At night they have zero lights on. You'll have to navigate their pothole filled parking lot with the flashlight on your phone. But don't put it away once you get inside. They were turning off lights in the store too. This was over an hour before closing. People still in the store shopping. Using flashlights to see items on the shelves and in the coolers. Really great shopping experience /s

My cashier this morning was LISA...she was professional and very personable. Need more people like her in this world that are so warm and kind.Got another covid booster today.There were 2 staff members at pharmacy. Mr Tim was very personable and kind. May others heed his example.

Recent remodeling added Sushi, Artisan cheese, Olive/ Antipasto bar, Boar's Head Sub/sandwich bar (and some ready-made ones as well as salads). Great additions! Quick checkout, especially if you don't mind self-check, with several available and easy to use.

A little frustrating with only two lanes open at checkout. So we checked ourselves out which took us longer than if we would have waited in line. But the employee, Rita was very helpful! She helped everything go smoothly.

Terrible service! Came to purchase a sandwich 20 minutes prior to the Deli closing. The workers were not happy to help and made me feel like a major burden to them. The female manager with darker hair also seemed not interested in hearing about the situation. I called the customer care line and had a similar experience with the customer service representative too! This is why self check is available! The less interaction with the Associates of Kroger, the better!

Glad they are here close to port Clinton for emergency things needed while on vacation. Was very odd tho came 2 nights in a row and no lights out front on. The name sign off no parking lot lights but they are open so that's good but def look closed and parking lot unsafe with no lighting at all. That's at 9/10pm these incidents occurred

I drive an hour and a half to get here because I love them! I love the Kroger products, the people and the cleanliness! There is no better place to shop! Your in and out in a flash! They bag your groceries and take them out and put in your car all with a smile! YES I will drive it again!

I bought 4 bottles of almond milk and just after I got home, I found out they were sweetened. Immediately took it back. Same lady who bagged them was at customer desk too. I told her it was like 2 min when I bought them and I just need to replace them with unsweetened ones. I just went home and came back She looked at my receipt and told me it has been longer than 2 min and told me she can not take it back.First of all, if you are worried about Covid-19 why would you touch my groceries. How do I know you are not sick?Secondly, literally I took it to home and came back didn't even took it 3 of them out of bag. How can they get infected ? Also people are just touching everything.Finally, I will never shop there again. They lost a customer and my family business just over $8 of product.

Beware if you use a credit card or debit card here. You will be over charged or double charged. When you finally catch them one flunky says it is a computer glitch and another flunky says something completely different. Walmart pick up here I come

I called ahead to order food for my wedding luncheon. I showed up and nobody could find my order. The employees kept looking at each other and whispering, until one of them got a manager. The employee that took the order wrote the wrong date and I had no food for my luncheon. The manager never even spoke to me! In a crunch, I grabbed a few meat and cheese trays and apologized to my guests. How embarrassing.

Great selection at good prices. Product layout could be better.Things that seem like they should be put together are split up(eg:oranges have 5 different spots within fruit section, etc..).

This store has been remodeled with new displays and more gourmet and organic products. I did not care for slicing my own bread or packing my olive bar products. My hands stunk of olives and there was no sanitizer on those counters. I imagine they are trying to cut back on employees, but it takes away from the shopping experience to skimp on service.

Kroger is a great place to shop. Since the renovation, I have gotten the lay of the land. It is well organized with wider aisles. I was last there on Saturday and it was busy, but there were multiple check outs running. Good experience.

I believe the managers name is Dwayne. He is extremely rude and lazy ive been in two weeks in a row for my W2 and both times he said he would call me with a number to call however he never calls. I called three days straight and he told me the same thing that he would get back to me but never has. Its extremely frustrating that someone in a manager postion shows no urgency to help a customer and previous emplyee. 1 star

I hate Walmart so I always try to shop at Kroger and I really like going through Kathy Cheney s check out line. She always is very nice and gives me a hard time about all the beer and bad food I buy there. She is very well read and loves to give me good advice. U should try to go through her line and ask her about books

Always clean with the best selection of groceries and beer in the area. Gluten free and health food selection isn't as big as other Kroger stores in larger markets but it is the best in this area. They also have a full assortment of liquor and wine.

Went to the front desk, was told the girl was on her 15 mins break. Waited about 20 mins to then be told that she was going to be another 15-20 mins. When I went to ask what was going on the women just ignored me. Needless to say this will be the last time I come here. Get better customer service at Walmart and that place is a Trainwreck.
