There pharmacy staff are judgemental and really like talk to other customers about you when they think your not there. Was told pain med would be filled by 10am. I go, and their telling me two hours. Basically called me a liar, then told people behind me, stuff about me, then had a great laugh till they seen me. Script had been there 4 days, and they claim its first come first serve. There was no other people there

This is the worst place you can get your meds. I promise you they will screw you. They've messed up my prescription multiple times and have me DAW PENELTY THAT WAS THERE FAULT. SO I ENDED UP PAYING OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR MY PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS SAPOSED TO BE FREE

I won’t be coming back to the pharmacy. With all the options for medication why would I go somewhere that takes hours to fill a simple script. Go in, told it will be ready in an hour. Ok, you’ve already had the prescription for an hour but… go back in an hour and I’m told it will be another hour. 1. This has happened several times at this pharmacy. 2. How do you not prioritize customers that are there waiting?

Absolutely terrible management, constantly buying expired items, and defective products, there's never anyone on register or in courtesy, and when I do see employees they're standing in the aisles joking and chatting for what seems like hours on end!

Last few months have been very stressful with the pharmacy. Just attitude and rudeness from the workers. And i have had to wait hours for prescriptions. I am told give is 2 hours, I go then told 45 minutes by the time I get my medications its be 5 hours or more. It's just sad to me, I used to have such good experience.

Store is great, but the pharmacists are incredibly rude and make it seem as if doing their job is an inconvenience. This has been consistent enough over the past year that it seems it may be time to switch pharmacies.

1 star is to much for the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to check my prescription they said it would be ready in a hour & half. I got there went to drive - thru. They said it will be another hour lol. I said I called ahead u said 1 hour & half now it's gonna take another hour. Lol for 14 pills. Come on drug mart pharmacy get it together.

I came here to fill my prescription, and was told to come get it in a half an hour, I came and the lady at the window was super rude and had an attitude and they didn’t have my prescription even though I had the text message saying it was sent over. I came back 40 min after that encounter and it took forever for someone to call me up the the window, and was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in 30 min. I left and came back for a 3rd time for them to tell me it was another 5 min wait, which wasn’t a big deal, but i’m still siting here 30 min later waiting for my prescription. Sadly it has been over 2 hours from my doctors apt and still no prescription.

Clyde Drug Mart carries a little bit of everything. Seasonal items to automotive, plumbing, simple home repair items, school supplies, wine & beer, grocery items, medical items, to a pharmacy. They offer very competitive sale prices. In-store pharmacy counter is usually pretty good. Drive-thru pharmacy service often is slow however. Pharmacy is generally slow filling RX's. It used to be top-notch. Hopefully it will improve. Drive-thru driveway pavement is desperate need of repair.

Prices aren't the cheapest but aren't over the top. Way cheaper than the other national Drug store's prices

Excellent customer service and extremely helpful! My experience with the pharmacy staff has always been a positive one. I go to this pharmacy out of town because of the lower prices and the willingness to find the best price for me.
