The song is True Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks! This is the best days I have ever been to we are in the middle of remodeling a home. I wanted to try some new methods using epoxy and although they didn't have everything I needed they knew exactly how to help me they went to the computer even looked up the video I was talking about. Both people in the images were amazing! They were very helpful and very informative oh, also they were polite and that says a lot I will definitely be shopping here more often! Five stars for sure

I along with a lot of others have been long time customers of Ace parts department and over the past year it has gone down hill rapidly. They use to have one of the best parts pros around and this person has left due issues within this store/management. Now you change hours due to lack of help and not wanting to give valuable employees overtime.WELL,, I got news for everyone, when the rest of your good help quits you might as well close the doors. Stop paying people to come to work and play on their phones and not do anything, get ride of the dead weight and add their pay to the people that will keep your business going.

I had a variety of things on my list to buy as I was beginning a room makeover. Everything from cabinet handles, wall plates, curtain rods, paint, primer, brushes, etc. I thought I was going to have to go to a couple different stores to find everything I needed.I had items sitting in my Amazon shopping cart but wanted to start my project and not wait for shipping time. I'm glad I didn't order from Amazon! Surprisingly the prices at E&H Ace Hardware were better. Plus I had exceptional customer service. Their associates were there for me anytime I had a question for where to find the items on my list. (Vs a big box store where you can never find anyone!)I found everything I needed to complete my room renovation project for only $165. (I was estimating $200 so I came in under budget!)The only thing they couldn't do was send a guy home to help me. 🤣😁This is my new go-to place! Awesome experience! Great job everyone!

This store is amazing. Located at a crossroad of a state highway and a county road out in the middle of nowhere. Store has everything. Always met at the door by an associate waiting to help. Both if my battery operated car keys had dead batteries. The batteries were there and an associate gladly installed them. I hope this store never goes away.👍

Incredibly friendly staff that always offers a hand with whatever you might need. They might not have as much in stock as the big box stores, but you'd be surprised by what they do have. And they are willing to help.

Best hardware store around. They will help you find whatever it is you need and will answer any question you may have. I recently bought a tiller and they made sure it started and even filled out the warranty. Great place!

Big selection with knowledgeable staff. Very nice store, clean and well organized. I can almost always count on them having what I need, and if it's not in stock they can order it. Love the Echo days they have twice each year!

Middleton Ace Hardware is an all-round perfect Hardware store to go to they've had things in there that I didn't even think they would have I went in to get some polyurethane and I also was going to get some tung oil Stokes down into the stain wood but I didn't think they would have it and they did great place great people that help me out

Very friendly. They are my go to for quick things. The workers are the complete opposite of the ones you mostly find at the big box stores. I'd highly recommend this store.

What was convenient because of how close it is isn't convenient anymore. Walmart and grocery stores don't create barriers to herd people to the cash register. Ace hardware seems to forget that not on senior citizens shop there but people with handicaps. Today was the last time I will go there to buy anything. I would rather order online from Amazon then be herded in a store and made to walk farther with my disability. I'm done with all stores that do this.

It seems like there was only two people in this place working there. I could have walked out with half of their inventory and they would have never known because the way the stores laid out. But I didn't do that and it seems like a nice place to go

Variety of merchandise. Prices are high like any other Ace. Picked up a mower belt for $38 when I could've ordered the same one and brand for $15 online. That's just taking advantage of the consumer.
