Wasted my time again. The TC website is horrible, runs slow on phone and PC. Website said a specific product was in stock at my store at a great price. I got to the store and the price was $3 higher and the selection was not what it claimed on the website. Big shocker, I know, but it happens with this company more than others. Not coming back.

My wife and I came in to use the pet wash station, which we have used multiple times and have had great experiences until now.Walked in the door at 6:50pm and was told the pet wash station was “closed early” and was left at that. No reasoning or anything just a gruff “closed early”. When asked to speak to supervisor, he essentially hid behind the register and made the other two associates “look up a free dog wash coupon in the book” to give us since ours was expiring soon. They couldn’t find any, so they wrote on a blank piece of receipt paper “free dog wash” the manager signed his name, and they gave us one extra day on top of the expiration date. No apologies, no other resolutions were offered. We feel this situation was handled very unprofessionally and were rushed out of the store. We had to stand around and wait for 10 minutes which to us felt like stalling until 7pm before they finally brought us the receipt paper with chicken scratch handwriting on it.

I have been getting my 40 pound propane tank filled at this particular store almost since it opened. Several years ago, due to the age of the tank, a re-certification was necessary and an associate from Tractor Supply suggested that I take it to Linden Propane in Wellington. The tank was re-certified and has been getting filled at least twice monthly during the colder months. I had the tank filled there in early October and 2 weeks later, when I attempted to have it filled again, I was informed that they could not refill it because the re-certification was not stamped on the tank. When I asked how long ago this policy went into effect, I was told "a good while back". I explained that Tractor Supply in Columbia Station not only recommended where to get the tank re-certified but that it was filled there in the last couple of weeks. The excuse was that not everybody does their job properly and etching the re-certification could be done by anybody and that this was the instruction from their propane supplier. I called Linden while I was there and they said they have always etched the re-certification and it has not been an issue anywhere to their knowledge, and it hasn't been since I have had it filled twice, at a competitive price, elsewhere. Sounds like the supplier either wants to be the source for re-certification by arbitrarily nullifying anyone without a stamp or they want to help Tractor Supply sell new tanks. I expected more than a sorry from the manager on duty, especially since it was a Tractor Supply associate that made the recommendation and since they have been filling that tank for at least 2 years previously. Instead of insinuating I etched the re-certification myself, they could have contacted their recommended company and verified the validity of the marking. Instead, they fell back on "company policy" and did nothing. I won't be back.PS. The automatic response from Tractor Supply is typical of a company that wants to look like they care but find it easier to job out their "care" to a vendor who watches for negative posts.

Always friendly staff, and the best part if their team is they aren't afraid to tell you "I don't know ", instead of just telling the customer what they believe they want to hear. Sometimes that's the best answer!

Worst customer service I ever received in 65 years. Left glasses at home and I asked a sales person for help said they were to busy only 2 people in the store. They had no customers but me. Rude and insulting will never go back . The management did not care

I had called the store looking for ducks, Taylor answered my call. She was friendly and helpful from the get go! I left my name and number and she said she would let me know when the ducks were in. Taylor called me when she picked up the ducks, as well as when the ducks were ready to go at the store. She went above and beyond to help out me out. Thank you Taylor!

There were four handicap spots to park in you're great no wheelchairs for the handicapped. It looks like a very nice big store I will never be able to go through it. Sad was looking forward to it.

The store is too packed to easily find anything, what should have been a fifteen minute visit turned into almost an hour due to the sheer amount of stuff packed into it.Open the store up a bit and reduce the inventory on the sales floor, should help with that.

Absolutely love this tractor supply. They are always super friendly and helpful. They have a good stock of everything and have great sales. Great, long time employees which is nice to see consistency at a business. Great easy access location and the store is always clean.
