The best part it they are very friendly and courteous but most of all they are knowledgeable and will take the time you need to figure things out. The fish we got are happy happy happy in our pond!! Amazing selection of Koi fish and related products. The owner has a true passion for the Koi market and shows it with his knowledge and openness to answer any question you might have. The building is in need of a little TLC but the overall property is pretty clean and the fish are AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place for your Koi needs and am confident you will agree.

Owner is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He does not rush or pressure you and is happy to talk to you. All the fish looked happy and healthy. They also have some of the biggest Koi we've ever seen. If you're looking for Koi, this is a must visit.

So helpful and friendly!! We used to go to Trickers and for two years we haven’t been able, they’re closed to the public. I know every type of fish we purchased as well as Lilly. Billy was fantastic! Great experience.

We were very excited and happy to have found this place. They were very knowledgeable and had a great selection of fish. Although after my wife's first purchase, one of the four koi she brought home died. She called the store and left a message and got no response. After finding a few free hours one Saturday afternoon we went out together and purchased five more. It has now been one week since we've introduced eight new fish to our little sanctuary. Apparently we have also introduced fin rot. Over the course of the last 8 years I have consistently check the pH in the water, did everything in our power to minimize algae growth, added a nice little Beach for our turtles and kept this little ecosystem is happy and healthy as possible. Now our fish look as though they're falling apart at the seams.

Bill and his son are absolutely the best. They each take time with each customer to answer questions and make HONEST suggestions. This isnt the closest dealer to my home but by far the BEST in the area. I cant give enough positive vibes to this FAMILY OWNED business. The store is good and selection is too. I've been coming here for awhile for my supplies but I called Friday at 1230 and got a recording that black river koi is open Friday and Saturday from 11-6 , so I drive 25 minutes and find the whole place locked up. I won't be going here again to bit my son supplies.

This place is amazing. Not only do they have everything for your pond, but they have a huge selection of Koi. Stafff are friendly. William has been the biggest help to our koi pond and has helped me in a few "urgent needs" with our pond. Can't recommend them enough!

Our pond was hit by a mink. Cleaned us out. I went in during posted hours and they had sufficient staff but refused to show me the fish. I mentioned it was a bit of a drive (45 minutes) and they still expected me to come back when it would have been more convenient for themWent to to Trickers and spent a bunch restocking with them.

They do have huge koi there 2 foot long at least but the people there were not very friendly wasn't worth the drive to go out there William trickers Independence is a place to go staff there is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable
