Went in after remodeling was excited about being able to get a nice coffee and snack and some beer. I was filling my tank went in to see the new stuff decided to get some beer. Go to the counter and tge lady asks to see my ID I giggled because I am 59 years old. I showed her my id and she requested me to turn it over to scan my license, I politely declined and said no because there’s no other reason to scan my ID other than to track my purchases. No Thanks I won’t buy anything else there unless that policy changes… get a clue it’s no one’s business in tracking my purchases. Teach your employees how to read an ID. The lady said it’s a state law which is absolutely ridiculous a giant lie.

I add 6 gallons of gas after it shuts off because it fills my tank. Last Friday I filled up & couldn't add the extra 6 gallonsI live in PA. & Can get a full week till I return to Ohio so I'm done with them I'll use Lisbon BP & drive to Pa. By Blackhawk Road instead( I sell at Rogers every Friday.

Disrespectful employee on 12/15. Rude to customers and her demeanor screamed she hated being there. I came to this gas station because I had a gift card and she told me she couldn’t accept the gift card (which I knew was a lie), then she had to call her manager and was throwing her weight around like a toddler. She finally figured out a new component of her job and at the end of the day she forgot to give me my gift card back. If I could rate this stop 0 stars I would. Very rude employee.

Cashiers making fun of east palestine for what they are going through how dare you I pray you never go through anything like this in your life you should be. Ashamed of yourself and you couldn't pay me money to shop there ...I've worked in the gas station. Industry for many years and have never treated someone poorly or made fun of someone's tragedy ...

I went in there to buy a pack of gum and the lady was so disrespectful and mean. She was making rude comments and yelling at me. Also I believe she is a manager, which is saying a lot. I will never be returning

The old lady that works nights needs to wear a bra and maybe smile once in a while or remember that without customers there is no job for her. Wow she is and always has been just a very unpleasant person. Good thing there are other stores to shop at

Mean old lady with moles wouldn't sell me a beer without scanning my ID. I'm 51 years old and showed her the ID. She told me to take it out to scan it. I refused. There is no reason anyone needs to track my beer purchase.

Went into the restroom and it smelled absolutely putrid. Lady at the counter was just as disgusting as the bathroom. Worse experience I have had at a gas station. And that is saying A LOT!
