It doesn’t matter if this coupon was expired. You failed to take down the display and ALL of the coupons attached! Went back to the store a week later AND THE DISPLAY WITH THE SAME EXPIRED COUPONS IS STILL UP!!!

Now that the Walgreens that was in walking range has closed, I now have to take two buses to get there and back. It's not only the prescriptions, it's being able to purchase other things that may be needed on the way. We need our local brick and mortar stores.

Dropped off a prescription at around 1:30 PM. The girl took my name, told me it would be quite awhile, likely a couple hours because they are behind. She said they would call me. I would up calling at past 9:30 and pm and still not ready because they claimed she did not take my information. Yet not one single person in over 8 hours could call? What kind of outfit are these fools running. What kind of inept individuals work there? Oh yea, apparentlythe only requirement to work in a pharmacy is a pulse. Absolutely ridiculous!!Udate: This pathetic store goes from bad to worse. I was getting a passport done at my post office and their system to do the photos was down so they sent me to this location to have one done. After the lady basically tried to turn the guy in front of me own who was picking up an order. She did not see his order in the small boxes, finally, she figured out it may be I'm the stack of larger stuff next to the boxes. She got nasty with someone who was asking where to check out as there was no one at the checkout counters. Finally she gets to me . I informed her that the post office sent me there to get my passport photo done because their system was down. Her words to me "you have to come back after 4 ,I'm only one person". Ok I get that, but her attitude at people her who were not even being nasty her was ridiculous. And the fact that the post office specifically had me go up there. If your your employees are refusing to provide the services you offer, then quit offering those so-called services. . I am changing my pharmacy and I'm not spending another dime in your stores. Horrendous service and attitudes on 2 consecutive trips from 2 different departments. No winder the location at West 130th closed down. You people and your employees are horrendous. Never again. Ever.

Honestly can't believe what I've experienced so far. My regular Walgreens was closed. They appearto be consolidating to have high volume stores only. My first timefilling there and it's a week past my due date and they still don't have my meds. They had a partial fill of one of the others a week after getting the script. It's impersonal and the opposite of everything I've experienced at Walgreens in the past. The one that was closed on Belaire Rd anticipated customers and ordered accordingly. This high volume store is the human equivalent of a puppy mill where there are no individuals & an ever changing staff that's stretched too thin. Disappointed hardly decrbes my experience thus far. This is a baddirection

Pharmacy staff is lazy and the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. They will tell you that your medication isn’t covered even though it’s a medication you’ve been on it for years and after you’ve called your insurance and verified in front of them that it’s a covered medication. Switched all of my prescriptions back to the CVS store 25 minutes out of my way to not have to deal with Walgreen's incompetence.

This is the most unfriendly Walgreens I have ever been in. There was an organized 5K race that started on the street behind Walgreens. Walgreens made the race organizers write a special notice in their race details that their parking lot (which is MUCH too big for their store) is for their customers only and they will tow cars that were parked there. The event was all of 2 hours long and not THAT many people - many young children in costume and their parents. But you know, don't park at Walgreens! Then my 3 year old grandson really needed to use the restroom and they have this HUGE sign out front saying "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS" so I begged the cashier who said no to me. Even for a 3 year old that really needed to go. I mean, really - what is the big deal? I wonder if this store realizes that if they allowed these people in the use the restroom, they might have walked out with a snack! I will never patronize this store ever.

Walgreens has just about everything. Pharmacy, photo center, holiday decorations, Fed ex pick up location food items and even toys for kids. Shop here and you will find it. Convenient and helpful employees. Fast check out.

The hours are beyond incorrect. The pharmacy is NOT open 24 hours and they don't have enough pharmacists. I've gone three separate times at different hours and no one was working. This is beyond unacceptable.

Staff and Manager aren't very helpful and customer service non existent... dispatched the wrong order for same day delivery and won't take steps to corect it. Whatever happened to accountability and customer experience.

