I’ve been taking my dogs to Miamitown Pet hospital for years. My animals have had nothing but the best care it’s evident from the staff in the front office to the staff in the back and the doctors that each one of them are working in this field because they have a love and compassion for animals. Recently, I had to put my elder dog down. They were so gracious and kind to me as the process was going on, and I received a surprise in the mail several weeks later where they made a donation to an animal for profit in the memory of my dog, remaining dog went in for an appointment and became snappy with the staff. They didn’t use their patience. They didn’t refuse to treat him, they work together as a team to see to it that he was comfortable and they were safe. Will not go to a different vet, I can highly recommend the doctors and the staff if you are looking for outstanding veterinarian care and compassionate staff, this is your veterinarian hospital. Additionally I have found their fees to be comparable or less than many other animal locations.

This pet hospital has truly gone above and beyond for us. They have helped us learn to care for our stray cat and her single kitten, and are so friendly and excited to see them thriving. I have called a thousand times with worries and concerns and they are only too enthusiastic to offer support as well as share in the triumph of our girl cats success story! They are they best team ever!!!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Rosing at Miamitown for years now he is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain any health concerns or treatment options. I trust him completely with the well-being of my Dobermans and am so grateful for the excellent care he provides. Dr. Rosing and the entire staff at this vet truly go above and beyond for their patients and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic veterinary experience.

I have been bringing my now senior dogs here for about 2 years. The staff has been great and has gotten to know us. They have helped my female dog on her diabetes journey and my male dog had to have some masses removed. Sometimes the wait for appointments can be a little longer, but I remind myself that I never know what emergencies came in before me that needed more urgent attention.I was thankful today when they were able to get me in the same morning I called for my sick dog. I was nervous at first to leave her there for the day to be monitored, but they were open and reassuring to me. When I picked her up she was a whole new dog, back to her normal self!I have moved across town since I started seeing them, but the pricing and consistent staff have made the extra commute worth it. The staff and doctors our awesome, it gets crowded and you may have to wait. Parking is not easy. But the staff does the best they can do all the time to accommodate small animals. Highly recommended pet hospital. I have been happy with the care of my horses and small animals since 1999. Five stars

DO NOT EVER bring your animals here. You can rarely get ahold of them, they are very cold and don't seem to care about the animals vs rushing you in and out.Edit: the receptionist Lana/Laura is the rudest most condescending person I've ever spoken to in service. I just moved my pets to another vet and couldn't be happier even though she made it like pulling teeth. I asked them to send records X-day to the new vet, didn't seem to care that it was needed that day for a reason. Sent them to me 4 days later after I call again which great but now I'm doing what I trusted them with. They have no genuine concern or care about their customers. The main reason I'm leaving is last time I called for care I was laughed at when I called told them I found my cat with his neck dripping in blood. They told me to get over it and just bring them in the next day. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE!

It is hard to rate with all factors. Staff was amazing and got us in asap to put my dog down. She was 14 and had a completely healthy life with zero health issues until the last couple months with mobility. We had it scheduled and then saw some improvement and delayed it. It gave her another month with a sudden instance of complete immobility. I called first thing in the morning and they told me to head down. My son carried her to the car and was with me. We arrived - staff was amazing … kind and caring. The Dr who put her down was the eerily cold, uncaring, robotic and empty. We got in the car after that trauma and loss and my son shared his feelings about the Dr which were mirroring mine exactly. This Dr. Robert Rosing is only person this rating involves. If this was a one off/ bad day alright — but if this is his usual, I pray he considers retirement or selling. Whichever. I horrible experience for her last breath to be involving this man. Staff rating is a 5!

They went over and above for our little shih Tzu. She had a tumor on her liver Dr. Fredrick performed life saving surgery on her gave her a second chance at life when I believe no one else would. She is 141/2 years old Dr. Frederick and Dr. Rosing did a awesome job at saving her life. She is home now a week later doing great. To the staff and Doctors at the hospital a heartfelt THANK YOU your the greatest

These people are so wonderful! I know my pets are in good hands. My dog broke her leg, and they not only saw her right away, but did the surgery same day as well. So glad I took my dog there!

This place is truly a blessing. I recently took my cat there on multiple occasions due to his recent diagnosis of kidney failure. They gave me all the necessary tools to treat him at home and prepare him for his last few weeks of life. I called them constantly with questions all of which were answer politely and with respect. Dr. Hobbie called me even a few times to follow up on my concerns. On that dreaded day no one EVER wants to go through. We had to make a difficult choice to put our sweet 3.5 year old cat to sleep. They allowed me to pick the latest appointment so I could cry my heart out. The tech was very sweet handed me tissues and explained the process. They can provide a burial box for you if needed. The process was quick, yet felt like forever. Once everything was complete another tech came in and asked us if we wanted to pay from our client room so we could just walk straight out. I thought this was a great feature because I was a full on puddle. It has been less than week since we put out fur baby to sleep and yesterday I received a sympathy card from the vets office. I thought that was very sweet and much needed. I wanted to thank the staff for everything they did and for their support through the entire process.Cisco thanks your for your love of animals and your kind, and gentle service. We will greatly miss him but know he's in a better place.

