It really sucks that theft has gotten so bad that you ho on yo look for something and walk out its like you stole something. I dropped my phone and my pen popped out and the cashier paid me such close attention asked me "You don't want what fell out of your wallet?" AS soon as I explained my phone fell and my pen popped out" she was already half gone because o wasn't stealing! Come on walgreens she didn't even greet me hello and yet she can make me feel like a their. You xan do better Walgreens! Teach the to greet their customers before they make them feel as if they stole something. Oh and by the way I was looking for Pentel Wber Gel pens which you fo not carry. I could not remember the name so I went to my car to grab the pen. Have a Great Day Walgreens employee.

Don’t waste your time here, I just watched them yell at an old man who needed help finding something. And then I had called the pharmacy to ask a question and they put me on hold 3 times and then when they finally picked up they just kept saying hello before I could get a word in and then just hung up. Absolutely disgusting

We went there to get our wedding pictures developed. Nancy was the ruddiest person ever! She didn’t want to help us and walked way while we are talking to her!!! Denise was a sweetheart and great help!! Please give Nancy training in better customer service.

Went to Walgreens on state rd I had to ring for employee to open product and he had such an attitude and gave me such a stink eye like I was bothering him I won’t return there if I could help it. Come on Walgreens teach customer service it’s not hard.

Staff isn't the friendliest. One cashier stalks everyone to see if you are stealing. Christmas stuff was still up. Shelves are some what stocked.

Walgreens is a very clean bright store. It has large aisles , great popular and Walgreens brand items . Walgreen members get the best Walgreen advantages.

This particular location flagged one of my medications for no other reason than to "punish" me because I requested to fill my prescription too soon. They would not fill my prescription until they heard from my doctor, who, apparently must have told them to add another three days to not fill my prescription, which is not a prescription I should be missing. Never had an issue with a pharmacy ever like this, and I am in frequent contact with pharmacies. This Walgreens lost my service from all Walgreens.

Had been going to this Walgreens for prescription, make up, some baby needs and even Halloween candy and Christmas items. Today i stopped for my prescription which had been sent there by my doctor over 24hrs prior and it wasn't ready. Pharmacy technician at the drive thru was very rude in telling me to pull around because it wasn't ready and she had to take the next customer. With two crying children exhausted in my car i expressed that if i wait in line for my turn in line to pick up a prescription that was sent the day before i would prefer to wait than to drive around and get back in line to wait a lot more. She was rude and obnoxious and told me to move and walked away from the window. It got worse when i contacted the manager about it! To me he's attitude was just as unprofessional. He's response was to mention that "if i have been going there for a while than i must know i had a bad experience but that that's not always the norm". What a joke of a manager! He should know that one bad experience for a customer is one too many! I'm appalled that to that manager, employees having a rude, unprofessional poor attitude towards a customer is acceptable as long as it only happens occasionally! Well, good thing there is CVS a block away and the pharmacy at Giant Eagle even closer to me.

I entered the store, proceeded to the restroom. Found out the door needs a code. Was unable to get assistance from anyone in the store. Watched them wait on 15 people who came in after me. . I will never come here again. Rude service and the bathroom is dirty. Ugh

Thank you to the manager Judy, who patiently worked with me to solve an issue with a gift card purchase. She did not just brush it off as most would have, she searched and called several numbers until the problem got fixed! Great customer service!!

Decent Walgreens with polite staff. Excellent selection of Easter candy. The best thing there was DEFINITELY the Llama loops! Awesome! Who thinks this stuff up!? So cool.

They were out of stock in store, of the camera I was looking to buy, but the lady working was very helpful checking what they had with me, and I found everything else I needed with ease. Store was well maintained.

The pharmacist are the best in Cleveland by far. The teck wh work with them are special. All go out of there way to be helful. I honestly cant say enough good things about them.I travel and my daught is off to college. On multipal occassions we have had problems with other pharmacies while not using our "home" pharmacy. 1 call to Debbie and her crew and they take care of the problem weather fixing the problem in the computer or calling their counterpart and telling them how to fix.Once again the pharmacy crew is dantastic!I dont use the rest of the store very often, but i am always greeted with "welcome to walgreens" greeting. They usually have candy bars cheeper than anywhere in cleveland.

I have made 3 visits to get a flu shot. Still didn't get one because of the staff's lack of knowledge regarding insurance. I have had problems in the past dealing prescription issues. I don't recommend them.

One star on pharmacy calls being answered. I sat on hold an kept being hung up on for an entire hour. Then I used all the cell phones in my house to call and the phone I called them from last was answered first. So it's if and when they feel like answering and what line. It's not first come first serve.
