The best store not saying that because I work there we the only grocery store that have lots of product then food we are a small virsion of walmarts .such as blankets clothes shoes toys automobile products etc.

Here’s a pic of the sign showing the mugs are all 99 cents. At the register the cashier confirmed the price with “Ahdah” who I assume is an owner or manager. At 1st Adah agreed but then changed her mind & made the cashier change the price to $1.99 RIGHT IN MY FACE. She decided on the spot to overcharge me. I didn’t say a word. I hope that extra dollar was worth the loss of a customer & this bad review. On a good note, I just tasted the hot Mac & cheese from the kitchen & it is spectacular. Kudos to the kitchen staff.

Bought some Smithfield chitterlings start to clean I don't no what they was they were thin and stringe call the store to if I could exchange they said no . So I call they company Smithfield so it all work out I am not out of my money.

Whatever the price is on the shelf is what it should ring up at the counter. It is not the customer fault that Simon put up the wrong price tag or Simon did not take down the sign. I will never shop there again and I haven'tSimon does not pay anyone to come into there store and shop People that come in there pay for their own grocery. So you all need to be alittle kind to your customer because that is how you make your money and you need to treat your employees right. Get your prices together so that whatever price Tag is on the shelf should reflect the same at the register

No meat and refrigerated items at all. i’m not sure how the superstore is still in business. However, I believe the owners are abusing the customers in the neighborhood with the poor quality service & the low quality food that they’re serving to the people. Stay away for your own safety.

Prices where 1 to 2 times higher than at larger groceries stores. Staff at store also follow you around as if to think you may steal something. Be very weary going to this place.

Don't like there's a bad smell as soon as you walk in the door. The store is ran by foreigners and it smell like what ever they cook PUuuu..They had Dutch Brand polish boys on sale and did not have enough on the shelf ask for a Rain Check on the sales price I was told they don't do that. I explained that this was my first visit since the grand opening and I would not be returning, I'll spend my money at Dave's or Giant Eagle.

This store gets a 3 because it's like a mini department store. With that being said,if it were located just a few miles down the street,the quality of the food would greatly improve. The only reason the food is subpar is because it is on116th. They need a Walmart or something. I will not buy old food,under any circumstances

Amazing store, owners are very respectful and helping. They are always there to help if you ever are in need of a specific item or such. I recommend this store everything is fresh and delicious! The meat is always on point

Watch what you buy look at the dates. Smell the Chicken 🤮 be careful. They have items in a few baskets that are marked down because it's going to expire soon.

Good lord what is they doing in there. Supermarket is right. They selling anything they can find. I think I saw alil faith up on sale. Good products, kinda unorganized, but endless huge parking lot.

I was so disappointed in this store. I knew that neighborhood would be left to nothing. The prices are much higher than other stores. I'm so glad don't I don't live over there so I wouldn't have to shop there.

I just left there today and they have no meat! No chicken, beef, or pork. No frozen dinners or sausage. I buy canned food and a few other things there, but when I do my real shopping I go somewhere else.

When they originally open they had decent meats.. It was a decent place to shop even though they followed you around as if you're stealing. As time has gone on they have really gone down their standards. This is the 3rd time I've bought meat that was spoiled. One time I've even talked to malik about the horrible smell coming from the meat he says it was the bags that caused the smell. Today I just open up 2 packs of meats and my whole house smell like garbage. Then I noticed that there were 2 different tabs on each pack of meats. I have decided to call the board of health and the council men . They do black people so bad. The community needs that market but they also need,fresh produce ,fresh meat. Shame on you Simon's market on a 116th period

Amazing store has everything you need from clothes, to meats, the owners are very nice and caring. Help me find a few things that I couldn’t find he stopped what he was doing to help me. Recommend this store to anyone

Horrible!! It's unfortunate that no one think to put quality grocery stores in low income neighborhoods. Regardless of the demographics people deserve better. I was there with someone who needed to pick up some food and choices of GOOD QUALITY was slim to none. But rest assured they had the beer and wine set up and stocked.

I live nearby and always like to check out the local grocery stores, firstly when you walk in the door they have expired pastry items and that’s very off putting, if I hadn’t come for something specific I would of turned around. What type of grocery store tries to sell expired foods?!? Overall the meat prices are fair and the lines are short so I stop in from time to time but between the expired bakery items and overpriced pantry items this will never be my go to market, I see gentleman who appear to be managers or owners always standing around they should be checking on the items they have for sale to make sure it hasn’t gone bad.

It's okay it's very clean I can vouch for that,,but it's not all that, I go there to buy my grapefruit juice that's about it etc, went up to the counter to check out, pulled out my Giant eagle card, cause i forgot it wasn't giant eagles they had moved from that spot, a few years back,, showed it by mistake & he was like what's that I don't need that🙁 he said it in a sort of nasty way,, but it's okay i ignore s*** like that, I chuckle a Little, I said oh my bad. And kept it moving.
