Got into it with an employee at Starbucks, and all the Men employees ran to the front to help another male employee. I politely yelled and what are all you Men going to do? Here is the problem I truly see how things escalate, when it’s a black and white situation! Nevertheless, I held my own knowing I could have created a problem that would have possible made the news. Moral of the story is pick your battles, as I did today.

I just left the 117th target, after having my time wasted. I purchased deodorant and received my receipt, only to find that my items hadn't been discounted by 50% (which is what was listed on the sale ticket directly under the items I had purchased). Before going to customer service I went back to the aisle, double checked the sale, and even took a photo."Sale!Old Spice body wash and deodorants50% offAs signed, Lowest priced item will be discounted. Quantities limited; no rain checks.Old Spice Wilderness Deo"That is verbatim from the sale ticket. So I figured it was just an error in the system. I went to customer service and explained the situation, only to be told that the 50% off is only upon purchasing the body wash. Though that's not what the ticket is advertising. At no point does it say [this item] is 50% off, upon purchasing old spice body wash. Nor does it say buy one item, get the other 50% off. So either they're being intentionally deceptive, or unintentionally doltish. Either way, the experience was rather unsatisfactory.The only enjoyable aspect was the store clerk who cashed me out. This person had to go by the sale as it was listed on the back end but, they were still very pleasant to talk to (I imagine this was despite being underpaid).

The store is pretty clean and stocked (except holiday things sell fast). Pharmacy is fine too (it's a CVS). Most of the time I use self checkout because it's faster. I use a cashier line when I think I'm getting a $5 gift card from my purchases. The only real problem here is some customers are extra rude compared to other stores in the area. I haven't figured out why lol

Went in, got my scented hefty spiced pumpkin 🎃 garbage bags & left. I was in the store for no longer than 5 minutes. I love Target, so that's a 1st.

I used to love this Target, but not after my experience yesterday. Looking for an electric blanket, I was told they "might" have it, they did not! Lots of empty shelves, a vulgar men's pajama outfit, a selection of only 3 men's shoes, ranging $30-$45, and lots of really cheaply-made, generic, extremely over-priced men's clothing. I walked two miles to get there and after I wasted an hour in the store, I left empty-handed. I walked two miles home and ordered what I needed online from another merchant for half the price. Again, I will never return to this Target. It's a total mess!

Went to this location when I was working in the area to find some clothes for my kids and I had already found something else I was looking for also… sometimes at some point I was looking around just to see what new stuff they had.I like target better than Walmart.. but I was very disappointed once I realize I was being followed by like 3 employees and literally every aisle I went to.. THEY WAS THERE. I wasn’t stealing at ALL. I literally paid for everything I had. I felt really out of place and me being the only African American there at that time felt really racist to me; because they wasn’t following nobody else!!!!! Just ME!I don’t even go there no more and I really liked that location better than the steelyard; They are always stocked and everything. But oh well .. never again will be back there, worst experience of my life.

I went in the restroom and worried that a man may enter the ladies room. I rarely shop there since Target said said they welcome men in the ladies room, its too freaky.

Even beating the Cleveland Clinic, Target provided my Covid and RSV vaccines through an efficient, friendly, and diligent Medical Professional. Ssurprisingly easy.

It's the closest one to us. It's fine. It's another Target. Everyone here is super nice (as long as you are a decent human). At no fault of the employees though there are always areas that have full stocking carts blocking them and areas that are just bare.

The store is a mess. Empty shelves and long lines. Empty freezer and cooler sections as well. The Starbucks inside sucks. They are always out of stock with certain teas and food items. This location went downhill quickly.

This store is always a mess. I used to shop here more often because it was the closest when I lived in Ohio City. I placed an online order for this location over the weekend because it was the only store with all the items I wanted but couldn’t pick up by Monday because my car’s check engine light came on and I had to deal with that first, so I extended in the app to Thursday. I received confirmation of the extension. This morning (Tuesday) I woke up to a cancellation notice—the employees in the store overrode my extension, canceled my order and issued a refund on a gift card. I had used a coupon on my order which they cannot give back to me so now I’m just out of luck. Bad customer service experience, definitely will not be back to this location for anything.

Had the best experience today!!! I do always shop at this location but I had to buy a new tv. Zack took care of us and he was AMAZING!! The TV that we originally were looking for they didn’t have so he showed us a couple more and That man dug for that TV! He was awesome!!! Thank you so much ZACK!!!!

