Rarely do I write a less than stellar review, but in this case it's warranted. After waiting 4 weeks for an appt, the owner cancelled the night before at 9pm. When asking to reschedule, requesting an afternoon appt, I was only given one option. When I explained this conflicted with something else on my schedule, the owner suggested I take my business elsewhere. I think others should be aware that this is how WBDG is run. I wonder how the pets are being treated, if this is how the owner treats their customers.

The staff at West Bark is phenomenal ! Everyone is very welcoming, they put your mind at ease and make leaving your fur baby easy.I was nervous about leaving my dog with ANYBODY but I had the pleasure of working with Hayley. She took her time with my dog and made his first groom a pleasant experience. Hayley is so kind and caring, I’ll be bringing my dogs back to her forever !

Jessica is by far the best dog groomer I’ve ever met or seen on any social media. She offers such a unique experience with the pet friendly hair dye. My dog feels so comfortable around her when he’s normally scared of most people! I can tell how happy he is on each car ride home leaving Jessica. Thank you Jessica and West Bark for making my dog not only look awesome but feel awesome!

This place is amazing, my Leo who is almost 1 year old gets nervous at new places and was not anxious here. Jessica did such a great job with him, was very calm and Leo was in the best mood when I picked him up. I highly recommend this grooming salon for your furry friends! 💜 We will definitely be back.

Completely obsessed. Not only does West Bark offer unique services (please look at the photo of my dogs pink tail - awesome!) , but my groomer Jessica was able to handle my dog so well that when she was done my dog smelled great, looked great, and was even in a great mood (which is pretty rare for her after a bath). I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you Jessica!!

Gina and the Team at West Bark is amazing 🤩! My senior dog Nolan and I were extended genuine care and kindness upon arrival and Gina gave him a new cut that makes him look so cute and distinguished. We will definitely be returning !

We went to Hayley before West Bark and had to follow her to this new location. Our dog Bucky has anxiety when it comes to grooming and she is so loving and gentle with him that i know he’s in great hands when i drop him off. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Barbie is a great new addition to this awesome place! My yorkiepoo is very scared to get her nails clipped to the point that her vet can’t do it without medicating her… no problem for Barbie! And, she did a great job grooming too! She is too good to be true 😊

I started bringing my puppy here for nail clippings as she has become too big to do myself. They girls here are very kind to her, do a great job and usually take her back as soon as we walk in (even if I am early though I know that will not always be the case if they are busy). I am very thankful to have such a nice place to take my pup in the neighborhood! Highly recommend.

Apollo and Peanut love their Groomer Jessica at West Bark they just got back with her this week after a long time away. But they were very happy to see her and very happy clean puppies afterward. Apollo is not an easy one to get along with anyone but Jess won him over. And he claimed her as his own. Their love is one of a kind. Thank you Jess for always loving my furbabies so much. Gina did a fantastic job on my miniature schnauzer and Pomeranian! Maddie's beard has never looked more amazing! You can really tell she has a passion and love for animals. The cost is a little higher than others, but you get what you pay for. She is worth every penny! Thank you for taking such excellent care of my babies!

Hayley is by far the best groomer ever. My two Siberian Husky’s Love her. She is very kind and takes her time with my fur babies. Would definitely recommend going to her especially if your dog is anxious about going to the groomer.

Love this place love the people they are so nice the place is clean they are professional and they treat my pets like they are their own.Jessica grooms my two cats and she does an amazing job and is so gentle and kind to them and they always come out looking even better than when they walked in LOL! And my one cat isn't easy to work with but Jessica really takes care of her and handles her when nobody else can! I highly recommend this place for cats and dogs it's the absolute best!

Absolutely the best care my dogs receive in Cleveland area. Friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra step for your 4 legged babies. I have a xxl large white coated dog and she even found a gentle whitening shampoo that is FANTASTIC.Can’t recommend this place enough - book your next appointment here, you will NOT be disappointed.

We paid 120 for a cut that didn’t end up looking like anything like the dogs breed. Not to mention they cut both of our poor dogs ears and sent him home without telling us anything.

They did such a great job on my Bernese Mountain Dog mix. I’ve been to other groomers in the past but this grooming was the best he’s ever gotten. Highly recommend
