This store is packed with all kinds of goodies. The staff is always kind and helpful. I love the convenience and location. This store has saved us so many times with items we need for repairs, paint, brushes and cocktail mixers! A box of doughnuts for the weekend speedy breakfast and more. Keep up the good work :)

All the workers have really bad attitudes. A worker asked if I needed help with something then rolled his eyes at me after HE ASKED TO HELP. Then the person he called to help also had a bad attitude. If you don’t want work there just quit.

This location is confused as to whether it wants to be a grocery store or a hardware store and because of that, it doesn't do either really well. If you need to pickup a gallon of milk and paint, this is the place to go. It's small, so there just isn't room for a proper selection.The people are helpful and they do have quality stuff. Do yourself a favor though and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Knoll Crest location where they have much larger stores.UPDATE 03/23: Not much new here. They do hardware and food and don't do either one particularly well. When had 3 different hardware stores in town it was better for the people. Skip this location and drive to the main location. It's good for basic wire & hardware.

This place has it all. You need some groceries they got you. You need some alcohol or liquor they got you covered. If you also need hardware supplies they got you covered as well. Not bad for a multi-purpose stop

I went in today for a Silk Pie, there were none in the freezer. A super nice lady come from no where and offered to look in the back in the freezer. They had one, they made my day!!

Bassetts Hardware and City Market is very convenient and has just about anything you would want. You can buy gardening, hardware, groceries, beer and wine or anything else you need. They are open 7 days a week and the staff is friendly and helpful. For the small store, they have a good variety of merchandise. If they don't have it, they will send you a few miles down the road to the big Bassetts store. During Covid, I prefer to shop the small store to avoid crowds.

Always a good place to go for some of the more unusual items that the big box stores don't carry. If they don't have it, they will try to have it for your next visit. However, with the covid-19 problem, the store can get crowded, especially towards the weekend. They do try to enforce the the safe practice rules as best they can.

Today was first time I shopped there.Different layout..hardware and small grocery store. The cashier who was in her maybe early 60's & in the 1st checkout lane was VERY unfriendly.She looked me up and down with disgust when I walking in. I smiled at her? When I checked out ..after spending almost $19.00 I said thank you after transaction..and she rudely mumbled ahh huh!? Really? Wont ever be going back to that store. Krogers is MUCH friendlier and alot more inexpensive.

We love Bassett's! Friendly, helpful employees and anything we need, we can find here. I stop everytime I'm at the lake, just to pick up a cheddar bacon cheeseball. Yum!

Great..a little over priced, but they have what you want. Ron, manager is great, he helps you with a smile all the time. Now when I go in there I know I will get smiling help.

This Market was very cute! Anything needed for a wked getaway, as far as food, they've got it covered! Location is perfect! This market even has a nice selection of adult beverages.🤗

Went to the store out of convenience because it was close to a client's house. Was surprised at how low certain items were but if you got the money to spend on Benjamin Moore paints then you can certainly afford just about everything else in the store.

Great place to come in get supplies for what you need to do friendly staff and very knowledgeable staff when it comes to a wide array of do-it-yourself problems. Definitely gonna keep coming back here when I need to get stuff for the summer place

I love this market! It is so convenient to run in and grab a few things and run out. They always have great looking baked goods which are always tempting!
