I love the store but will not shop there anymore. The only nice person is Miss Rose who even seems embarrassed by the other two’s rude behavior. I wasn’t surprised to see the top comments are about precisely that issue. If any of the higher ups actually read these reviews could you do something about that? When I say they are rude I don’t mean just a little bit. People are already battling terrible inflation and we are in there spending our hard earned money and get treated terribly, which is unacceptable. The last time I was there the guy walked away from a line of us waiting to check out and the very nice lady ahead of me was having trouble getting the card reader to work and we all helped her so she could finish up. When he finally came back to do his job he rung up the next person, said nothing and began to text on his phone as she also had trouble with the card reader and he did nothing to help until I spoke up. It actually makes me furious to see kind people treated so poorly just trying to buy things. Ridiculous.

Almost every time I go in to this store, I say how you doin multiple times, and get ignored. I'm tired of the staff here being ignorant. I won't go here anymore because of that. I'm not asking for bubbly personalities. I'm asking for a small amount of manners. Absolutely ridiculous.

This store is great for those little things that you don't want to overspend on. They have good cleaning aids, even cute clothes sometimes. I love their Health and Beauty aid prices!!

Ladies were very nice but couldn't figure out how to work the Samsung Pay App on their register so I could buy dinner for my family. I was embarrassed and know that their system accepts it. I know it's not their fault and they tried to help. Otherwise, the store is great. I was very inconvenienced and think management should train everyone on new tech ahead of time.

The woman that calls herself the assistant manager, dark hair wears glasses, very rude and short with customers. Had a return to make she asked for my license and made a comment about the area I was from, not from columbina she said why are you shopping here, Wow! Didn't know I needed her permission to shop in other areas. Didn't like it and gave dirty looks. Where did Al find this one.

I go here at least once a week. I love this store the staff is very friendly and they have just about everything. It's clean and they have disinfectant wipes for your cart.

This is the most wonderful store,I can't believe how safe I felt during this virus. I came from New Galilee pa to go to this one because the one in darlington pa doesn't practice saftey. To how ever is managing this store thank you so much

I really enjoy the Columbiana Dollar General. The team members there are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They speak to you as they see you in the aisles and are very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Need to get with the times, in this day and age you need to be able to refund back to people’s credit or debit cards. Especially when the cashier makes a mistake in over charging me. They run specials on their items and their computer system doesn’t even know what’s on special, and the workers don’t either! Not going back, go to the New Waterford one or the New Springfield one, if needed.

I was looking for a specific shampoo. The store had every variety of the brand (Aussie) that I was looking for except for color treated hair. The cashier told me they don't carry that one.

The last time I was in this store a couple of years ago it was filthy. Whoever is running it now has really cleaned it up and for being a very tight floorplan it is actually shopable now.

One of the cleanest Dollar Generals I've been to. The employees are super nice, but it's short staffed sometimes.