Is Target's customer service is starting to get better post covid-19 and the associates that they've hired or that work here are actually friendly, helpful and available. The only issue they continue to have which they had prior to covid-19 is electronics & houseware you can't ever seem to find any Associates available to help. I wish the store would bring back the price check stations so we're able to check out prices. It was the core reason why people love Target so much, I mean you don't need somebody if you can see what the prices are and lastly what I love the most is their self-checkout it runs smoothly, you don't wait long and it makes your shopping experience way better when you can get in and get out.

I love this Target store, the employees are always really friendly and helpful. There's a gentleman that works up at the front end named Jon who is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. While at a self checkout kiosk, I witnessed Jon dealing with a really difficult costumer who was arguing with him about coupons, but he kept his cool and composure and explained to the woman the issue and he did not become unprofessional even though she was being pretty rude, I was impressed with him. Besides Jon being wonderful, the store and restrooms always look neat and clean, and I can usually always find exactly what products I need in stock. Good store, thumbs up👍👍

The associates are awesome people, very helpful, especially during the holidays at last minute. They are quick and knowledgeable. They have their faults but they are human and they try their best. They are a family and that dynamic makes Target enjoyable to be at during the holidays. Always great deals on everything and they will price match. The store is how you expect it to be during the holidays, they clean it up quickly. Every associate is knowledgeable beyond what their position requires or the associate will point you in the direction of someone who is more knowledgeable. The cashier and guest services is remarkably attentive and very welcoming, if they know of a better deal, they will suggest it. Overall the best Target, as well as department store I have ever been in.

Twice I tried ordering a vinyl album for pickup and twice it was canceled. I assume at least one of the times it was because nobody had time/actually looked, because I went in and found it on my own, which certainly didn't save time.

I absolutely love this store! The staff here is amazing! I love the fact that no matter what time of day I go here, the check out never takes a long time. They seem to always have a nice amount of employees working. This store is super clean too! Its nice to see things on the shelves where they belong, it makes my shopping experience much easier.

Love Target. Experience was mostly great. Staff at pickup were pleasant and helpful. Wait time was minimal. Only issue was when I got home and placed the mirror in our bathroom, I discovered one of the tightening screws was missing. I had already had thrown the receipt away so I can't return it.

We received excellent assistance from store associates. Candy and her teammates went out of their way to help us purchase the item we were seeking. So nice to be greeted warmly and asked if we needed help finding something (we did!). We don’t live near that particular location but are going to make a point to stop in when we’re out that way!

This place is sorta hit or miss on finding what you want at a reasonable price. Some stuff is cheap but other stuff way overpriced. Staff is usually nice and the place is usually clean and fairly organized compared to competitors. The bathrooms are nice and clean as well. Having the pizza hut and Starbucks inside is also convenient.

I was shopping at the 3100 West 117th Cleveland, Ohio location yesterday afternoon around 3:45 PM On 4/29/2022. The store had many workers in the building and six workers standing in the front by customer service. They had one cashier in the check out line and the line of people were wrapped around real bad. The self check out lines were full and backed up with a line as well. It took a lady to walk over to customer service twice to ask a manager to open up another line. It should have not took a customer to ask management assist the customers and open up another line to get the customers out of the store in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the young lady that stood up for everyone and asked management to open another line to get alot of customer taken care of. The management could have atlease thanked her or even paid fjr her items. This store is also unprofessional in that area of assisting customers. But the workers know how to stand around talking.

This target uses their pickup orders as a way to unload their expired or soon to expire products. On multiple occasions I have gotten outdated products, be it milk, lunch meat, etc. If it's not on purpose, then they lack quality control entirely.

I have been a steadfast and loyal customer of Target. Today, after spending $350 on groceries, I was made to wait while someone checked my very long receipt to ensure I hadn’t stolen anything. I have never encountered this at Target before. Other people were passing by with full carts, they were not stopped. I was singled out with my two kids, on a day that I was very busy, to make sure I wasn’t a thief. I spend close to $800 a month at Target, using it for almost all of my families grocery, clothing, house supplies, and most every other needs. I do not need to be treated that way. I will be seriously considering returning to Target, and definitely will not return to this location.

I really used to enjoy visiting this target, but lately I feel harassed at self-checkout. What used to be friendly and pleasant visit is filled with stalking and rudeness. Seems it may be something to do with the new manager.The gentleman who used to be at the service counter was a joy. Now, I barely want to come in the store.

It is always clean; the carts never squeak or hug to the right. The people are always friendly and I have seen them on many occasions going above and beyond for me.Just for the sake of browsing and walking around, there always some interesting and tempting nicknack sitting at an end cap on clearance through out the store. The addition of groceries 5 years ago really completed the deal. Much of the prices are lower than the Giant Eagle next door.I pretty much expect this at any Target I walk into, and not once have I ever been disappointed