Saturday night around 7:30 my dog, Sammy, collapsed on our kitchen floor and past away. No symptoms, just suddenly he was here then gone in an instant. Sammy was 9. I I always went to Miamitown pet hospital. With all my dogs, since 1989 when we moved on Eagle Creek Rd. Sammy was just there a couple of months ago and saw Dr Hobbie. Back to Saturday night we called got the vet on call, Dr Hobbie and explained what happened to Sammy. She told us no one available to meet us at the office and to put him in our garage basically pack him in ice until morning because she had small children and could not leave to meet at the office. But pack him in ice, in our garage? Sammy was part of our family, our baby, who we loved very much, probably as much as she loves her children. It’s just myself and my husband and Sammy. He was just not our dog! I was shocked, I could not believe what she said. I will never go back to miamitown pet hospital or refer anyone there. Isn’t the vet on call suppose to be able to take care of a pet in need? He wasn’t in need as much as my husband and myself on what to do. Luckily we found Faithful Companion on Hauck Road in sharonville.

Came here for my dogs shots a while back seemed to wait a while even with an appointment(only way they accept visits). Well today I had an appointment at 440pm scheduled for my cat, and here we are 5:30 and I'm still waiting and there's supposedly still someone in front of me.*edit* I was there at 447 I have the call history when I called. And the visit took about 5 minutes after I was in there. Like you said almost a hr after I got there

Second bad experience at this vet. They’re rude, don’t keep on time appts and not even apologetic about making people sit in their cars, running out there gas for 30-40 minutes. I waited 35 minutes the first visit for a spay, watched others go in that pulled up after me and didn’t get called in until I went in to inquire, still 10 minutes later. Second time for checkup, same experience. Called to inquire and they were again rude, unapologetic and hung up on me when I told them I’m cancelling. I’m expected to be on time for my appt, I expect to be seen within a reasonable time based on my appt and certainly not to be treated rudely after waiting in my car, running out my gas for 30 minutes. If you got all day, a full tank of gas when it’s very cold or hot, go for this place. If you want value for the service you pay for, be seen reasonably on time, then find another vet. I understand they take emergencies but they should be prepared for that and certainly not rude to customers and make them waste gas sitting in there car waiting for them to get it together. Never been to a vet with this bad level of service in my life! Horrible I’d give 0 stars if allowed.**update** If you post a negative review, the owner will almost always respond with a negative reply. Quote," On this particular day, you called to complain about *your daughter’s* wait time which by distracting my staff did nothing but cause further delay."Very unprofessional and shows the lack of commitment to customer service and retention. I read past reviews and replies, its a pattern, lack of accountability. I'm happy and grateful to have found Harrison Animal Hospital, where I received a warm, timely welcome, from a very attentive staff and a kind, knowledgeable vet, that actually spent significant time with me and my pets, to establish a relationship of trust.

Very happy with Miami town pet hospital. Not only do they care about my pet they are very educated. I don’t feel pressured into buying medications or feel pushed into surgery. They lay out all options and help you sort threw which will be best for you and your pet. They have been wonderful!

Very disappointing! Made an appointment due to many people in my neighborhood recommending them. The person I spoke to when making the appt. was very friendly. Showed up about 10 minutes early for the appointment time of 11am, there was zero parking. Not a huge deal, some other cars were parked in a grass area so we did that as well. We called the number posted to let them know we were there, the woman who answered was very nice, got our car description and said someone would be out for us. Our appointment time was 11am. 11:10, 11:15, 11:20, no one comes out. I tried calling at 11:20 approx. And no answer. At 11:30 we just left. Very bad experience. Someone from the office did call my cell at about 11:40, but did not leave a message. Not sure if this was an off day for them or if this is typical, but we will not be back or recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Don't bother making an appointment, they can't keep it. And if you're a new patient, their system will mess up and they won't be able to find you. One of the worst vet experiences I've ever had.

I brought my cat in yesterday for a routine checkup and a couple shots. We arrived early and they were able to take us early. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind. The vet and assistant were very kind with my cat, who was definitely anxious. While giving him the shots, he was trying to get away and hissing at them. They were very professional with him and were able to get him the shots. Thank you guys so much for taking good care of our little one! We will try to practice some manners for next time!

My favorite veterinarian! Wait times are too long, and the front desk either needs help or a class on Customer Service it's just always a chaotic situation. Even with a few flaws, the entire staff is always kind and caring with my pets, and that's what is really important.

I would not recommend bringing your pet here. They only care about the money. The staff is extremely rude, especially the receptionist. In April of this year I had an idea what was wrong with my dog, but was ignored and told it was a diet problem. Two months later I take my dog back, I specify the test I wanted but I was charged for extra test even though I never said I wanted them. I was also told it would be about 150 dollars, it ended up costing me about 300 dollars. The vet is very much in it for the paycheck. Truly unacceptable.

I had to come in out of town with my dog in Kidney failure who receives fluids weekly. I called 4 vets first that couldn't help us and then found Miamitown Pet Hospital who was gracious enough to provide the fluids to my dog during our visit. Everyone was super nice and the visits were on time and quick. Can't thank them enough for making my visit less stressful in getting my dog what she needed!!!

This is now the second time I've been to this Animal Hospital by far the best hospital I've been to since Noah's Ark which I would never recommend to anyone. They were kind courteous efficient they were great with animals did not manhandle my dog. My dog actually remembered the doctor as well and was excited to see him. I would recommend this place to other animal owners.
