Excellent selection, quality and customer service for parts! I was looking for a replacement hood for my son's car, and I found just what I needed by searching the inventory online. I chatted with an employee on Thursday to verify the part was available, and said I would be up on Saturday to get it. I totally forgot to call ahead before leaving my house for the 2.5 hr drive, But not only did they have it when I arrived, an employee drove me in a van to see it in person, and it was already pulled from the vehicle and ready to go. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and was then on my way.

I needed a rim for my car and I have never done anything this before they were very good helping me with the process,plus the had a very cool dog in the shop he was very friendly which helped cause I was having a stressful day

Stay away from this place!! We took our cans there and about 30 of our cans fell out from underneath the belt on the conveyor. I called their office. The lady stated there was something in our cans as the belt is magnetic. There was absolutely nothing in our coca-cola cans. This is just there way of ripping people off. I have never seen this happen before. Anywhere!! If they do this to everyone imagine the money they are stealing. I won’t be back ever!!!

This is my go to scrapyard . I don't even call anywhere else anymore ! Super friendly staff in the front .All business in the back ! Workers jump right in and will have you unloaded in no time ! I always tip the guys who unload me , I have a 24 foot trailer w/ 1000lbs.+ Of aluminum and they unload me in fifteen minutes or so ! Please tip the guys in back , they work very hard and aren't smoking fancy cigars after work if you get what I'm saying ! Office personell are A1 . Best yard I've dealt with in the tristate !!

Terrible service from a company that use to take care of customers.called early for 2 wheels.asked the guy if they were off the vehicle and that my Wife was on her way to get them..waited over 1/2 hour and then had my wife carry the wheels out to the car..steel wheels for a Nissan and the wheels are not matching..Ridiculous.would not recommend any more..did a lot of business over the years..Not the same..

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. David said he would send pics of an item we were inquiring about. After almost an hour, we called to inquire again. When David got on the phone and we asked for a status of the pics, his very sarcastic rude answer was "Oh you mean did I drop everything to go out there to take a picture for you?" Dude, there are nicer ways to say no. Treat people well and you will be respected. I don't suppose anyone respects you. If I were the owner, you wouldn't be working there anymore. You need customers to keep your doors open. I have my own business and would never treat or speak to anyone that way.

5 Star all the way, Called in the am for a fender and one of the guys there (George) ran out to confirm the condition of it and we settled on the price. I drove a bit over two hours to get there and I am happy to say the fender was as described. They uninstalled the fender in about 10 minutes, I paid and was on my way. It's so rare to have an interaction with a business go exactly as expected but they pulled it off. Everyone was friendly and prices are fair, I would drive back here again if they had something I needed, great job all around. thanks

I run a large used car dealership and we get parts here on all most a daily basis. Always have good service and always good parts. For those that wanna talk bad than maybe they should have done there research before they bought or sold a car here. Don't call them crappy cause you made a mistake. Because I have dealt w them for five years and never had a problem.

we needed parts for our car that was in a accident, went to miamitown and they took us to the vehicle to look at the parts first. Then I waited while they pulled the parts (15min). They have great prices and great service. Will be back anytime we need a part, this is so much easier than you pull and pay.

Went there for a headlight assembly and a few other parts, and the headlight was crystal clear. It was off a car from 2004 and is plastic, so they definitely polished it before selling it, which was phenomenal. I forgot one of the pieces I needed, came back 2 weeks later with my receipt and they immediately helped me, didn’t charge me for the bracket I forgot to grab, and the worker that took it off the car even remembered what I needed. They go above and beyond here, best auto yard I’ve been to in Ohio

This place has the nastiest people you'll ever have to deal with and prices are randomly made up on the spot. Look like money and they'll start foaming at the mouth. I don't care who you end up talking to because the entire bunch is nasty on the phone, rude to your face and uppity as all get out. It's kinda funny coming from folks that spend their days in a junkyard...in Miamitown. Trash in, trash out. STAY AWAY!
