Their set up was great. Aisles were stocked. Meats and veggies were fresh. What stood out after these qualities is that two of the Save A Lot stores I have been in have only had one teller. Regardless to how many people are on line. I will walk in and walk right back out. This particular store had 3 people on line and without asking another teller opened up. I was pleasantly surprised. This was the outcome :)

smells like rotting meat when you walk in, giving extra stars because besides the smell and expired meat it appears fairly clean.

Wow! Big difference with the quality of the meat. All the Sav A Lot stores doesn't work efficient enough to rid the old outdated meat, but turn it over and sell it...you don't realize until your home. This one great just need fresh fruit and veggies.

Extremely ghetto location. Rude cashiers who think it's appropriate to swear at customers, cashiers using their phones while waiting on customers, and employees loudly complain about their jobs while customers are visible. Recommend avoiding this store if good customer service is a must for you. Manager needs to do a better job at hiring friendly staff, not grumpy people with attitude problems.

This store is located in East Cleveland and it was very clean and well stocked. The cashier was very friendly. I would like to see Save A Lot offer more turkey products like Turkey chops especially with the health concious world around us.

Got the manager's special on porkchops today. Only the top piece was a pork chop and the rest appeared to be pork shoulder and pieces looking vaguely like pork chops. It also smelled spoiled when I opened the package. When I called to complain the manager told me they try to put meat out before it spoils... and that my purchase was on me since it was a special. I told him if these specials are buy at your own risk there should be a sign up. He promised to put one up.

Save a lot has gotten a little better with a new maneger fresher meats, have maneger special, it's clean, they're produces are fresh, sometimes they don't have the things you go in to buy.

This location has a poor selection of fresh produce and not to friendly staff. Because of the proximity to the large community of Indian hills this location is always out of popular food and sale items. I also can never buy Fat free skim milk at this location.

It is in a nice location. They take care of you very well. I have no complaint. I really think that the service is great for a store that I feel, would not serve people as well as the stores that carry more quality and name brand stuff.

Prices are high on meats, and some fruits aren't too fresh. I go to a regular store, like Simon's and get a family pack of hamburger which has two, two pounds of meat for something between, $5.45 to $8.15, to where Save a lot sales half that pack for $8.15 everyday, it's can goods and other stuff in there is reasonable but I don't by some meats in there it too expensive and some times not fresh.

This sav-a-lot is a get in and get out store. Know what you're going in for and leave. Only one cashier with a line going back to the frozen section. Two security guards that look as though they can protect no one and I swear one was the thief from "denice to menace"

They make you pay to use their carts. What a disgusting display of greed in such hard times. I will never shop there. Security was rude. Employees were cursing. Just an awful establishment.

I understand customer service but this young lady African American Mid 20 with a ponytail is constantly rude I try to avoid her but usually one cashier and there goes my day I have never left a review like this ever but this cashier is rude 5/4/22 Cashier 14 Nevaeh

They try to keep things in stock, some changes have been made since I last visited, they now have some name brand items . The people who were there this evening were very courteous & helpful .

Need more staff and slow service. Sad treatment in the ghetto. "Our money is green and is spent on items, more respect is needed for the inner city. " But until we respect ourselves others will not".

The store is always clean but the staff aren't very friendly and the prices are sky high ! You may as well go to Giant Eagle because even they have a generic section

The store was out of meat that was on sale, the fresh vegetables wasn't stock 🆙, the Cashier had a terrible attitude, older lady works in 🌅's, needed to stay 🏡 that day
