The staff in the pharmacy are all very friendly, but they have one speed. Very very very slow. I can understand having an off day, but I have never had a speedy visit. Please learn some efficiency.

I had arranged to pick up a prescription at 6:45 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:45 and there was one vehicle in front of me. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with my vehicle running and air conditioning turned on. When I got to the window, I was told that my prescription was still being worked on and could I come back in a couple of hours. I called at 8:30 to see if it was ready to be picked up and the clerk said " I think so". I asked if she could check to make sure as I did not want to make another wasted trip to the store. I was told that it was ready. I agaion drove to the store and waited in the drive-thru for seven minutes until I could get my prescription. I don't know why I would be asked if the time to pick up my prescription was acceptable, only to drive to the store and be told that it wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours! I normally don't complain about things but I found this to be totally unacceptable.

Does NOT accept Amazon returns. Day staff and supervisor extremely unhelpful and rude albeit willing to offer their “understanding” because it’s what’s expected. Customer service better served by self-service kiosks and a security robot.

Hands down one of the rudest staff's I've ever incountered working for a pharmacy. Can't answer questions or even do they're job in a timely manner. Highly disappointed and moved on to another pharmacy within 6 months of starting. Would not recommend!!

The lady at the drop off was snotty and rude. I have an appointment to get my booster shot at 5 and I got there 5 mins early and as I write this it's 5:15 and I'm still waiting.

Stopped in a few minutes ago. Waited at the register for quite awhile (With the motion alarm going off, alerting store staff that there was someone at the register). After several minutes, there was not a sign of anyone. I checked a few aisles with no staff in sight. Ended up leaving the products at the register.
