They are family owned and operated and treat you like family. they are honest and upfront with everything and explain everything in detail, so you know and understand what product you are buying. I would like to give a huge thanks to Melissa, Josh and their cute little Corgi at JW Trailers! They are the nicest people to deal with. We custom ordered a Diamond Cargo 8.5x20 trailer. Very well built with 16" on center floors, walls, and roof. 6k axles, blackout package and rear wing. I can't recommend them enough for your trailer or used car/truck needs.

Picked up our new trailer today from JW trailer sales, staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Our unit had some minor damage done during transport, Josh was very helpful in taking care of the situation to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend dealing with this family owned dealer. JW Trailers is a top notch dealer to work with. I found a trailer on Facebook, called a few times to ask some questions about the trailer and financing. Decided to go through my own bank. Since the initial contact was on Saturday, my bank is rather slow at getting the check ready, I called up JW to put a deposit on the trailer but he said he'd call me back to take the deposit and promised he'd hold it and not sell it to anyone else. He was a man of his word despite the handful of people inquiring about the same trailer and willing to pay cash on the spot for it. Finally rolled down from Michigan on Monday afternoon to pick it up and they even stayed late for me. Trailer was perfect and the whole experience was with JW Trailers was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Went in with an idea of the trailer I wanted and ended up getting exactly what I needed plus more! Purchased a 2024 7x16 Diamond Trailer with the blackout package, looks great, rides great, and has all the room I need to get my toys to the trails safely. Family run with amazing customer service. They also provide installation options for various tie down styles! These guys are great, highly recommend!!
