Great local hardware store! Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Their prices are much better than anticipated as well as such a wide selection of products. They also sell a decent amount of local made products as well. Open much later than many other nearby hardware stores which has saved my butt on a few difficult projects more than once!

I get all my glass from them for my reptile cages. No hasstle at all. And always cut right the first time. Also if you need help the store members arent shy to a little bit of work.

Horrible staff, assistant manager is beyond rude and a fighter his entire staff over the weekend two high school aged boys both with dark hair and high school aged girl dark hair rude, laughed at me for asking a question asst. Manager was beyond ignorant. I will never be back to this rude store ever again shame on the staff for treating customers that way. Well what do you expect when the people have no education and live in a area like that.

Interesting . Bought items didn't work then returned with receipt. And it will take 3 days for me to get money returned. And I had to show cashier all items I bought n returned in receipt a little attitude when returning idk never felt like I was wrong before for returning an item I thought was correct and I had proof of purchase within the days of returns being excepted

Absolutely terrible experience and will never return. I dropped my screen off to have the frame repaired 3 weeks ago. I was told 1-2 weeks. About 1.5 weeks after dropping it off i called to check on it and for roughly an entire week and several calls noone could locate my screen and told me it must be at the shop that fixes them. When i went to the physical store to check on it again after it being 3 weeks it was extremely difficult for them to locate my screen and when they did it hadnt even been fixed. Noone called to inform me there is no "screen guy" anymore and the manager was extremely snarky with me rather than understanding of my frustrations. Terrible customer service as well as skill level on hamdlimg customer item repairs.

Called in to see if what I was looking for was in stock, sales rep said they had it and no rush to come in as they have plenty on hand & on the shelf and cases in the back. I arrived to the store a couple hours later (no rush) and when I asked for said product they told me it just came in on a truck and to call back later when they restock the shelves after 4. So I called back later in the day after 4PM as I was told, and when I asked about what I was looking for I was informed that they didn’t receive a truck/shipment and that it’s out of stock. Talk about a waste of time and gas... worst of all I was lied to multiple times

Love this store. Very conveniently located in Columbiana. When you enter you're always greeted by their friendly staff. They have a nice selection of Yeti water bottles and coolers.

Store is easily located on Main Street with an over abundance of parking for the store. It is packed full of supplies for most DIYers needs. Pricing is average to slightly high for products. Store is kept clean and orderly with customer service ranking top marks for their ability to locate and assist with any questions. No military discount is offered. Overall, for quick stops that don't warrant a trip to Salem or Boardman, it is a great place to shop.