To the worker that was working 6/25 at 345 pm.I am a kind person, I am never rude to service staff.I went to drop off a disposable camera, you helped the person infront of me, saw me get in line. Went up front to ring out a few people, I waited patiently. Once you had no customers I pressed the photo button. You looked over and ignored me. I waited a few more minutes then went to ask you if I could get assistance after standing in line for a solid 10 min. You said you didn’t have a photo person for the day but you guess you could come over and help. I said “no thanks.” I don’t want to be serviced by someone I’m clearly inconveniencing ? You responded “alright then!”I wasn’t rude to you. But you really brought my mood down. If there was no one for the photos that day you could have told me and I would have came back. But you looked me dead in my eyes multiple times and blatantly ignored me. Customer service isn’t a hard job, I’ve had plenty. Be kind to people, everyone is going through something. If we all worked on being a little kinder the world would be a much better place ❤️

I'm glad Walgreens had my prescription brand. My usual pharmacy doesn't carry it and tried to change it with my physician. Thanks Walgreens!

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and during the day the service is great but every time I go at night customerservice just seems to be nonexistent . it’s the attitude for me . if you make a mistake , don’t just throw your hands up and look at me as if I’m supposed to help you fix it. I ask the manager about something they are promoting , she says don’t know what that is with so much attitude. And promotion was literally taped on the counter . Try to figure out what the problem is and still nothing but attitude as if I made the mistake when all I did was help point it out and advise management what they’re promoting . unbelievable ! do better!

I love this place! Never ever had a bad experience here. Not with purchases or returns. Unlike other area drugstores, I've always found the staff here to be ready and willing to help. A couple weeks ago, I popped in looking for a mascara. An absolutely lovely lady helped me search every single brand in that store until we found a brown mascara! And trust me, in a never-ending sea of black, blackest black, etc. mascara....it was no easy task!!!!

I have been coming to this Walgreens for over 20 years and I have zero complaints. Juan, a store manager here, always has a smile on his face and is extremely kind and helpful. I LOVE my Walgreens. I only shop at this one. I know where anything is in this store, and I just love it. Juan makes it 1000× more pleasurable now, but no one could pay me to shop at CVS instead. I save SO much money here you just have to know how to shop and earn and use your rewards. It's fun to shop strategically to earn your points. Lol just wanted to give a shout out to them because they deserve it. Thank you for always keeping a smile on my face when I leave your store.

The pharmacy technician an older Caucasian female was extremely rude, when my daughter got out of the hospital, we went to this pharmacy and when the lady looked over the insurance care source, she todd the folder back and said we don't take that. She disregards it as if we don't matter. I can understand not taking it and telling me, but in a way as to say hey I'm sorry we don't take care source, but here are some places that do. But not just flat out toss it in the corner and said nope.

Turned me away just trying to load cash on my online bank card which was a chime. Lady put in a paranoid code to the manager. If u can’t deal with money no matter how it comes don’t have the service available at the store. Wasn’t older ladies fault she apologized for the manager girl.

Ordered photos yesterday, machine was down and I was totally okay with coming back.Today I called to see if my order was ready, girl was rude and cut me off when I tried to speak. I arranged to have it get picked up by my son in law, because with covid I am not feeling well,, and he was given a hard time because he is an employee at another location and they questioned his employment.I am also a shift lead at another location and this store is closer. I rarely go there because the atmosphere is dull people seem unhappy. And now this. I'll travel and stick to my current store.

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst customer service experience ever! I Needed a vericella booster shot for clinicals, visited 3 walgreens who didn't have the vaccine but recommended this location as the sure place to get it. I placed five calls to this location only to be placed on hold and cut off each time. I'm glad they saved me the stress of driving 32 minutes only to waste my time. Would never visit this location and definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!

I don't live in Cleveland, but was in town briefly and needed an inhaler that this location was out of and could no longer order. While I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to find another pharmacy in my network, the local Walgreens pharmacist called me back and said she'd called around and found one Walgreens out in the suburbs, and that they could have it ready for me to pick up immediately. I've lived on both coasts and in the midwest and I've NEVER been so impressed with service from a pharmacy.

I just spoke with the Pharmacist, He was absolutely amazing, He was very thorough in explaining my medications to me. He noticed some of the things I might need to speak with my physician about. Thank You for helping me understand what each medication I'm taking does and what I might not need.
