She takes great care of my animals and walked with me through one of the hardest things I went through when my dog, was dying. Everyone else would have gave up on her but Lisa did not. We LOVE Dr. Lisa!! We first went to her based on a recommendation from a coworker. We drive 20-25 minutes to see her when we could easily see someone in our own town. But, none of them are Dr. Lisa. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and when she doesn't have an answer, she doesn't hesitate to help us find someone who does. My sweet Trixie had an insulinoma and any other vet would have told me to put her down. Dr. Lisa found another vet willing to try a surgery and because of the both of them, we got another couple quality years for her. Yes, you might have to wait a bit in the outer room, but that's because she is taking her time with every single one of her patients. We won't go anywhere else!

I adopted an animal that had them as a vet. I don’t live in the area at all and requested by phone copies of my dogs medical (shot) records. They responded a few weeks later with a message saying I had to make an appointment. I live 5 hours away, it’s not happening and I feel like they’re holding my dogs medical records hostage. It’s not that hard to email records. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you think there’s a chance that you’ll ever have to move. I can’t even get him groomed without shot records and now he’ll prolly have to get shots he doesn’t need at the new vet.

The people that work there are more like angels because of the way they care for our companions that we bring to them for medical help and personally they saved my little kitten Max. I highly recommend that if your furry family member needs care you can't do better than East Park. 🐕🐈‍⬛🐇🐤🐠

There are cats everywhere which isn’t good for my dog who wants to chase cats. Also it’s not super clean because of the cats. I called on a Wednesday and left a message because I needed my dogs medical records. Called again Thursday because no one called me back. The receptionist was rude but told me so would look for the records and call me back. Called Friday to ask about them again and the receptionist was even more rude. They don’t have computers so they obviously aren’t very organized and they couldn’t find my dogs record. I went to a new vet without medical records since they couldn’t find mine. I wouldn’t recommend this vet.

Wonderful vet! You can end up waiting a bit to be seen but I would prefer the wait for someone that cares about my animal than some of the vets we have seen that don't care! Also not over-the-top expensive!
