must not cut dew claws or clean inside their ears either. When they were done, I went in to pay n pick her up n they said she was a sweetie.They wrapped the baby blanket around her that I brought for her comfort. Then it was like "a hurry up n leave vibe". When I got home, there was hair everywhere through the back seat of my car bc they didn't blow her off after cutting/trimming her. I'm looking at her and she has 3 bloody nicks, 2 on front legs n one on her side. Her dew claws weren't cut, her ears weren't cleaned out, there was hair coming out of her toes that was a 1/2 inch longer. They were not that good on blending. Just sad my baby girl had to go through this. She wouldn't leave my side and licked her wounds all evening. I just held her n cried. Never again.

This place has gone down hill,last 3 times I took my dog she came back with uneven hair. Love it the 1st couple of years,but now it takes forever to get an appointment and no one ever calls you back. When I pay more to get my dogs hair done than expect better results. Done with them.

My dog was a dripping wet, chopped up mess after I took him here. Whoever buzzed his fur must have been an untrained employee who's primary job was to clean the floors. NO!

I just picked my pup up, he’s still soaking wet. I normally groom him myself but with complications in my pregnancy I’m not supposed to be over exerting myself, 35.00 and I have to bring him home and dry him myself very disappointing, petco wouldn’t even let a dog leave soaking wet like that!

They don’t do a bad job grooming, but as a business they are downright disgraceful. They repeatedly cancel and move appointments between weeks without sticking to the same times.Avoid.

Treated our dog Tiara to her first nail clipping and shampoo and it was a marvelous experience. The folks here at The Pampered Pup were most cordial and very accommodating. They were efficient and efficacious; Tiara's tail just wagged excitedly through the entire experience! Highly recommend this provider.

My mini schnauzer is 10 months old. Only her 3rd grooming. She was matted so much that they had to really trim her short. Although her coat was really short. She still looked cute. Thanks to them, I think she's starting to get used to grooming.
